Banging Nachos, Banging Tacos, 10/10

Followed since food truck to shop to food truck and now a shop. Tacos are best in town. Pasta & dirty nachos are good too. Ample seating upstairs. Parking is a pain during peak hours.

We visited quite late, around 10:30 pm, just to try it before closing. Unfortunately, the beef and lamb taco were sold out, so we tried the chicken taco and it was amazing. The chicken was well-marinated, tender, and mixed perfectly with cheese. It was delicious when dipped in the curry sauce 😋😋absolutely the best taco in town! Despite the late hour, it was worth the visit.

The tacos were so good what the heck 🤤 Beefin tacos was dope, juicy meet and the flavour just dances in your mouth. The What the Duck pasta was also delicious 🤤 creamy but not too creamy. The choices of drinks are limited but intentional. Felt like they really wanna focus on producing good foods so the drinks are only from canned drinks which is fine for me. You can sit at the counter where you can see all the magic happens or if you come with a larger crowd you can sit on the 1st floor. The staff were friendly and cute! Ever since I discovered this place, i've told all my friends bout the foods and service🫶🏻 Will definitely come again in the future

Imagine if a bunch of your besties got together to open a taco joint and they are really passionate about food. It kinda feels like that. Yet their freshness only translates to an earnestness that allows the customer to feel relaxed and at home. There is a lot of attention and thought put into each taco - portions are generous, and the meat was juicy. Just needs a little bit of lime and/or coriander and it’s good to go. Would highly recommend, and we’ll be back. Thanks guys!

We just got home after our trip to this beautiful city and we are still raving over the food here. This is the kind of food ill never forget. From the tacos to the pasta each and every menu item is cooked with care. The laid back atmosphere granted a certain authenticity paired with creative items with carefully curated ingredients. While in Penang we came to Pablo’s almost every day. I wish nothing best for the team at Pablos and hope to see them be recognized for their hard work and culinary skills. Our favourite had to be the prawnstar but the lamb meat in the birria had the perfect bite to melt ratio. For the pasta, the salted egg yolk was our favourite. Let me just say the tacos are the best ive ever had in my life and the pasta blows traditional italian pasta out of the (pasta) water

very good food! we had nachos, shrimp,duck and beef tacos! all were good. the shrimp and duck was outstanding!

I’ve tried Pablo’s multiple times—both dine-in and takeaway—and they never disappoint! The first time, I had their Beefin’ tacos, and wow, they were soooo good! I kept craving them after that. When I first dined in, I tried Pablo’s Signature Pasta and completely fell in love. The service is just as amazing as the food—the staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. Every visit feels like an invitation to come back again. You can tell they’re skilled in cooking because every dish is packed with flavor. Some of my absolute favorites are the Not Birria Lamb tacos, Prawnstar tacos, and, of course, the Pablo’s Signature Pasta. Definitely worth every penny! The only pain is finding parking, but trust me, it’s worth it. Hands down, the best tacos in town—I’ll keep coming back for more!

Beefin Tacos was super duper delicious, am still yearning for more. Flavours were well blended, juicy beef, tacos were a great match . Great job. Beef Nachos, took the B40 for single portion as I was alone, just nice. Couldn't resist, did a takeaway for prawn tacos, was awesome too. Love the full balance of each ingredient that blended well with the special sauces. Pretty good as well. Service was tip top. Ever friendly staff, was great chatting with chefs and having your meal prepped in front of you. Will definitely be back.

Good Tacos and Nachos with a nice sauce! The area seems quite new and some design is still missing at this place, but super delicious food!

We had the pleasure of coming to Pablos on our trip to Penang last week. These were hands done some of the nicest tacos we have ever had. We also ordered the pasta which was also 10/10. The place has a nice vibe and the staff were so kind. This has been one of our highlights. Thank you so much!

I honestly love everything about this place , from the ambience, the vibes, the people (staff, very cute) and best of all , the food. This is my first experience of eating tacos and loaded nachos, and im glad i came here. Even the simple loaded nachos taste amazing, filled with cheesy smoky beef , full of flavor. It only took us 15 mins to finish the food bc they were delicious 😆 yet it’s very fulfilling due to the big portions. For a place like this, i’d say the price is reasonable and affordable. Definitely will repeat soon 🤍

honestly i have always wanted to try pablo’s to see if its really worth it , and omgggg it is , i get it now , its worth the hype , their tacos are so juicy and cheesy, and the meat is so fresh!!! and the nachosss??? dude im a big nacho head and their nachos are chef’s kiss , i would marry their nachos, def coming back again to try their pasta 🍝

It was so fun watching the food be cooked right in front of us and the taste, absolutely phenomenal. Literally sends your taste buds to the moon!
