It was a great pleasure to spend 4 days with Jason and the team at the studio. I was thrilled with my first big Japanese traditional piece and can confirm the trust I placed in Jason was not misplaced, he is a true master of his craft and I will be returning for further work.

Amazing experience. Studio was very clean. All new needles. Staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable throughout. Can be nerve racking getting a tattoo in a foreign country but this place was great standards. Would definitely get a tattoo here again. Am in love with the one they did for me!

I did a line tattoo here, this is not my first tattoo in Penang, but this shop has given me a lot of surprises. The tattoo artist has a very good attitude and a very relaxing environment. I was so surprised that the tattoo shop also prepared drinks for customers. After the tattoo was finished, they patiently told me how to maintain it. Keep it up, ink and needles tattoo studio!!!

I am currently over here on a work trip from Australia 🇦🇺. A mate of mine booked in a session with Jason for a traditional Japanese piece on his chest. After a quick chat with both Jason and Yan, I quickly decided I was going to get some work done myself. Without any hesitation, I was able to secure a 5-hour session with Yan which saw me getting an amazing piece of art depicting two beautiful koi fish. The attention to detail is amazing and the colouring is more than I could have ever hoped for. Thank you Yan for an outstanding tattoo. Fantastic studio and even better staff. Clean and very inviting. I have suffered a fear of needles and it has taken me 7.5 yrs to get my last child's name tattooed (Archie). I was put at so much ease and comfort that I returned for a larger piece to bind all the 3 names together. Zoey was fantastic and so patient. I'd would consider travelling from the UK just to get another from this studio if I ever felt the need again.

Best studio in Malaysia! There is a reason this place is at the top of every list you read! So friendly and helpful and the artwork is fantastic! They went out of their way to help me get exactly what I wanted even though I waited till the last minute to decide. Liv drew up a custom picture for me overnight and even added some stuff on the spot when I got there and wanted more! So friendly and patient with me. But what's even more important is her skill is fantastic, it didn't hurt at all and there is no scaring or issues, and with my thin pale skin that's usually an issue. She knew exactly how deep and how much ink to use for a great tattoo. Oh and of course the studio is clean comfortable and secure. Fresh needles changed gloves every time she touched something that wasn't serialized and all that. Definitely cleaner and safer then most places in the united states. Update: the tattoo is full healed and everything went great! Still a big fan :)

I went to ink and needles and got a tattoo from Yan. She is a great tattoo artist, we took our time and created the motif together. The staff is very friendly, the studio and the way they work is clean and the result is perfect.

Absolutely brilliant shop. Having my half sleeve done here was as good a tattoo experience as one could possibly have. Zoe is a skilled, accommodating, friendly artist and a total legend on the gun. Everyone else who works here seems pretty cool too. You should go here.

Best tattoo studio that I encountered in Penang . Make an appointment with Yan for my Neo traditional sleeve and it turns out absolutely awesome. All the artist in the studio is super friendly and chill . Definitely recommend to anyone for a good tattoo .

Wow! What an awesome place, the team are so wholesome and willing to assist you in your tattoo and it's design. This was my first tattoo and it was the best experience. From walking in to walking out I felt at home and could talk with the team like they are my friends. The store itself is great with good music and good vibes, very clean from area right down to the needle. Although I left my wallet behind in the process the owner was very accommodating to drop it off to me. Great effort, highly recommend.

I wanted to get some tattoos done while overseas and came across their website. After looking at their reviews as well I decided to go with them. Making contact with them was easy and I was quickly referred on to Yan. I showed Yan what I wanted and we set up a video call before the appointment. Yan was truly amazing at what she did, she's so skillful! My hubby who hates tattoos was actually surprised and impressed with the details of the tatts. I would definitely recommend this place for their professionalism, skilled artists, and cleaniless. My only regret now that I'm back in Aus is I didn't get more done!.. Thank you Yan for my amazing forever art! You are truly gifted !

My season with Jason who is very nice guy but I'm not very satisfied with my lion tattoo that he did for me. I showed him picture of tattoo that I wanted but I get totally different result. So it cost me extra for re- doing my lion tattoo with other tattoo artist.. Anyway good service from him
