It's
was
our
annual
Anniversary
trip,
I
was
given
a
choice
to
pick
the
best
hotel
in
Georgetown
&
we
picked
WOW
hotel.
Unfortunately,
nothing
to
WoW
about
it.
Was
given
faulty
room
No.
205.
Nightmares
begin.
1st:
The
room
was
totally
untidy,
floors
not
sweep,
bedsheets
not
properly
made,
worse
still
toilet
not
clean
&
walls
plenty
of
stains.
2nd:
Safebox
not
working,
battery
flats,
got
to
call
maintenance
to
unlock
it.
3rd:
Came
back
after
shopping
to
open
the
room
door,
it
not
opening
censor
battery
flats
too.
Again
need
maintenance
guy.
4th:
Sleeping
for
the
night,
found
pillow
so
flatten
it's
hurts
my
neck.
5th:
When
nightfall,
the
worse
nightmare
happened,
go
toilet
to
clear
my
bowel,
toilet
bowl
choked.
Besides
that,
very
minimum
TV
channels
some
even
not
showing
anything.
My
wife
got
an
injured
knees
&
we
have
to
walk
up
the
stairs
from
ground
floor
to
the
main
lobby
located
and
1st
floor
whereby
the
lift
is
only
servings
the
rear
side
of
the
building
from
the
open
carpark.
In
general
it's
seems
like
everything
rundown
fast.
Lastly,
honestly
to
me
the
Room
Service
team
and
Frontdesk
is
doing
alright,
fast
respond
and
attentive
just
that,
the
Management
need
to
do
a
lot
to
improve
and
maintain
the
guests
comfort.
Bosses,
Please
look
into
it.
