Nice vibes in this cafe. The service was great. The food is kinda fancy with steep pricing but the food was nice. Although I can’t say much about vegan food cause I’m not a vegan myself but it was enjoyable.

Best vegan food and best vegetarian food in Penang! Hands up. Price is a bit steep but worth to try. Boasts Malaysian food in vegan and vegetarian option, we ordered Satay which made from Hericum Mushroom, sauce was fantastic, not spicy version and even better than many stalls. Ordered Fiery Curry Mee, spicy and very thick Curry Soup, noodles are handmade and even found asparagus. Ordered Charcoal Hericum Mushroom Burger, burger bun was soft in the side and crispy on the outside, mushroom patty is nice, and surprised to found the side potato chips was my favourite, thick and made from real potato, it was really crispy, wonder it is fried or baked. Our total bill is at RM87++ for two person. Satisfied tummy and over full actually.

Beautiful ambience and delicious vegan foods. We ordered the laksa and the fried hercion mushrooms. My partner even ordered a second plate of their mushrooms. Arrived at lunchtime on a weekday. The ambience is lovely and the food has a refined taste, while having balanced flavours and not being too greasy. The portion sizes are reasonable and filling as well. The service is reasonable, despite them being short staffed, but the servers were polite and attentive. Wait time was fine.

Recommend to book or reserve a table first before come here. The table are full especially weekend. The oatmeal soup base very nice and fragrant. Cozy environment with air conditioning. Avocado smoothie is very pure without any added sugar. The rice served is brown rice. Nasi lemak with acar, cashew nuts, papadam, sambal and curry with hericium mushroom and potatoes. I went for dinner at 5.30pm. So side dishes like satay is not available. Would like to recommend to friends. All vegan.

A fancy vegetarian cafe and the price is on the higher end. Ordered the combo set which comes with 2 mains and a sides. Overall the food is just ok. But the popshroom is highly recommended. It's crispy on the outside and has a chewy texture on the inside. The batter has a nice flavour too.

Been to this shop several times and the healthy vegan food are superb. Love their laksa very very much and couldn’t resist not to order everytime I came. Have variety of choices of menu for u to choose from and staff are friendly too. Nice and cozy environment and suitable for friends and family gathering. Honestly I’m not sure why the review for this restaurant is so high. The customer service is really good though, waiter/waitress is friendly and attended to our request quickly. But they actually forgot some of our order and had to remind them a couple of times. Anyways, variety of vegetarian/healthy food available, price is very very much on the higher price. The portion does not justify the expensive price. I ordered noodle, very little amount of noodle & vegetables in it (mostly just soup in it!!) Nasi lemak tasted not bad, but again portion is small. The soy milk is exorbitant, priced at RM9 for a small cup of soy milk. I think this will be the first and last for us.

This place is very hip and futuristic. Everything is pure vegan. I am an extremely picky eater. I always try different things here and so far my fiancé and I enjoy the place very much. Plus, the staff is extremely informative and friendly.

Should I call this place a restaurant or a lousy coffee shop which we can only have minimal expectation to them? I don't usually do public review but this is one of the times that I have no choice but to highlight this pretty " famous and tasty" vegan cuisine place. The reason I am writing this as I have given another chance after the super bad/ extremely bad/ awful/ devastating experience ( if there is a better word to describe bad and i will use it) and the same problem still occur during my second order. Kindly don’t provide delivery service if you all can’t cater the needs and handle well of customer. I am full of disappointment with this restaurant. TO THE PEOPLE WHO OWNS THIS BUSINESS: you have not to do any others but IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM FOR DELIVERY and ensure there is a fixed person to liaise with customer at WhatsApp for taking order and enquiries. LET ME SHARE WHAT I EXPERIENCED. For first order, 1. Ordered the food at 12.45pm on 9/10/2021 then received the first response from them at 1.29pm. (I don't understand why took nearly 45 minutes to send a single message. I understand it is lunch hour and busy but this is not an excuse for it.) 2. I ordered my food to be delievered at 6.30pm but received nearly to 8pm. Also, upon my ordering of avocado drink, but was told out of stock at 2.56pm. Then, they told me it was available at 6pm as there is someone does not want it. I am clueless of the whole process of how their system works like. Bear in mind that I placed my order at 12.45pm and confirmed my order at 2pm. Question: why didn't inform at the first place when I order ? Note: I have be pathetic to get their every single reply at least 20minutes to 1 hour after I message them. (Honestly, I am very curious how they sustain their business to now if their service is so bad and just so because of their food is nice ?) p/s: the food was average and it was not what I expected. In the end, received the cold food but I ordered hot food. What is this ? Nevertheless, they gave a rm6 voucher for next purchase. STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT EPISODE. As vegan I always love to support plant based businesses. I love the variety of dishes they have, the taste is good, the staff are friendly, but this doesn't justify the high prices and small portions.

I am not a vegan. But this place had me sold .... despite the variety of choice on the menu I was expecting bland and boring tasting food. I couldn't have been more wrong and I was glad to be proven wrong! The food were excellent and flavourful. The ambience and layout of this place is pleasant and the staff were very helpful and polite. For me not being a vegan, I wouldn't know what to make out of the pricing however the coffee and cakes are slightly pricier than what I'm used to from other coffee houses. That being said, there is no doubt that I'll come back here for my next vegan meal.

