Once a place of gleam to the local folks apart from the emerging Komtar, used to be a hang-out place for people looking for a difference. Now this once little pride of the island is nothing more then a shadow of the past and what little crowd stopping over to shop are fewer by the days. Nothing to shout about or putting high expectation to the bewildered almost lifeless complex. They are putting up a store selling Malay economy rice during lunch time at the main entrance to draw in what little crowds to this place that not too long ago was a crowd drawer itself without having to put any commercial gimmicks. Wonders where have all the people disappeared.

Helpful staff and polite and price are much cheaper than Giant supermarket especially the shampoo, shower cream etc

Medical & pharmaceutical products is sold. Merchandise a little on the high side but variety of choices. Associates attentive & helpful. Didn't carry what I was looking for, only purchased shaving stuff & toiletry.

Heavy promotions at outlets as the pharmacy faces many new competitors. Store is similarly laid out with pharmacist on duty at back.

A very super duper rude staff Malay girl in this shop , with a slightly black face , bad attitude, not qualified to be in service line . People asking about the pharmacy, but didn’t give nice explain , direct shoot customer “where you see got write pharmacy “ ? This is unacceptable, customer asking for help but giving this attitude to customer 😅😅😅 hope this company will give a good training for their staff and interview wisely when hiring service person 😓

Small Shopping Centre, nice well priced Giant supermarket. Guardian chemist, book store. Dress shops. Lovely meals in forecourt M-F. Very local centre. Close to Nagore Street coffee shops, galleries and restaurants

Okay. Better service last time at Guardian as the sale girl speak very polite, smile and give friendly service. Now Gurdian sale person same as Watson &:tesco. Need to improve customer service back like last time

Small, clean, convenient with a nice variety of store offerings. It's super convenient for those staying in Hotel Royal next door with an easy walkway bridge between the two buildings. The Giant is a good size with everything you need and the Guardian is quite big with a pharmacist in house.
