Parking can be difficult to find. Sometimes the restaurants are all packed and hard to find a place to eat at around 7+pm

I was just there to buy me some Ondo cake. Features quite a number of eateries, from fast food to cafes. Not a place I'd drive there especially for. If you live around the area, it's a nice place to loiter around

It has everything I need! Ample parking space. Just sucks that u have to pay for the parking fee. Otherwise, has variety of good restaurants of fast food, hot pot, teas n coffees cafe..

The shop is good just parking service is bad. This is a clamping zone area and my car got clamped but the car behind me was not clamped claiming its the staffs’ car but this place is not for the staff parking. Just a small request please treat all equal. Terrible security staff attitude.

Went to Asobiba (kids play area) and brought my two kids and a family friend together. Many kids and parents enjoy the place due to conducive and cleanliness plus the fact that tons of toys are available for children to play. Safety is their high priority too. Try and find out, you and children will love it over and over again.

Awesome place with a variety of shops including food and beverages, mobiles and accessories, dentists and ophthalmologist etc. Mr diy and hero market too. Overall a convenient place. Lots of parking as well.

I only visited Dollar store where goods are sold between RM2 and RM5. Anyway prices are exhibited clearly. Another store visited is Noko where goods again are priced either RM2 or RM5. These 2 stores are quite interesting to browse around.

Lots of restaurants to ply, and parking is convenient with cashless scan (credit/debit/tng). Happening and crowded during dinner time, to the brink of running out of parking space, so, go early.

Have to pay for parking for such a lousy place, pass thru time 15 minutes only. Last time used to be 30 minutes. If i need to get 1 thing very fast from the shop, also have to pay RM1. By the time drive from entrance to exit also more than 10 minutes. Exit sometimes car stuck because didn't top up card. Please create waiting area for people who want to buy 1 thing or pick up order and don't want to park. No place to wait at all around all season place.

I always go to CaseZone at All Seasons for my mobile accessories. A wide range of choices and everything is so reasonably priced. Furthermore, service is good. Highly recommend.

The place has everything from Starbucks, to The Coffee Bean, Mr DIY, almost all Telco shops, pharmacy, optician and supermarket. I think it's the most convenient place to go for if you're in need of general daily goods.

We love having tea and their simple food here. The teas were soothing, calming and simply refreshing. Good ambience, relaxed environment and soothing lighting with music to go with your lunch or dinner. Friendly and efficient staff to serve and to take care of your need aka food order and so forth. Suitable gathering for family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and relatives.

Awesome little mall. You can find it all here. Food, home improvement, pharmacy, telecommunication outlets, jeweller- etc. They have a fantastic maintenance team, keeping the place clean and tip top. I would say they have cleanest toliets in Penang. Hope the public take care of the toilet cleanliness and don't mess it up.

Don't know since when, force everylme to use e payment, meanwhile this happened. After payment the gate didn't open, n no other choice but to make payment once again, is not about the amount of the money. Just a very bad shopping experience

I 'm grabfood rider ,I hope all dont buy any item from this mall ,because our rider also need to pay the parking fees,?if no pay we must parking too far and dangerous place to walk in take the item

No more Giant now. It is bought over by Hero Market. Hero Market is a small supermarket, easy to.search for things. You can find most of the common groceries there at good price.

Having dinner with relatives at Artisan Cuisine Restaurant. Food is nice and friendly staff... And at all seasons place have DIY, Digi, maxis, Gym, roti bakar, papa rich, old town and many more....
