was
at
SenQ
Gurney
Plaza
today,

2022,
at
about
3.45
pm.
I
had
taken
my
Dyson
vacuum
cleaner
there
to
ask
if
it
could
be
repaired
or
whether
I'd
need
to
buy
a
new
one.
It
had
lost
all
suction
power.
I
was
served
first,
by
a
female
sales
assistant
who
then
went
and
found
a
male
member
of
staff
to
help
me.
He
took
off
the
suction
end
of
the
vacuum
cleaner
and
probed
the
tube
with
a
screwdriver.
He
then
pulled
out
a
huge
gob
of
dust
and
hair
that
had
jammed
up
the
tube.
The
vacuum
cleaner
worked
fine
after
that.
I
thanked
him
profusely
and
he
just
smiled
and
walked
off
to
the
toilet
to
wash
his
hands.
The
other
sales
assistance
also
just
walked
off.
I
didn't
even
manage
to
get
their
names.
They
were
so
helpful
and
didn't
try
to
sell
me
anything.
I'm
now
committed
to
buy
every
single
appliance
I
need
from
SenQ
and
I'm
going
to
make
my
friends
and
family
members
do
the
same.
