The chicken is tender and juicy. There are different flavours from Lemon & Herb to Extra Hot. Hence, if you like spicy or can't take spicy, you can still enjoy the food here. The food is always consistent and the service here is good too.

Must try when you visit Penang! For me, it's spicy. But the portion is big. Love the potato wedges.

Reminds me of El Pollo Loco but not as burnt and better service - Not a big fan of sour flavor sauce but it does go well with the chicken - The server, Maizhal (forgive my spelling if it’s wrong) gave excellent bomb diggity service. Smiles all day even though I ask bunch of questions and my kid is running around. Respect, my dude.

The chicken veryy juicy and crispyy chips which maintain their great food taste level, no more physical in queue since its provide QR code to order and payment.

Nando's Chicken wt their signature sauces like Lemon & Herb, Perix2 Sauces from garlic to Extremely HOT. Unique taste, flavour and juiciest marinated chicken which were BBQ or grilled in their special open flame stove. Delicious, tender and mouth watering chicken. This trip we took their Salad, Cheesy Chips, Drummets and 1/4 Chicken. Notable taste is the 1/4 Chicken only. The drummet is kinda stale and NOT juicy plus tender to my liking. Then the Cheesy Chips was NOT crispy on the outside and soft inside. Finally the Caesar's Salad, which the dressing was too sweet and NOT sourish. Service was pretty bad, this may due to 'under staff' or poor arrangement / management which I saw many staff walking aimlessly and some were working their butt off. My order was reminded 3-4 times before all orders are close...I only ordered 5 items including our drinks and they hv totally forgotten our drinks.

The portion is quite big so brace yourself to finish a whole meal.. But don't worry, you could always take away without extra charge.. Free flow their famous Nando's peri peri sauce

Very efficient and good service. Self ordering and payment through mobile phone. You still can pay at counter after order through phone. Portion is big and full. Bottomless soft drink is a plus 😊. Lemon tea is my favourite. Alot of seats that can fit all family and friends

Still the best chicken and hot peri peri sauce Loads of seats, servers are quick although most orders are done online now. Definitely go for combo meals and bottomless drinks.

Ambience: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Taste: 5/5 Service: 5/5 No doubt chicken dish has always been everyone’s favorite. Famous Nandos quarter chicken with side dish is non-exceptional. With the vibrant colour interior decoration, this place gives you an immediate sense of joy. Portion of the side dish was rather too much maybe to match the price.

Still the best nando's outlet in Penang. Service is very quick, but it did not compromise the quality. A wide variety of sauces you could choose from as your side dipping sauce. Chicken is not overcook and flavor never disappoints. Just a suggestion, it would be better if you could serve your chicken breast with one sides on a smaller plate so that the plate don't look so empty. Same goes to the chicken tenders. Now, everything can be ordered online via QR code as well as pay on the spot via Ewallet or credit/debit. Don't need to wait for servers to come take your order then key in the system and don't have to queue up to pay at the cashier. Regardless, you can still opt for payment at cashier.

Extremely fast serving speed. Upon ordered online, food arrives before you finish washing hand. Server will remove empty plate that is done. The only downside is the wifi stability, not a deal breaker though. Strongly recommend.

The ambience is great. The moment we walked in, there's greetings from the crew. The service of our food are also fast and hot. So many variety of sauce selection. But pls do something with the sink, idk, its kinda weird. The crew also thanks us when we want to leave the store. Thank you for the great service.

Taking so long to prepare the food. I placed the order via Foodpanda at 1.20 pm and my order is still preparing at 2.30 pm. At last I cant have my lunch during my break time. The worst!

It's one of my favourite lunch spots during working hours. Service is fast & it's spacious, so it's ok to dine alone.

I've always loved Nando's but its been a while since i go to the gurney one. Service is super fast! After ordering and paying at the counter, the food already came. Servers are very polite, welcoming us and saying thank you when we leave. Please come here more and support their business!

Nandos Gurney has the best staff. I am a regular. Sat down today and one of their staff swooped down and help me with the app instead of how I normally order (web). So then food arrives shortly and this kid (3 yrs) starts screaming at the next table, with all 3 adults just staring at their phones. His screams were so loud, I kept glancing over at their table. As I was wondering why the adults are just ignoring the poor kid, and being extremely discomforted at having to listen to the screaming and eat my food, the staff noticed me in the packed restaurant, offered me an alternative table that was further away and had me transferred there within 5 min. Incredible. Props to all the staff there on their quality of service!!!

I guess is almost the same at every Nando’s. Understaffed, sticky tables, tables which are still occupied with used plates and “closed” zones. 3-stars just for the food tho cause Lemon & Herb is awesome!

Haven’t had Nando’s in ages. Nice to know that they’ve adopted a fuss-free, use-our-own-phone ordering system. Payment can be directly made online or at the counter. My order was quickly prepared, and quality did not disappoint. And like any other Nando’s establishments, choices of Peri Peri hot sauces are available to satisfy our hot-and-spicy-loving tastebud. Went for Hot only as it was still 12 in the afternoon, not planning to spend the rest of my afternoon in the bathroom 😂.

Delicious, juicy, tender grilled chicken. Try their value sets. Lemon lime cooler(carbonated) without sugar is a refreshing drink. You don't need soda drinks after this. This is healthier compared to bottomless soft drink options. Espresso served here is mild bitter, pleasant to the tongue without any sugar. I prefer espresso from light or medium roasted beans so this agrees with my palate! Prompt service. Waitresses are very observant. Raise your hand or wave to them and they will ask if you require anything.

Large tables available, perfect for big groups. They use a QR menu which you have to pay for your order first (mobile payment or pay at the counter) before it's confirmed and delivered to your table. I suppose its convenient in a sense, but it does take time to get the orders to the kitchen, as opposed to if a waiter took our verbal order. Food quality was consistent and we had a good lunch while we were there.

View menu and place order online after scanning the qr code, then proceed to payment either at the cashier counter or you can opt to pay online. Service was fast.

Had a bad experience on my first visit to Nando's, this is their food portion and this is what i ended up with! Expected more from Nando's, such a big franchise, but such poor quality food delivered to customers. Would have had something way better at a hawker stall, with perhaps less than half the price I paid here. Totally not worth the money.
