Was there yesterday evening. All the staff members was very helpful and kind. Especially Priya who caught my attentions as she was very cheerful thru out with her smiling face and jovial attitude. Not to forget Doctor Taufik who was very dedicated and humble doctor. He really cared his patient and give good advice too.. Hats off to all the staff n Doctor Taufik..

Very terrible service. Went for ART test and they mentioned 20mins for result but we waited way longer than that. When we asked the receptionist/ staff if they will be printing the certificate soon, they ignored and didn’t give a response and made us continue waiting which was really rude. We asked a few times and they continued using their computer and ignored us. I mean it’s still ok to make us wait but the least they can do is respond to the customers? Instead of leaving us confused.

I went to the clinic last week Sunday due to my daughter having having high fever and showing symptoms of influenza. Dr Taufik who was on duty treated her with such a good care, tested negative and she recovered after 3 days. Unfortunately, she was on high fever again on yesterday,Sunday afternoon and thank goodness, Dr Taufik also on duty. He did another round of influenza test and still negative. I was puzzled and worried, and without any hesitation Dr Taufik gave me a piece of paper and told me that is his direct contact number. Go home and do covid test and text him the result so he can guide me whatever necessary. Never met any doctor, regardless private or government who cares about his patients that much. Even though my daughter is tested positive of covid, i am at ease and feels much more calm to handle the situation with Dr Taufik’s guidance and his concerns towards his patient! Wish more doctors out there have his attitude and work ethic!

Having food poisoning and visited this clinic on 18/02/2023 at night. I am satisfied with Doc Bhaeravi check up and explaination. Got injection and medicines total RM105. The price was consider cheap in Penang.

The clinic staff was very helpful and freindly. Clinic assistant Priya was so kind to help and explain to patient. This also have ultrasound facilities. Ultra sound room (as per picture below) located beside the clinic.

I stepped on a sea creature of some sort several days ago, and it seemed to have left one or two little spines in my foot and a painful walking experience. The problem wasn't getting any better, so I visited The Pearl Klinik. I was greeted by the staff so kindly and was able to be treated by the doctor right away. As luck would have it, he has much experience with this type of injury. He was quite thoughtful and explained everything I needed to know so well, answering any questions I had. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but Kirthannaa was one of the kind staff members who helped me. To top it off, the very affordable bill was a pleasant surprise.

We had to come here twice during our one month stay, and each time the care has been excellent. Quick access to a friendly and patient doctor. They have a pharmacy in house so you walk out with whatever you need. The nominal consultation fee is 80 RM, but I was charged just 65 RM including supplied medicine.

Not friendly service. I just walk in to enquire about medical check up the Indian receptionist showing a face and like fed up to answer any question!

Dr Taufik is a gem of a person. He took his time to explain to me about my disease in detail and also about the medication he's giving. It's very hard to a doctor who explain about your disease and medication. Most of the doctor won't even explain anything, they will just give medication blindly and they won't even examine you. Staffs are friendly also The best clinic in Penang.

Highly recommended clinic. The staffs are professional and the Doctors are highly knowledgeable. I'm very happy with Dr Taufik treatment. Came with bilateral knee pain for almost a year. Able to reduce the pain in 3 months without using any painkillers or steroid. Dr Taufik highly recommended.

Went in for an antigen test. I called in the morning and booked an appointment for exactly 2.30pm. Went into the clinic 5 mins early. They took my IC & I straight went to the back to wait thinking it was going to be 5-10 mins while waiting for my appointment. The problem was I waited for almost 30mins which wouldn’t be an issue if BOTH the Receptionist were not so RUDE as when I asked if it was possible to wait in my car parked in front. Both the receptionist started to give me ATTITUDE. As I said they would be able to call me on my phone as my car is just parked outside & I could come in when the doctor was in. They just walked off. As it was past my appointment time. I write this review as I’m still waiting.

As a tourist, didn't know what to expect and had set expectations low due to prior experiences in the region. However was pleasantly surprised. The registration was fast. The doctor was professional, took the time to listen and explain, and didn't overprescribe (which was the prior experiences at other places). He also cracked a joke or two, which was fully appreciated. Great bedside manner! Would definitely recommend this clinic if you're in Georgetown or in Penang in general.

I had an toe injury due to handphone fell on my toe. The toe was swollen and I had difficulty to walk. Did an X-Ray there. Dr Taufik specifically instructed me to follow his medication for 5 days and hope for the best. I went into the clinic limping. One day later after the medication, I am walking 90% normal. Such great experience. Can tell Dr Taufik has good knowledge and experience on this matter.

Dr Taufik..amazing! Treats his patients as friends, always gives the best option and takes his time in making sure the patients are comfortable. Nothing much to say, besides this is the only clinic that I am very comfortable with and have never gone back for the same issue twice. So far the best clinic I have came across.. The staff are friendly.. The best Doctor.. Dr kanthan.. The consultation he give to my mum is the best consultation.. I use to bring my mum to private hospital for her diabetic check up but non of the Dr have check her leg (touch). Im coming for lower back pain xray. Need to come early to get park, the toilet is clean, staff especially Dr are friendly. Standard price for medicine. But the dr give me the letters to go xray at dato keramat xray clinic.

Please don't go to this clinic. Worst possible service. Staff not qualified at all. Playing the fool and talking stories. Worst part their pricing is constantly changing. When my relatives went to do a RTK test it was rm100 but suddenly when I went the price went up to rm120 and their explanation is based on slots. Before that another staff member said because it's one person testing so it's more but when my relatives went alone it was at rm100 not rm120 when I questioned them. When I asked what time are the slots they couldn't give me a definite answer. After that on a phone call the staff member lied saying I did not enquire why the fees are higher which is a lie because I did ask about the sudden increase Very suspicious behaviour and terrible explanation from the staff. Change your staff that has a terrible attitude or keep losing customers and patients. Would not recommend you to go to this clinic. Update: When we enquired further the staff changed their story saying that the extra rm 20 charge was for the change of a protection suit but the doctor and the staff were not wearing any protection suit infact one staff member was not even wearing their mask properly as well as not following social distancing. I'm not sure if they even sanitize the premise frequently. The staff members are trying to take a cut of the fee for themselves as they're clearly changing their made up stories. Will be submitting a formal report to KKM, Mediveron and other authorities to take action against this clinic. And I will make it a point to inform all friends and family to inform and spread word of this issue to everyone as well as making social media posts concerning this issue. The issue is not the money as I can afford it but what if they're taking advantage of numerous others who can't afford these extra costs. Good luck to the owner and employees when the authorities come for an inspection to clarify this problem.
