Went there to take my vaccination. The female receptionist has a bad service attitude and need further improvement. As customer, we are uncertain for some functions needed to keyin in Mysejahtera (regarding vaccination function), yet the receptionist answered in an impolite tone while being impatient. Improvement needed for the service attitude. Looking forward for a better improvement.

We,the whole household of 3 has been going there for at least 3 years now whenever we require medical attention. Everything always been good until yesterday when we went to get my partner’s second dose of Covid-19 vaccination. It was busy and no control of the social distancing abiding the SOP. People was submitting specimen bottles through registration counter itself while i was trying to register my partner in and we’re not talking just one specimen bottles by one person, but more! When i asked the clerk, are you collecting this fluid specimens(which looks like a spit) for covid testings and she said yes, i asked “shouldnt you be having a separate collection counter and control the social distancing if one of these patients who just cut my turn in front of me to leave the bottle while im trying to register is infected?”, they just remained silent. Not what I expected from medical establishment! Looks like its time to find a new family clinic, too bad, the resident doctor was so good, the clerks ruined all the good reputations!

Took vaccine here on 27/7 and 17/8. Until now MySejahtera not showing and they are not picking up phone at all, day or night! They are asking for direct confrontation!

Please try to respect customers as you're sitting in front of the clinic as a receptionist. Be sorry if you're wrong or act rude to the customers in any ways which could trigger the patients more! Be professional and learn manners receptionist!

Unprofessional clinic, duty at night sleep in clinic, when I visit they just wake up and the face look blur than me, hair is standing. I wondering that did I go to correct place or not? Am I safe to eat that medicine and able to recover? Visit at 4am due to sore throat and flu cause me unable to sleep whole night. Request MC rejected by "Doctor" due to no fever but he give me fever medicine. As he mention is for "spare". Lousy clinic, no recommended!!

The female doctor is very rude - I went there due to my indigestion issues but she made fun of me and simply shrugged off my indigestion issue without any checkup!! No medication given and I still got charged for consultation!!

very unprofessional. when checking my mouth, doctor stay few feet away just to avoid contact with me. it was like less than 1min, my session quickly ended. i guess they consider every person with flu have the potential threat to them at the time like this right?

Not a clinic at all. I brought my friend who had bad diarrhea, this evening to this clinic. The male doctor wasn’t friendly at all. When I told him that maybe my friend is dehydrated because he feels dizzy. The doctor said no he is well hydrated. Who feels the stomachache, who feels the dizziness. At the end we had some food, before leaving the restaurant my friend vomited. I brought him to GH. Guess what, admitted. Best part my friend asked for a medical certificate. Also this doctor refused to issue. CONCLUSION: AVOID THIS PLACE.

Took my mum on 12/12/21 for Covid booster, as arranged by MySejahtera. Crowded, cramped, and physically challenging, putting elderly at risk. Other cases allowed, thus lengthening waiting time. Communication skills need improvement.

Bad experience! Bad medicine! My brother has fever and the doctor give wrong medicine untill my brother had bad allergies. Called the clinic and simply said stop taking antibiotics. Not worth at all cost!

The doctor is very nice and friendly but the receptionist attitude is very rude,will never go there again.

Last night i bring my friend to see doctor at 11.40 pm at klinik Bersatu georgetown , the resepsionis and doctor is not friendy and handle patients is bad ,. So sad !!

No professional doctor. Ask the friend and joking at clinic. Then ask the friend waiting her outside for a few minutes then see for patient less than 1 minutes. If the doctor rushing the time and want joking better close the clinic. Bad impression.

If you’re not willing to work overnight, please don’t make it 24hours , the services are ridiculous. Specially when you feeling under the weather still need to endure your services. When to another place, guess what? I’m a hard time flu and fever. So unprofessional

Dr Lee is very good, funny and patience. Most of the time I'd like to recommend my client to Klinik Bersatu. Efficient. Just the receptionist need to be more friendly

Front staff not friendly but still ok..as long as the doctor and the medicine make me recover better.
