Delicious restaurant in Penang. The inside felt luxurious and the food was authentic. The waiter was also incredibly nice with some recommendations. There were ample choices for vegetarians, too. Would recommend, a reasonable price too

Food here is tasty, right balance of spices. Only feedback would be that the paneer was not as soft as it should be. Service was prompt, considering the crowd. Parking is difficult in the area. May need to circle a few times.

Visited here for lunch today, they open at 11:00 a.m. sharp on time. Very fast service. Their chicken dum biryani was not spicy, which is how I wanted it, and their Fish Manchurian tasted delicious eat together with the biryani rice. The portion size was just right.

Went to this place in Little India Penang. The ambience was great, very clean and service was very good as well. Ordered Nandu Rasam (crab soup), Malabar Fish Curry, Naan, Nalli Pepper fry (spicy Goat shank), Chilli Chicken. Nandu rasam was spicy and awesome. Nalli Pepper fry had 2 big pieces , the taste of the gravy was good but the meat was a little tough and chewy. Malabar fish curry was on par while Chilli chicken was ok. Dani puri was sweet (because of the yogurt) and did not think it was authentic. They had a tandoor for naan and kababs in the back. The naan was very good. Overall a good intro to Indian food if you are introducing South Indian food to someone. But a little too westernized for my liking.

Very good Indian restaurant you can find in the centre. As a Vietnamese, it’s easy to eat if this is your first time trying Indian cuisine. Food is quite big portion so order wisely to not watse your food.

We ordered the Pani Puri, Malabar fish curry, aloo paneer, nalli pepper fry, chicken cheese naan and ginger tea. We like the Pani Puri and the ginger tea. The fish curry sauce was good but we prefer other fish. The fish used was tilapia. The aloo paneer wasn't to our liking, the taste was too bland. Nothing special. The chicken naan was too dry and not fluffy enough. We only saw some tiny bits of shredded chicken.

We came here on a day that we were craving indian but weren’t feeling particularly adventurous. While the authentic experience is probably to try the street stalls in the area sometimes you just want a clean, well serviced and air conditioned environment to eat a bangin curry and that’s what this place provides. The chicken tikka masala was outstanding. The pani puri didn’t taste like the ones I tried in india, but it was nonetheless delish. The garlic butter naan was fresh and fluffy. Food came quickly and was well portioned.

People often say that was the "best meal of my life". Here, this is actually the case. Truly the best food you can get on this planet. This meal could 1v1 anything of all time ever. Are there other dining options as good? Yes. Can it get any better than this? No... no it cannot. Bless D'Sakra - Finest Indian Food in this galaxy.

We had a lovely dahi pani puri, which tasted amazing! It was just before closing time we came across this place especially for this dish (the last stop on our food-tour). It looked already closed, but the owner kindly invited us in anyway. We got served a lovely meal by a friendly staf of waiters, and even got an Indian dessert of the house afterwards. We were delighted by this and the entire service. We can totally recommend this place!

Ordered simple lunch meals, kadai chicken gravy, garlic naan, cheese naan & mutton briyani. Overall, the taste of every dish was good. RM 80+. Looking forward to try more dishes here in coming future.

My second time here, back for the butter chicken and tandoori chicken. Tried the Gobi Manchurian, it is cauliflower cooked with some type of red sauce which turned out to be very nice as well. Will definitely be back to try the other dishes!
