Don’t trust the high rating, you’ll regret. Parking is terrible. If you’re looking here because this hotel have carparks, like myself, try look elsewhere. Indoor 3 car parks with very narrow path, hardly can fit 3 cars unless your driving skills is very pro. Not manage to squeeze in myself with 2 other cars parked. Outside 2 tandem car parks with very high cement bump, if driving normal sedan like Vios or City, you’ll scratch your car bottom part badly as I did, car condition unknown need go workshop to inspect. For SUV or car with higher ground clearance only can park, btw tandem means you’ll get blocked or blocking others. The only 1 normal car park outside which said can be use, but get notified at 930pm to move my car because reserved for lorry use. Booked here because hotel mentioned have car parks, didn’t expect with such limited spaces & such conditions, better not provide any. Solution from reception is can park behind the premise narrow back road or you can find public car parks opposite road, which hardly can get any close by. Rooms cleanliness is questionable, bed is abit itchy, slight dusty on most things. Soundproof close to none, can hear baby crying from room at another end. Not to mention the room is quite small. Salute this hotel to have such high rating 🙂

Poor service delivered not recommended for family trip, look like for place for one night stand. Staffs are super lazy and unfriendly, most of them not Malaysian staffs. Although the hotel rent is a bit cheap (like their staff's mentality) with long waiting time to get your room (staffs only clean their room when guest check in ), if you can tolerate all this then this hotel suits you and your family.

It's ok if you are only staying a couple days. +Basic but relatively comfy +Has aircon +Lift available +Good location +Free hot and cold drinking water +Pretty cheap for a private room with own bathroom - ants on the table upon check in to the room. Room should be fully cleaned before a new person checks in. They were in the water jug and cups too. - you can no longer choose your own shampoos from reception so disregard those reviews. -Nobody makes up the room even when you put the door hanger on to request this. -Paper thin walls, I could near the next rooms having a shower and flushing the toilet.

Room so funny for me. Family room not have bathroom , bathroom is outside the room . Its not logic for me . We as family need some privacy , then they make that kind of toilet ? Then the room have no window also , then their bed hard like a rock ! . Soo we decide to leave this hotel and find another hotel that give us a better services . But for me , if i want to compare this hotel with low budget hotel outside the capital city , this hotel will be the worse . So moral of the story , never booking the hotel online if you are still not know their services .

It's not the best sure but it's pretty good. The shower is decent. the beds are nice it's just that you need to wait for 2pm to check in which is a pain when you arrived at 10. The water fountain are slow but good enough. The parking lot is limited sure but it's not like traveller are gonna always bring a car or rent one most are just gonna use Grab or an Taxi

Location is not so busy like in downtown. Room was bigger, clean, toiletries, free drinking water. Receptionist was very nice and kind person, she helped me a lot. Speaking very good English. Lot of restaurants around and close to downtown.

Not recommended if you plan to book a family room because the bathroom is outside the room.(stated in the advert shared bathroom but people might assumed differently) It is a hassle whenever you want to go to the toilet at night. Furthermore, the receptionist only provided one card key. The room has this kind of weird odour per say. It is advisable you drive a small car because the parking space is limited and small in size.

Don't go there. Black gross long hair everywhere. Cleaning of the room on low level. We were changing room 3 times and we gave up and we slept in our travel sheets. Not worth that money. Location is real bad nothing around.

Quite decent hotel to stay if we are not looking for a luxury stay. Clean and strategic location. Eateries are within walkable distances. Add on, the famous char okay teow shop just in 2min walk. 🤩 I enjoy my stay in this budget hotel.

Smelly toilet. No kettle in the room TV small and limited channels. Thin wall. Hard bed. No comforter, only blankets. Room service did not replace towels or change bedsheets. Literally one of the worst hotels ever. This isn't even a hotel. Probably just an Inn or motel.

Worst experience staying in hotel. The receptionist is very rude, unprofessional and have no work ethics. They hire aft school girls to work with no experience and no knowledge about hospitality. Hope action can be taken. And the biggest problem is parking only 8 parkings is available and when the parking full they said need to find public parking with own risk. In agoda app they nvr mentioned it and the receptionist is so dumb telling that stated in the app. We paid Rm 150 to Rm 170 including tax. Is this the service we're getting for this amount. The price is higher like any other hotel, but service is like budget hotel. Then why charging like like a 3 star hotel. Please don't believe the reviews, it's almost fake. Worst receptionist. Dear hotel manager, please do Teach your workers what is customer service and how to be polite with your customers.

The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I’ve never been to a hotel that allows guests to choose pillows. Well, here you can! There are even variety of shampoos you can put in a small container and bring to your room. Parking space is limited especially at night but you can park across the street. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Budget friendly. Clean room & toilet. A drinking fountain is provided to drink & fill up my water bottle. Friendly staff. Strategic location near the famous Siam Road Char Kuay Teow restaurant. Only negative aspect is the limited parking. Other than that highly recommended no frills stay.

For a budget hotel, It is actually a nice place to stay. Quite satisfied with their service. Staffs were quite friendly there. There are few things bugging me though: Limited indoor parking space. Only 3 channels available on the TV. Thin walls. Tough beds. Overall it was still acceptable, and you still get to choose your own pillow. :)

I already went to 35 hotels in Penang and this is the best and very excellent hotel which perfect my budget option; below RM100. I booked a room for below rm90 ONLY! The hotel offers no breakfast but other services and facilities than that are very awesome and perfect. I really like staffs. The staffs are very good, kind, well-prepared, nice, friendly, attentive and were really helpful. We give a 10/10. Definitely will come back again!

Great place to stay when you're in Penang. Right around the corner and the same street are restaurants. Has a shampoo 'bar' so you can have your preferred shampoo to use. You might want to request a room facing away from the front of the hotel as the room will be hot as the sun is shining directly towards the room, even with blackout curtains.

The room that offers 2 king-sized bed is in room number 403 or 404. It is cheap for family travel but the bathroom is at the outside of the room. In addition, the service was great as they are friendly.

Wonderful room, superb location, fantastic staff. Very clean, convenient with private designated parking lot, we definitely will revisit. The prices is cheap with top facilities. I love the idea of choosing type of pillow. Keep it up
