Please take noted I've been trying Milo drink (Without ice) and here is the result the drink are very less. Maybe with ice they'd be full. As you all can see from the pictures my straw haven't unwrap. Some elderly cashiers are nice. But certain are not especially the youngsters. One time I was ordered a Mc Fluffy from a young Chinese girl with a rude attitude she also gave me so less. Please be fair for every customer. Thank you.

Overall is very good, foods, cleanliness, staffs. But the order kiosk only got 2 unit, which some customers occupied for very long time which cause ordering need to queue for a long time, hope you guys can add a few more kiosk to smoother the ordering process.

The crew did not pay attention to their work, keep talking to the other crew while serving customer, not wearing mask, eating while serving, missed out our order, and not apologetic …. the team has no discipline no manners

We ordered Large size French fries. Then we got very less portion item. Burger was cold even we went there busy lunch time. What happened this outlet? Very disappointed.

WTH?! It's only 10AM and there's no breakfast already? Not out of ingredients , staff said no , only reply, not no more, just no ??? McDonald's rules are 11AM to no breakfast, guess what ? Staff just said memang tak ada . Jus like that ! With a bad face and attitude? Seriously 😑 😕 This branch literally doesn't deserve to be serving customers, it's Gurney frighin Plaza we're talking!😤

Order speed was fine but missing 2 items when ordering, asked a staff for my missing ice cream and he told me to walk to the ice cream stall to take my order. Then when i sat down i noticed the staff was literally grabbing an ice cream to a customer. What kind of service is this, had to wait 5 minutes cuz a family was discussing so long for just a 5 second ice cream. And then there's the missing coke, the staff literally asked us to walk to the counter to grab our coke. Great, thanks McDonald's for making my day worse.

Today i buy my favourite food 2 box 9 pieces nugget, nasi lemak match with fries, fried chicken 3 piece, a burger chicken and porridge. They missed out to put nasi lemak in the bag. I feel stupid and looks I get cheated. I cant go back to claim coz i stay very far. IMPORTANT NOTES: So i learn REMEMBER TO CHECK before leave the PICK UP COUNTER NO MATTER HOW RUSH YOU ARE. TAKE OUT THE FOOD AND COUNT ANY MISSING OF YOUR FAVOURITE FOOD.

The fried chicken served is not hot and crispy enough while the french fries are well seasoned. There is an ice cream counter but no cashless kiosk. The staff's attitude need to be improved. I handed over the money politely and the female staff just threw the change on top of the table. I witnessed a customer argued with the staff before too.

Sadly staff are incompetent. No one seems to know to to make the ice blended chocolate Hershey. I wanted to take my fries and nuggets first so at least I can still have warm fries and nuggets to eat. They refused. And I waited 15 mins for my order while I stared at my cooling fries.

Menu Rahmah ordered. Personally I'd say mix and match is a better option. Staff are attentive and quick in action.

Worst experience I ever had Ordered Vanilla cone but with not enough portion and served hand is touched the ice cream how can u just served like that?

The worst experience in McDonalds ever in my life! Traveled a lot, but this is not one you can catch in any European country or Thailand or China. The coke was 5x times sweeter, this was not even a coke! Burgers were dry, the beef wasn’t tasty at all. There were even no ketchup sauce. French fries were cooled down. Everything were dirty: floor, tables, not comfy to eat in such bad conditions. Do not recommend this place! In this mall you can find better places. I never rated anything for 1 star, but this is seriously it.

I always buy kopi susu from other branch , Im sure that they use condensed milk instead of sugar syrup , For the third time I buy kopi susu at gurney branch I wonder didn't they check their SOP , always put sugar syrup , better I buy ice latte instead of kopi susu, to manager please aware about this.

Dissapointed. Ask for spicy mcdeluxe v no lettuce n extra sauce but got full of lettuce n no sauce . Kid meal mcnugget ask v bbq sauce but never get.

The business must have been too good that we can see a drop in their service. One of the table-service crews purposely worn her mask below her chin and she was happily talking with other crews while waiting for them to fill the tray before she could bring the food to the awaiting customers. How much of her saliva had gone into other people’s food? I wonder what had happened to basic common sense hygiene? The hot chocolate could have been better shaken up. When I opened up the lid wanting to pour the drink into another cup, I found a whole lot of unmelted chocolate powder at the bottom of the cup. If I had not done so, these would go to waste!
