Good
standard
of
food
in
a
nice,
clean
environment.
Service
was
pretty
fast,
though
it
was
very
quiet
when
we
went.
Firstly,
I
thought
the
pork
xiao
long
bao
was
great
-
really
nice
flavour
and
went
well
with
the
accompanying
sauce.
The
wanton
soup
was
also
really
good.
The
wanton
pastry
was
nice
and
thin,
and
the
meat
filling
tasted
really
fresh
and
clean.
Seasoned
just
right
in
my
opinion.
The
fried
rice
was
cooked
well.
The
pork
was
very
tender,
but
actually
a
little
too
soft
for
me.
I’m
sure
others
will
like
that,
but
I
generally
prefer
my
meat
to
be
tender
but
with
a
little
bite
and
texture
still.
It
was
so
soft
it
reminded
me
a
little
of
a
processed
meat
like
spam
-
not
something
I
want
when
I’m
eating
a
whole
cut
of
real
meat.
The
soft
meat
combined
with
the
short
grained
rice
made
the
dish
quite
heavy.
The
prawns
with
salted
egg
yolk
was
okay.
The
prawns
were
cooked
really
well,
not
overdone
at
all.
However,
the
batter
could
have
been
more
crispy.
The
flavour
was
good
but
the
thick,
soft
batter
made
the
dish
as
a
whole
too
rich
and
stodgy.
I
needed
to
dip
the
prawns
in
the
xiao
long
bao
sauce
just
to
get
some
acidity
from
the
vinegar
to
help
cut
through
the
richness
so
I
could
finish
the
plate.
The
food
here
is
quite
expensive,
but
I
do
think
you
get
a
higher
level
of
quality
for
your
money.
Whether
it’s
worth
it
or
not
is
up
to
you.
I
will
probably
return
at
some
point,
but
am
more
likely
to
stick
to
the
dumplings
and
avoid
the
heavy
starchier
dishes
like
the
rice
and
salted
egg
prawns.
