👍 Quiet and nice ambience if you want to do some works, enjoy your me time or come here for a peace of mind. However the food here are so-so, it's not that tasty. We can't even finished the waffles and oreo frappe. Their hot mocha also taste a bit unusual than others. But I'm happy as the surrounding... People often mention nice, waffles, time, customer, coffee,

Service definitely need improvement. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and there was only a table occupied. Since the reviews recommended the waffles we decided to try that, the staff informed me that they ran out of yogurt for the mix fruit waffles, and will not be able to replace it with anything else. I asked for an ice cream as replacement but she told me it's not possible and I have to pay/topup for that. Rather odd that they can't just offer a replacement for something they ran out of and it shouldn't even concern the customer. Anyway, we changed the flavour to the strawberry compote waffles, and it was average, the waffle was not crispy and rather small for that price (note it should be singular as its only a piece). We also ordered a coffee but the staff forgot about it when discussing about the missing waffle ingredient. I give 3 stars for the ambience, the space was quite nice and bright and they have a nice play area for kids. Staff should definitely be trained better and provide better service, as they have a nice location.

Very disappointed! Place, chair and table dirty and dusty. class also dusty. Food and drinks expensive. Blank water RM2.00/cup. Coffee transparent look like blank water. No taste. Better drink blank water. The counter customer service one of wear spec short hair fat women not friendly & fierce look. Not recommended.

Food is perfect for taking photos only. Their customer service is bad. Understand you have staff shortage, but remember in service industry customer first. The Chinese girl with specs when see her boss attitude changed and so polite, but when serving customer face like we owe her money. The foreign worker serve better than her. Food taste very heavy. Very disappointed to re-visit. This cafe will out from my recommendation forever.

Need to walk out from Level 6. Close to empty during weekday afternoon. RM12 for a cup of latte yet need to improve, tasteless coffee. Cajun chicken Spaghetti portion acceptable but pricey RM26.90.

Seems like the hidden menu or somehow seasonall menu. May ask for the person on duty to double confirm the name of pancake what . Generous amount of large mango cubes, berries, shredded coconut and loaded with big scoop of vanilla ice-cream as the topping for the soft texture pancake. Might be slightly sweet for non sweet lovers.

Just today had a chance to visit this café after a movie 🎥 time.. Casually we came but it'd be worth for a relaxation of cool and calm atmospheric ambience of so much spacious and clean and neat seatings with Covid pre measures on the entrance with a wonderful studio set can have our favourite pick of meal and delicious 😋🤤 coffee varities with beautiful scenic view from glass door . Atleast once we should try this beautiful place for a while.. taste is good enough for non spicy eaters .

We tried this place because it sounded interesting. The waffles were described as being good but we have had much better elsewhere. Not worth the time. Service leaves much to be desired....we specifically requested no yoghurt. The staff said she will replace with vanilla ice-cream but the waffles came slathered with yogurt that made it so sour. So many items were not available yet the lady taking our order was very abrupt and unhelpful. Totally killed our appetite. Not going back there again.

Ate Mixed Fruits Waffles and Antioxidant Drink (Apple+Grape). Both are great foods however the waffles portion was extremely small, refer to the picture. Previously, the café would offer two waffles instead of just one. During the afternoon, the café was a tad bit hot but it was still cooling in general. Recommended to visit it at night instead.

    - Relatively expensive - Windows were dusty and blurry so I thought they were closed - nice location though - Pretty cool ambience and decorations - Pasta size is decent - Service is ok, no frill, not friendly but they are not rude and straight to the point. - Spent RM95 on the following 1. Cuban Aglio Olio (RM29) [3/5] - Spaghetti a little undercooked and the chicken is on the dry side but I like the spices 2. Ebiko Alfredo (RM30) [5/5] - It says Salmon Roe in the description but apparently they use Tobiko so I was a little confused when the dish comes but the dish is tasty with the right amount of creaminess. 3. Red Valentine Croffle (RM 22) [4/5] - Croffle with vanilla ice cream and strawberry preserves. Pretty generous portion but the Croffle could be crispier so that it doesn’t feel so heavy. Other than that, I still enjoyed it. 4. Antioxidants (RM14) [3/5] - Apple juice and some other juice. A little overpriced for a regular juice mix but you are in a cafe hence the price. I really don’t see a reason not to come here except for the price but I see no reason that compels me to come back either.

I was looking for a quiet place to do my work because my parents' place was too noisy due to ongoing renovations by the neighbors. My sister suggested this cafe because she came here to study for her uni exam years ago, and it was nice. Since it's within walking distance, I thought why not, let's support a local cafe. It's located on the sixth floor of Gurney Paragon Mall. Upon entering, I noticed a sign stating there is a 90-minute dining time limit. I didn't think much of it and proceeded to order my coffee. After finding a comfortable place to settle down, I realized all the power outlets were labeled with "Do not use" tape. Understandably, electricity bills can be expensive for businesses, so I shrugged it off since my laptop was fully charged and could last a long while. About two hours in, I decided to order another drink since I planned to stay longer. I was told that I had overstayed my welcome and could only stay for another 15 minutes, even if I chose to order another drink. It seemed like the time limit was a strict rule regardless of the time of day. I would have understood if it were a weekend or if there were other customers around, but it was a weekday afternoon, and I was the only customer. What a buzzkill! I thanked the barista and quickly packed my stuff and left discontented. Like others have reviewed here, the coffee was neither good nor bad. The ambiance was meh, the air conditioning was warm, and the place felt dated. I can't comment on the food because I didn't have any (and I was relieved I didn't order anything, honestly). The barista wasn't particularly nice or unpleasant; she was just doing her job. I don't recommend coming here unless you literally have nowhere else to go. There is no selling point. If you're looking for a place to work or study for long hours, there is a co-working space with free-flowing coffee a 10-minute walk away from here. It's a bit expensive for entry, but I went there after this disappointment, and it was honestly worth it. If you're looking to cafe-hopping, or finding a place to read, or hanging out with friends, there are better places in the surrounding area, and I can promise you that.

Its a cozy place with great environment. Staff are friendly and would assist and recommend their specialties. Coffee is SUPERB! SOP is their priority! Had a wonderful time hanging out with my mom sampai terlupa nak ambik gambar... Oh yes, dessert is also SEDAPPP!!!

What a lovely place for our CNY gathering! The croffle was really good and highly recommended! If you ever visit gurney paragon, don’t forget to take the lift just outside of the main entrance to level 6 to visit this cafe!

Kiwi yoghurt: cost RM 15. I imagined it bigger. I enjoyed the sourness and texture of oat, and nuts give it a nice crunch. Antioxidant (apple+grape): refreshing and cold

The triple chocolate croffle was sooo delicious! If you are a chocolate lover, do try this!

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
