Worst clinic experience i have ever been. The doctor just simply touch touch touch to do test. Told her i have sore throat but never check my throat until I remind her do you need to check my throat? And the light plus push me so far away to see. Hello? Like this can see meh? Like just doing a show to the patient. Not even 1 minutes keep want to chase me out. 👎🏻 will never come back again

If you guys plan to do Covid swab test here, better don’t waste time. They will say by appointment but then will wait, gather as much people as possible, asking them to wait at the back alley under hot sun, and then after 45 minutes or so will start the swab test. Imagine having to expose all kinds of people for sake of waiting to be tested. Pathetic service! Spend your bucks elsewhere.

Dr Tye is an unfit professional in this medical line. He never checks the patients before prescribing medicine. Btw, i paid a freaking Rm44 for a strip of panadol n lozanges. (Which i can buy at any pharmacies) He is also prejudised towards working moms and called me a nuisance for being sick. He deserves to be facing disiplinary charges for prescription of medicine without examination. I hope his license be withdrawn.

Worst clinic I ever been, the doctor is unprofessional, ask what is my problem and directly give I medical, not even check my blood pressure, whole process not even 3min, staff and doctor are unwelcome, and different information about the medical from the receptionist and doctor, and I ask for receptionist confirm from doctor again,she just say follow doctor and refused to help me comfirm again which is very unprofessional. Worst experience ever. Not recommend if got another choice. Btw the price is very expensive too.

Lousy clinic.. when ask for RTK test, the registration girl said come back at 12.30pm due to no doctor now. 12.30pm go there said doctor just dis-robe and going off...cannot do any test..then have the cheek to said I didnt wait for the doctor... hello... I am not feeling well I dare not seat in the clinic full of ppl and wait for the doctor... you should gives the time doctor arrives to work not off work..

Just Now i went to Singapore clinic , the doctor name vivekaran indian doctor . My husband have wound at leg . He nvr touch him just see only Then the dr said we cant do here u must Go hospital to cut the wound but they take consulantion fees rm25.00 How come like this Can take ???

I'm coming here because my son having heavy flu and tignest chest. Doctor that duty tonight asking me as mom to go outside with the reason he's already big.. doctor also give a bad impression face when i want to be inside because i am mom and want to see my son condition treated by doctor.. this doctor looks not happy and just like rude.. after thisnlady doctor checkingy son, i ask her may i know what kind of Medicine u will give to my son and she said what kind of medicine u want, madam? Went in and told the doc I have fever and no appetite. He checked my pressure checked the breathing and told me that my heartbeat got problem and not like normal people…… not even checking my temperature. I told him these days i always went to 2 hours badminton sections and very tiring, lack of rest too. I asked him will this affects my heart rate problem? He said it won’t haha. Instead asking me whether I want to join a program do blood test all that, and said maybe my diet is not good. My mind was like “ ok I know myself well, I always rajin take care of my diet , Herbalife , enough protein, low carbs , more veges… “ and he totally forgotten that I told him I was sick and having fever lolzzz…. Feel better than go to farmasi to get more advised HAHA.

Friendly nurse and doctor.. They are very humble when I approach to the counter and the doctor also give me very good explanation for my eye swollen..

The doctors here are good, gentle and kind with the oldies. Thank you Dr. Lim, Dr. Tan and Dr. Kang. Appreciate your help always. Good and attentive community clinic with nice and friendly doctors and helpful staff. You can get an X-ray done here quickly and safely without going to the hospitals (sometimes overwhelming for oldies.)

What kind of service is this la?Consultation is not even 5 minutes and he didnt even let me talk. Please dont hire this kind of doctors la simply waste of money. Dah la charge duit tapi kerja tak ikhlas. We pay for the doctor to listen to our problem and give solution as well medicine but he tak mau dengar lepas tu bebel banyak. Waste of my money and time.

If you're unwell, please don't visit this clinic. When you request for phlegm medication and they will prescribe you with 2 types of painkillers. I said I am having itchy throat and flu and some pain in the upper gums (lelangit)but the doctor didn't bother to check my throat. He didn't even touch me but he sanitised his hands in front of me. The consultation was 1 minute. Charged me RM94.00. Such an useless Chinese Male Doctor.

Shall be no star. I come to this clinic from Batu Ferringghi just to get inhealer but the doctor sis not give it. Only tablet. I think she did not know how the athma feelings. 1st and last I come here.

Horrible experience. Doctor doesn't help (not sure what this "clinic" stand for). Especially Dr. Kang. Young and inexperience. And did I mention the price was horrifying at times?

Used to be good may years ago but it dropped badly. Now can see improvement now. Staffs need to be more friendly.

The Doctor very snobbish! arrogant! He doesnt really treat you well, just touching here and there. thats it. Its a bit weird i have been several times, when i mention i have stomochache but why my private part always being touch. Just beware when you go here. My advise just dont.

The female Indian doctor was very unprofessional. I wonder why she can be a doctor and work in this clinic. She didn’t do proper checking during the consultation.

Bloody expensive fee for normal cough and demam medicine. Even had to listen to the male doctor insulting me for having a lazy face, probably a lazy person, not taking care my appearance etc. when I just go there immediately after done with WFH. The dr. is very suibian in his check, only ask about condition, and thermal measurement. He could have included COVID kit as well given by that ridiculous fee, if he's going to insult me for being irresponsible for not doing COVID check, though I visit a clinic immediately when I feel sick?

Very terrible service. Brought my mother in right after she had a fall and hit her head. Receptionist told us to wait even after we said it was quite serious (can see a bump quite obviously too). She rudely told us to wait and that everyone else there was also an in emergency. We ended up waiting more than half an hour only for the doctor to tell us we needed to go to the hospital emergency ward anyway.

I visited this clinic. Staff and doctor are very helpful and supportive. Doctor adviced and referred properly.

Brought my mother to this clinic cause she was breathless and had chest pain. The doctor referred appropriately and after discharge, the doctor in this clinic has been taking care of my mother regularly. My mother never misses an appointment with him. Not sure his name, but he's on every Tuesday morning

(Review from my past exp in 2014) I'm having fever and temperature is not stable(fever now, then normal, then fever again) for few days. The doctor here say I'm just having low blood pressure. But in the other day, the same symptoms happened again. (I even felt dizzy and once fainted at home) So I went to the clinic I used to go, and I was suspected dengue. I then admitted to LWE hospital.
