Absolutely
horrible.
I
made
a
booking
through
Agoda
for
a
3d2n
but
had
to
cut
short
due
to
personal
emergency
where
I
had
a
close
contact.
Called
Agoda
and
they
said
that
they
will
discuss
with
the
hotel.
The
hotel
told
me
to
check
out
at
12pm
as
a
way
to
pay
lesser
and
we
complied.
Before
checkout
we
asked
the
front
office
whether
we
would
be
able
to
get
the
refund
and
she
told
me
that
the
hotel
would
approve
as
this
was
something
common.
Few
hours
later
the
hotel
called
and
said
still
they
did
not
receive
any
comments
from
Agoda.
I
called
Agoda
and
managed
to
get
a
deal
if
the
hotel
would
approve
the
cancellation.
When
I
called
the
hotel,
the
receptionist
immediately
twisted
her
words
saying
that
she
did
not
approve
the
cancellation
yet.
Then
no
updates
were
given
and
my
money
burnt!
Really
waste
of
money!
If
the
room
were
acceptable,
I
wouldn't
mind
paying
extra
but
the
room
itself
was
horrible!
The
minute
we
entered
the
room,
it
smelled
really
badly,
the
mirrors
were
cracked,
the
room
gave
a
poor
aura
(it
was
dark
and
gloomy)
and
the
reception
was
super
bad.
Really
regrettable
experience.
The
whole
exterior
of
the
hotel
up
till
the
room
door
looked
classy
but
the
rooms
were
horrible
and
looked
really
old
and
outdated.
