Not
recommended
for
avid
deadlifters.
The
management
staff
expect
you
to
drop
the
weight
slowly
on
the
floor,
even
when
you
lift
heavy.
Cmon
man,
whoever
that
does
heavy
deadlifting,
knows
that
it
is
not
recommended
to
slowly
releasing
the
weight
as
it
will
means
that
you
will
need
to
bend
your
back
,
and
thus
will
pose
a
serious
injury
to
your
back.
But
sadly,
this
gym
is
too
commercialised
to
be
aware
of
the
well
being
of
the
users,
as
they
are
more
concern
of
you
damaging
their
floor.
They
are
like
"planet
fitness
gym"
of
Penang.
This
explains
why
when
I
first
started
with
the
gym,
I
seldom
see
anyone
doing
deadlifting
which
surprises
me
as
most
of
the
established
gyms
that
I
have
been
to
previously,
most
of
the
users
prioritise
deadlift
as
it
is
consider
as
"king"
of
all
exercises.
You
can
take
my
word
with
a
pinch
of
salt,
but
if
you
were
to
scroll
further
down
to
the
reviews,
you
will
notice
that
there
are
some
that
have
the
similar
encounter
about
deadlift
as
mine.
Overall
the
gym
is
good
if
you
are
those
type
that
relying
on
fitness
equipment
to
workout,
instead
of
free
range
workouts,
as
the
gym
have
various
types
of
machines.
