Great place if you love harry potter! The owner was very welcoming and friendly!! We even got a free waffle from the owner since it’s one of our friends birthday. Got the whole second floor for our group. Must try the house special butter beer 🍻 and their waffles. You can also dress up as the harry potter character as there are props set up in the store. Parking is an issue. But it’s within the city centre so you can use the public parking. Price is reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!

Small place that serves drinks and snacks to Harry Potter fans. The Butter Scotch Beer however is nothing like the original. Tasted so so and spoilt by the cheese foam. The real butter beer tastes really good and the foam originates from the drink itself. Those who had tasted the real butter beer would definitely know the vast difference between them.

THE BEST butterscotch (non-alcohol) I have ever tested. They sell cute stuff that spoil me so much I can't even control myself. The vibe is very nice. Went here twice during my stay in George Town 🥹❤️

Best cafe experience I've ever had. We went there when there were no customers, which allowed us to freely take many pics around the cafe! You can literally buy just about any trinkets on display, key chains, necklaces, ROBES for all Harry Potter fans, and even the Butterbeers (sold in cute packages and for quite cheap) I would say try to have fun and not just the focus on the food. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful too. 10/10!

Pretty unique place with interesting menu! If you are a Harry Potter fan, you should come to this place. The butter scotch beer (non-alcoholic) was pretty good. Quite similar to the one in Harry Potter Studio in Japan. You can take photos with the props if you buy several drinks.

It’s impromptu visit. As a potterhead myself, I would like to recommend this placeeee! Firstly the decorations is on point 🤌🏼✨ the vibes and ambient✨ When we come here, we are the only customer so yea we really enjoy our time here! It feels like we rent the whole cafe 😂 so tak malu sangat nak ber-ootd. You can rent the wardrobe and buy Harry Potter related souvenirs. The props make me so excited, they have broomstick, wands, board game, card game etc! While waiting for the food you can read some books there! Huhuhu the staff at that time she’s alone and she look kinda tired but still kind enough to layan us 😊 We order butterbeer and waffle burger. Simple dish but happy tummyyyyy🔥 We don’t have high expectations for the food but yea we kinda impressed. Hope you guys don’t mind because the cafe set the rules each of you must order one thing to enter the cafe. The toilet is clean and you know whutttt totally potterhead styleeeee 😂 I didn’t expect that actually, I should bring my phone when I go to the toilet 🤣 Definitely gonna come again!

The food may not be the best cafe food you have had but go here for the ambiance and story behind the cafe. The owner is a very friendly person whom you can strike a conversation with. There are many fiction themed ideas and items around the cafe that can rekindle your memory especially if you are a fan of stories. A must go place for Harry Potter fans because it's totally Insta worthy!

The one customer one order rule is ridiculous. Stayed there for the butter beer and I saw many people didnt actually went in because of the rule. Waiter punya tak semangat macam she doesnt give a f anymore about the place. Only the aunty was nice, whom I bought few Harry Potter souveniers. I dont think they can sustain, cute but not worth it.

Harry Potter is not just a favourite for young but also old. Well, the nearest to our hearts and affordable will be by visiting one of the hobby areas as portrayed at Potter head Malaysia Cafe shop. We were very excited trying the range of costumes, mine proudly presented Ravenclaw (free for each drink) and my favourite butter beer. Don't worry you won't get drunk but this brings back the liturgical atmosphere when you became one. The other Muslim family who came after us explore the same with poly juice. You won't regret visiting one.

Such a fun place with a story telling theme! The kids loves dressing up in the costumes and trying the butterscotch beer and potions! Definitely worth visiting for a fun drink!

The drinks were quite nice, and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A lot of little trinkets to purchase. There is also a little corner for dress ups. Overall it's a good place for food and aesthetics.

Kids loved the dress up corner at the back. Anime+ harry potter. The food is average, the drinks are quite creative. Overall the aesthetics and food are quite ok if you just wanna come here for photos.

Found this unique shop while walking down the street. Kids had fun trying out the costumes & looking at the various knick knack sold in the shop. Had the butterscotch beer (butterbeer from harry potter), waku waku milkshake & liquid luck potion mix (mocktail).

We came here for the butterscotch beer but stayed for the experience. The decor is amazing, most of the things is handmade by the cafe owner from scratch. There’s a dress up corner where you can dress up for free and pretend you’re in the fairytale along with the atmosphere.

The butter beer is so delicious. If you're a harry potter fan and is craving butter beer , this is the place to go. You even get to dress up and wear your house robes to take pictures. Overall, i love it here and definitely recommend it for all muggles and wizards ;)

Cool place to cool down in this hot sun! First time trying butterscotch brew - so refreshing and interesting (taste a little like beer but its not alcoholic)! Perfect for harry potter fans too! *Should have mentioned I was drinking this in store so we can get a chilled mug to top this up! The menu also looks so interesting, would have eaten here if I saw this place for lunch, would love to come back and try their food too!

Butterscotch beer is a total failure. DO NOT BUY. It’s just root beer with cheese foam on top, and it costs RM12! Overprice max.

They had more than Harry Potter themed stuff - Sherlock Holmes, Alice in Wonderland, etc. Food: There were not much options when we went there. They only had light snacks like wedges and nuggets. Price: Acceptable price for tourist spot.

Its on the same street as the Teochew Chendol. A sherlock holmes outfit outside of the cafe caught my attention to what theyre providing. Went inside to get a glimpse and it has very nice aesthetics and decorations plus you can get a costume for an insta worthy pic. One glance of the place. You’ll know which childhood movie im referring to. Butterscotch beer tastes good and good thing its not with alcohol. And the waffle. Would definitely recommend the waffle with butterscotch icecream.
