πŸ‘πŸ‘ Just doing my due diligence as a Guinness drinking world traveler and letting everyone know they pour a proper pint here. Great Irish pub vibes, nice barman and the wings were not only great, but a huge portion. I could have and WOULD have shared if I wasn't alone lol. People often mention good, great, Great, nice, atmosphere, service, fish, Irish, night, chips,

Had dinner with my wife and the atmosphere is great with sports on every TV. And the food is always spot on and memorable. You can never go wrong with their chicken wings. Also, their steak selection is simply awesome.

So after a very messy Paddy's and 6 Nations we ate here on a Friday. Butter chicken curry was amongst the best I've tasted (sorry Steve!). Our server was the perfect balance between attendance and pestering (if that makes sense). Great music too! πŸ₯°πŸ‡°πŸ‡ΎπŸ

I've never seen all of the Redbreast variations in any bar. The 21 is every bit as good as the 27 with a much better price. $120 an ounce for the 27, $40 for the 21!!! The Caybrew Nitro Stout is impressive.

Cozy pub with a good variety of food and drink. Poutine wasn’t bad. Karaoke night was exactly what you’d expect.

We ended up here on New Year's Eve. They celebrated the Europe New Year at 7pm so it was packed but by 9 it had cleared out. We had some Irish favorites that were liked by all. The dishes had great flavor and seasoning. We had drinks that were good, great mixed cocktails done to our preference.

Nice pub. Good service and good food. Recommend the jerk spice wings. Big screen projector to watch sports.

We dined here during happy hour. It was crowded and very noisy. Our waitress was amazing. We had the fish and chips and cottage pie. Both came hot and were very good. For some reason they were out of Guinness tho but that didn't matter to us.

To be fair I've never been in a Irish pub before this but this place is very nice from what I understand it's very traditional everything is very fancy detailed wood and darker lighting, the food was absolutely amazing and my whole family agreed, my Daughter and Wife said the pancakes where the best they had ever had

Great Irish/English pub, felt like it was right out of Ted Lasso on a British football Saturday morning!

Our first night out in Grand Cayman and we chose this place because it was within walking distance from our condo. It did not disappoint. Service and food was excellent. We had a burger, pancakes, chicken and an avocado bacon egg breakfast option. Delicious!

We went on a Monday evening it was relatively quiet. The waitress was nice and accommodating. The fish and chips were delicious, the bangers and mashed were very good, the poutine was quite tasty, and the scotch egg was perfectly cooked! We really enjoyed it!

Best sticky toffee pudding! We tried it at all the restaurants that offered it and Fidel’s by far, was hands down, the best one! We also enjoyed the fish and chips… the slaw that comes with it, is so delicious, and mayo free :). We were there on Thursday night, which is Karaoke night, and we had a blast!!! The service can be slow, but there are always very busy, so it’s understandable. How nice they are, and accommodating makes up for how slow the food comes out. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, they have an impossible burger on the menu.

Great place for a drink. Great food. Terrible Poutine, bad. Dont order that. But everything else is fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Go all the time.

We enjoyed our meal here. Fish and chips all around. Delicious cod. Service was friendly and efficient. Would love to return when in the area again. It was a bit of a walk from the cruise ship terminal but we took a taxi on return.

Attentive service and excellent Scottish Salmon. Located in a shopping plaza this pub style restaurant offers a great Scottish Salmon dinner with mashed potatoes and veggies. Plenty of food so you won't be hungry when you leave. Highly recommend from my experience.

Great food, great atmosphere, wonderful beers on tap. We originally tried to go Saturday night but the live band, though good, was very very loud. Not a bad thing if you're looking to dance though.

Their Fridays Karaoke are maybe the best on island. Nice service, nice atmosphere. Fully recommended! Don’t know if they have vegan/vegetarian options but yes, the serve food too. Cheers!

First time to Fidel Murphy's for a Friday lunch. It was tough to pick a winner from the varied menu selections but the nice server told me about the all you can eat luncheon for $17 CI. The serving plate is quite large so its a tremendous value for a nice, hearty meal that pairs well with a pint of Guinness. My wife had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and said it was excellent and also a very hearty meal. The atmosphere is very laid back indoors with a cool bar. It looks as if they show NFL games too, so I will certainly be back soon.

Will not go back. The fish and chips were old. The fish was like leather. Waitress no manner. Would not say hi. A pleasant guy from Galway. Manager would not spear a minute to talk to us about the games the following morning. Going to Fidel Murphys for the past 30yrs. Used to know the workers. Took 24 people from a cruise for Guinness some years back. Hope the food gets better and the managers and staff get friendly. Good luck.

I've been here quite a few times and it's always been a great experience. The food is pretty good. The cottage pie is my favorite while the meatball fettuccine has been my least favorite. The service is friendly and attentive.

Generous serving of fried fish with mushy peas with pub atmosphere , feels like being in a pub in the UK but on Grand Cayman. Friendly staff, delicious food, good beer. A long time Caymanian staple.

Perfect one for those days when you need a change from pina coladas and seafood to whiskey cocktails and steak Wellington (Friday special).

Been eating my Sunday lunch there each Sunday for past 18months. 3 meats, veg mash and Yorkshire pudding covered in a lovely gravy. Today however was a shock. Ordered my usual and my plate of food arrived. I asked the waitress why only 2 meats..she didnt know and went to ask...chef says no pork today. Not being a huge beef eater I was looking at my beef which still had a pulse with the amount of red blood....roast potatoes again today for 3rd time in a row which is a good addition to the plate. I didnt finish my beef....Turkey was good..didnt get another refill as just wanted out of there. Very disappointed this week which is u unusual for Gidels good...and I arrived early so wasnt a case of they had ran out! In future..TELL THE CUSTOMER theres only 2 meats rather than hoping they wouldnt notice!!

Love this place! The food was delicious and on point. We had the roast meat plate and the butter chicken. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we had one in the states!

This is a really friendly pub. Good Guinness and usual pub food favorites. Classic older pub decor but that gives the vibe of a good Irish pub feel

We did not eat here, as we were just stopping in for some cold ones. We really like this place and love the fact that we find another Irish pub in another part of the world that makes us smile. The service is excellent. And we look forward to a trip back in Feb. 24.