A strictly vegan restaurant that does not allow cross mixing of utensils with non-vegan products. This restaurant serves excellent vegan dishes in Penang. High quality veggies and ingredients are used in the cooking, reflective of the pricing. I had Sweet and Sour Hericium Mushroom served with rice. So good! Hericium has almost-similar texture with chicken. The sweet and sour sauce was up to my standard. Perfect balance between sweet and sour. I paired my meal with Iced Dark Cocoa. A must try for chocolate lovers, you won’t regret it. Restaurant ambiance is very cool and relaxing, with tasteful music on the background. I also love the fact ordering is done through my own device. Would definitely come again someday. Please note that the restaurant may be busy on every 1st and 15th of the Chinese Lunar Calendar months.

This vegan food is absolutely delicious! I returned after my first meal here because there are so many things to choose from on their menu. The hericium mushrooms are a must try! Quite a quiet place at lunch time -I don’t know why because it’s such good quality food and lovely friendly staff.

Nice environment. Food was nice and colourful. Service can definitely be improved. We accidentally spilled one of our drink when a waiter was serving our meals. We were left staring at the puddle of juice in the middle of the table for over 5 minutes. He just continue to serve our meal, walking to and back from the kitchen without giving us any cloth or napkins to clean up the mess. The waiter only came to clean up the table after almost 5 minutes. Please kindly improve your service.

Loved the interior of this place, service was awkward but friendly, food was meh and portion size rather small. It didn’t taste special and was very oily, had a lake of oil on my plate, which I don’t find very appetizing. The highlight was the dip for the satay. Maybe I chose the wrong dish, I’ll be back and try something else and might change my review.

I guess for a non-vegan its bit bias for me to review a vegan joint. but i’ll try to be as objective as possible. considering that all the ingredients are vegan i must say they executed technique to perfection. All the dishes had good flavours. and each dish have textures in consideration. the assam laksa was a surprise. for a pure vegan assam laksa to taste the way it did was pretty impressive.

This place does a great nasi lemak. Full of flavour and with a variety of different textures, you won't be disappointed! The hericium dark sauce rice was just as tasty as well. I love the tough texture of the mushrooms and the sweet taste The "brownie" I had was very unique, a mix between biscuit pudding and brownie I'd say.

Then here at PinXin, I found Signature Asem Laksa! Really really yum. A lot of customers order this signature dish as well. (RM 18 / 5-6usd) 4.5/5 My sis ordered Nasi Kandar, Indian-infused rice dish with 4 side curries. The sauce is bit salty and strong. The menu says 2 chillies but for those whose palates are highly tolerable for spicy food, this is very mild. But it's clean and not bad. (RM 25 / 7-8 usd) 3/5 I think this place isn't bad for vegans who wants to try local food in Penang. I can tell it's quite pricey if you know the "local food" hawker price. Nonetheless, it's worth trying! Hence 4/5.

Highly recommend their asam laksa!!! I can't believe the broth is so thick and flavourful ,this is the most delicious vegan asam laksa I have ever ate before. Well,their price is similar to other cafe,but for the taste,it really worths! Do give yourself a try if you pass by.

We came to this place for lunch. The building is very historical and the decor is classic. Service was friendly and food served soon after ordering. The prosperous hokkien noodle and three cup tofu and mushroom rice were very delicious. The drinks, lemon tea and lemongrass were good too. We had an enjoyable meal here.

They served food for quite long even their is only 2table but i dont mind about this. The interior is good. We ordered 2 main course and 1 side dish. The side dish is satay that I think is one of their best seller but after I tried for me its just ordinary satay nothing special even the sauce cant blend properly with the satay. When u eat this satay u will know it exactly that this is vegan satay nothing more than that. And the main course which is hokkien mie really2 not nice at all, I even cant finished it, after that I felt very thirsty. They push too much on the flavour and forgetting the real natural taste of the food itself. I tried so many vegetarian restaurant and Im sure i will never come back again. There are alot of better vegetarian restaurant than this in Penang. I just dont want other people feel the same as I am. Hopefully they can improve more and pay attention about the food.

Really good local cuisine with a vegan twist. The staff was a bit akward. When we visited we were the only guests at first, so the waitress stayed by our table, while we decides what to eat. She helped with some decisions, but her presence also put some pressure on us. The food was good, though. The restaurant seems to specialize in using the the Lion‘s Mane-mushroom (hericium) instead of meat. We had three dishes with hericium and all three felt different because the hericium was prepared three different ways. If I have the chance I definitely will come again.

From Singapore & I love the ready to eat packs as with simple heating at comfort of home, I managed to whip up a delicious spread of Nonya food in just 15 mins, for my family. I also like it that they do not use preservatives, additives, white sugar and white salt too. 🌟 We had Sambal petai tempeh, Classic satay, Watercress soup, Assam fish and Mei cai (preserved vege). The foodies were well packed and delivered in cooler bag. We love the savoury Assam fish, and Sambal petai tempeh the most 😋
