Worst dominos. Ever. I definitely advice you not to order any food from them unless you want to starve for >1.5hours. Called, no one picked up. They don’t even bother giving the merchants any updates about their locations and estimate time of arrival. They basically don’t care. Also, I ordered at 10:17pm and not 11pm when they closed so they have plenty of time to make the orders. Look at other reviews if you think that I am the only unreasonable one.

Ordered 13 boxes for super Tuesday. Instead of giving a helping hand, they offer rm1 for a plastic bag.

Make sure you guys check the order items before leaving the store. The staff may forget your order item. The supervisor is quite helpful to check, just gotta wait for another 15mins to get the missed out item.

90 minutes we waited for delivery! Only offer of compensation was a voucher which was no use as a fly out of the country tomorrow. Updated now been over 2 hours and counting

Awful experience where my order (one pizza) remained in kitchen for two hours. During them trying to call the shop or grab but no response. Awkward!

The staff didn't approve my oder within 30min..around 9:30pm..then i go direct to the shop and saw the staff still there not doing their job..the management should terminate this kind of staff..this kind of service will bring bad review for a famous restaurant..

My family loves Domino's Pizza and we prefer thin crust over the the regular pan pizza. Our children like chicken wings and I like breadsticks. It's better to eat in as the pizza tastes so good when it's just out from the oven, but most people prefer take out or delivery and yet complain about it. When you order at peak hours, you may not get your pizza within the stipulated time.

Their veggie fiesta always softer, more cheese fillings than Farlim Dominos. Like Burmah branch quality better

Just like many Dominos Pizza. Many promo optional so the price quite good

Currently one of the better Domino branches out there in Penang, preparation is pretty fast and they make sure all toppings are consistent and not missing, most branches I know don’t spread butter and garlic on the crust. Best if going on a Tuesday for the personal pizza deal for RM4.90, a 7” pizza (used to be RM3.90 for 6”) Would recommend people to order online and eat there so it’s more convenient for lunch breaks and reduce waiting time. Would give 4.5/5 starts as not all staff are attentive, most are delivering pizza or at the kitchen preparing due to many orders, so recommended to order early or online. But service is decent when attending to customers.

It as cozy as in North Pole, Nobody dine in here so I think the staff felt different and making akward chair moving, floor sweeping so that I can take my pizza back home. Jokes aside, Pizza here might be better than other branch.

They serve fresh pizza and the service is very fast and recommended to try their vegetarian pizza.
