good environment and service

First time here try out gym, overall quite a nice gym for me. Not too hot as they have many fans so u don't feel quite heated while working out. All the tools for every muscle group were there too. Most importantly it's quite clean 👍

The gym was actually good and I went there twice but I will not anymore. The man at the counter is very inappropriate. When I finished my practice he called me and told me: “- Sorry miss are you 23 or 24? (Which is already inappropriate to ask a random lady) - I’m 23 (I answered) - oh, 23. I’m sorry but I thought you’re 32-33. Sorry, Ah!” 🤦🏽‍♀️ the hell was that ?

As a tourist you have to pay 30 Ringit per training session which is ridiculous considering the small size of the gym. In Kuala Lumpur very well equipped gyms cost half the amount. There is only one rack. The hack squat machine is perfectly designed to destroy your lower back. Some people get offered promotions for a good review. So you might ignore all the short 5 star reviews.

Coming all the way from JB, This is my first time coming to this gym. I have to say i had an amazing experience. Good facilities and equipments. Would recommend.

Gym is good. Prices are quite inconsistent. Charges local from RM10-RM20 but foreigner from RM20-30. Depends on the mood of the receptionist.

Environment is very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly as well 😊

Clean and well equiped. But, after we were given a price of RM20 for a walk in (RM10 if I left a good review) over the phone they actually charged me RM30. I find this behaviour sleazy.

Rude front desk staff. Demanded a 5-star review even before entering the premises. They charge RM10 per entry if you give them a 5-star review, and RM20 if you don't. Moreover, they charge you extra if you're a foreigner. The front desk demanded to know if I was local - even asked me in Malay to see if I'd respond, as if this were a spy novel. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. A few of the Seven Star branches do this. I give them 1 star for the amusing experience. It made me feel like I was in Inglourious Basterds. Else, I'd give them 0 stars.
