Finally found quite an authentic French patisserie in Penang! Great pain au chocolat and almond croissant! Go early morning when it’s freshly baked. It’s delicious! Although the service is quite typical French service, but the food is good! Keep it up on the good food quality 👍 #french patisserie #bakery #cafe #pastry

Finally the only shop in Penang that I know of that valued the pure blood....and discriminate the tainted!

The quality of the food was overall good, but the attitude of the owners has ensured that I will never come back here. It seems that the owner is better at replying rudely to genuine customer concerns than updating the menu (they do not serve baguettes). I had hoped to take my mother here for a pleasant birthday breakfast. When she mentioned it, the response was a scoff. Is it that hard to at least pretend to be nice to customers??? EDIT: Thanks for proving my point with your response saying you are not able to (pretend to) be nice to customers. You shouldn’t need to pretend to be nice to customers, but as you have shown you do not possess the ability to be genuinely friendly for your customers, I thought this would be something you could perhaps do, but I suppose not. I hope that that may change in the future. And, as it is obvious you spend a lot of time on your google reviews, please update your google menu, taking away baguette and perrier as options.

For those who have been in abroad for quite sometime, espcially in France or any other european countries..you guys gonna miss the the beautiful flaky pastry like croissant and pain au chocolat..mannn, Alhamdulillah.. I still couldnt believe it that I’m able to get these in Georgetown, Penang! Its made by French, plus the ingredients also from there..also ordered a latte, the aroma was remarkably wonderful..cant wait to dine-in in this beautiful French cafe!

One of my favourite places to get croissants. The lady boss is a friendly person. Personally, I like their almond croissant over other pastries (viennoiseries).

The owners were passive aggressive. We mistakenly walked in at 2:29 when they close at 2:30. The open sign was still up, simple mistake. No one in the wrong. Didn’t order but asked if they were open as the reception was extremely cold and rude. Very weird. Not sure what their problem was but there’s no reason they couldn’t simply tell us they were closing, rather than creating a hostile interaction.

I don't like to write bad review. Croissant mediocre and not fresh. Staff not welcoming and rude. Bad atmosphere.

Not that kind of cafe u can go on a daily/weekly basis if u earn less than 7k per month. But their pastry is really heaven, buttery, crumbly, and melts in the mouth. Price is more on the higher side. But nonetheless savoring their food is like admiring a piece of art.

Above average food, but quite expensive. They don't make eggs for breakfast and only offered up what they had in the display (mostly crossoints). No WiFi available either, which they should have since it is high end.

After being discriminated for 2 years, finally there's this place which offered us the priviledge of dining in. The croissant is absolutely tasty, and the coffee, as a coffee lover, I should say the owner sure knows his coffee! I fully salute the couple (owners), who knows the truth about the xxx agenda, and by reserving seats indoor for the unvaxxed, they stood up for what is right, what is sane, and what is freedom. Haven't had a good chat for such a long time, I want to thank the owners for the wonderful food and stood strongly for the truth! Cheers!!

Had the croque monsieur set, with pumpkin soup n ice white coffee. The melted cheese with ham and the light mustard taste, together with the ciabatta... Lovely! Will definitely come bk with a reservation in future! Lol turns out tt the owner is trained in wingchun! Saw a wingchun video in between the croissant making video ;) must make reservation if you hve more then 2 pax. Else b prepared to wait.

Felt like I was in a small French cafe. Homemade, delicious croissants & scones. Proprietor is a nice guy from Alsace. I’m happy I went here.

👍 A friend highly recommended me to visit this restaurant when I travel to Penang. No regrets making my way there as the food is amazing and the pricing is also very reasonable. Don’t mind to visit this place again real soon.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
