I usually don't fancy eating at one of these food courts in Penang when there are so many other options available. But it was pretty late and most stores were closed, so we decided to give this a try. Sadly there were many stores already not operating and the only a couple of stores serve Penang food. But to our surprise, the food stores we selected were really good. Had the Dumplings & skewered pork from the China food stall & the "oh jien" (fried oyster omelette) from another stall, surprisingly really good. Can't comment on the others but if you're there, I recommended you these stores.

It's a Chinese food court where you'll have a variety of options to choose from. The food is alright. They have karaoke on holidays.

Don’t even think about the crab meat fried rice at the Thai food. Did they only use ONE egg to fried the fried rice ??? Lol the worst tasteless fried rice I’ve ever seen Edit: The PIC in the place (seem like it) came to my table after seeing my review, asked me if the food is not tasting good. Tbh I was kinda surprised for the efficiency. She then asked the person who took my order to come and note for my opinion. The person then went back to the store and feedback to the boss, came back and told me : “Crab meat fried rice is not supposed to have much eggs” (hmmm then your picture is really really really for illustration purpose) “If you want egg you can add on” (okay but my pov is fried rice should have at least some eggs? Basic fried rice probably. The food is just with rice, sliced carrot, ONE fried egg, cucumber, some soy sauce mixed with the rice I supposed, and a Thai sauce. Cost me RM 13 for these kind of ingredient…)

Good hawker food, lots of choice. I would recommend food from Little Hong Kong, Sui Yang Dumplings, Crispy Chinese Pancake, Wantan Mee and Fat Master Fish. Drink orders are taken by the servers walking around. You then go to the stall you want food from, order and tell them a table number. All paid at the table. Some stalls are over priced so just take your time to browse around and take your pick for the best price. I did not pay over RM10 for a big main dish.

A bit chaotic and my food order was forgotten. Dirty, like all Malaysian food courts. Loud musical entertainment.

Went there because it was raining and we couldn't go Chulia Street. Tried duck egg char kuay tiao, satay, chicken wings, orh luak and wanton mee. Generally quite disappointing especially the char kuay tiao only the orh luak and wanton mee tasted not bad. Definitely a tourist trap with tourist prices and mediocre taste. Not recommended really.

To be fair it’s a relatively clean semi open air food centre with a good choice of food stalls, and an easy ordering system. You get a table and go around ordering food with your table number and they bring it to you and you pay at the table. The prices were reasonable and most of the dishes were not bad, just not great. I guess I just had greater expectations. Met a few locals who told me this place was too expensive for them. BTW we stayed at Cheong Fatt Tze next door and now we know why there was loud music all evening till midnight, it came from this food centre!

I tried this restaurant recently for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu offer a wide variety of local food options, and the taste was quite acceptable. However, the main highlight for me was the Apam. It was fill generously and tasted delicious, all at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of local cuisine and a great value.

So many food outlets here. Some of the food is great, some was less so. But a fun atmosphere with so many people dining ... was really busy at 9pm on a Wednesday. And then there is the stage and the live music ... definitely adds to the experience!

Daytime served food.. Night time, it's stage singing show, drinking and small Food eating place. Very nice stage singing and only singing show but different singers every night. Music starts at 830pm. Show time is 1030pm to 11pm. Drinkers get front row table. Non drinkers sit at back. The place is clean and the show is nice. One can offer artificial flowers, Head band and others for the singers with charges. Nice place to go at night. No air-con but fan but not so hot. Car park no problem. Recommended to go for drink.

I love Red Garden Food! It is so affordable and the vibe is nice. There is a specific little Chinese stand that has the best fried dumplings for around 12 ringgits! It’s my favorite and I highly recommend. The Thai food is also very good!

This 5 star review is *only* directed towards the CHINESE PANCAKE stall at the very end on the right side of the food court as we didn’t try anything else🥞: we fell in love with the tasty pancakes that are being freshly made everytime by a lovely man, using fresh banana and making it with love❤️👨🏻‍🍳Also not too sweet which is great. Just as in Hong Kong 🏙

A great place to go if you can’t make up your mind on what to eat as the place has pretty much everything. Everything we had was good!

This place is great if you like a variety of average tasting foods from South East Asia and the Middle East - there's also a karaoke contest running in the background for entertainment which adds to the atmosphere. But if you want proper Penang hawker food then there are better places to eat where the service is fast and you don't have to wait 45 minutes for your order to be forgotten or delivered to the wrong table! The food will be more authentic elsewhere too and of a better quality, I'm sure...

Food is great at a good price. Spent around 13 for noodle and 6pcs of veggie dumplings, and 4 or 5 for juice. There are a lot of choices from Malaysian food, seafood, sushi, Chinese food, pizza to Mexican food. Worth visiting again.

    1. “Satay” is very normal, the taste didnt go into the meat, and the kuah is tasteless. 2. “Tomyam fried rice” is OMG. I guess they fry the rice tgt with tomyam soup as the fried rice is served in wet, and the taste is totally no tomyam flavour, I just feel sour. 3. “Hokkien mee” is normal, the soup is lack of prawn taste. 4. “Grill pork stick” 五花肉烤串 is okay, the meat is grilled very well.

A place with many choices for people to choose from. We patronised the Traditional curry place for fried fish, vegetables, vinegar fried pork ribs and salted egg tofu. Taste good.

Simple dinner, we had nachos and buffalo wings at That's Nachos Cheese . Nachos were very tasty but the buffalo wings are out of this world. Highly recommended guys.... The shop is located in the same row as traditional curry kitchen towards the end.

1 star for Thai Food stall's Tom yam fried rice (RM12) and Seafood stall's Rice with petai sambal (RM16) see photos - eating in progress. 3 stars for Station One's Rice (no photo) with fried chicken and curry (RM9) is ok.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
