Hm...ordered tteokbokki with cheese. Cheese was hard and clumping when served. Requested to reheat the cheese. Same result. Cheese not melting. Not able to coat the tteokbokki. Totally waste of money. Sundubujigea soup is nice but portion very small. For the same price, can get better & more yummy at other Korean restaurants. Side dishes are ok. Kimchi is nice tho. Restaurant is clean. Will not come back here.

Housed within a bungalow with ample parking spots, this place serves korean cuisine. Service was fast, food was quite good and ambience was nice and quiet (perhaps cos we went early). Pricing was reasonable for the generous portions served. Side dishes were free and refillable, so overall it was a pleasant dining experience for us.

Restaurant settings is nice & brightly lit. The food portion is large and pricey, so is not that suitable for just 2 person dining. The side dishes are nice and refillable. Fortunately the staff are ok and attentive when I am there, as opposed to many complaints about unfriendly staff.

The Korean steamed egg cooks till burn & texture so hard. Side dishes served seemed no longer fresh. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the food quality drop much since my last visit was around 5 years ago. Remember last time the foods were really good & taste authentic. Dear Kim’s Korean food restaurant boss, is time to seriously evaluate the quality of the foods served at your restaurant.

They gave a good portion of free sides and never stingy at all. Food tasted quite well and they have unlimited drinks (green tea)

Came here for the grilled food and it was fantastic. We had the package for 3 with some extras added. They helped you cook it at the table with the built in grill and this made the meal more enjoyable. All the food was fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and it is a great place to go. The prices are reasonable and the food portions are big.

Ordered a chicken and cheese dish that cost RM80+ and they gave me a full plate of cabbage and around 10 bite size pieces of chicken, very unreasonable. The staff just said that they are using a "better breed" of chicken that's why it is so expensive. What an excuse

We had a seafood pancake, tteokbokki, beef bulgogi, and a bottle of soju. They were generous with their side dishes like the Kimchi. The tteokbokki and the beef bulgogi taste overly sweet to us. The food service was fast and the place was clean and pleasant.

Wide dining area inside this banglow. There are also parking lots available outside the restaurant, within the compound of the restaurant. Decent food with prompt service. Nice and neat interior decoration as well.

The foods are good but the service is slow. Staffs still need room of improvement in customer service training.

Loved it! I don’t usually leave comments, but omg I was waiting for this kimchi jjigae! That was perfect: perfect amount of spice, very full flavor. Just exactly what expected. Everything tasted amazing what’s on the picture. This definitely would be our favorite spot.

O lady craved for Korean so Kims we went. Side dishes are refillable but kinda disappointed with the selection and taste, we like the kimchi tho, it is sour than usual but got the kick we were looking for. Rice was soggy πŸ˜‘. Pork soup is ok, savory but nothing to write home bout. Dumpling is just mere but fried chicken with cheese is good! Crunchy, tasty and mixed well with em gooey cheese!

Not to my likingπŸ˜’ Pork bulgogi is at sweet side in my opinon. Bibimbap sauce is too little. Ttaebokki is quite hard.

My go to Korean restaurant in Penang. My daughter loves the ramyeon. The kimchi fried rice is nice. The dakgalbi is nice but make sure u have more than 2 people ordering as it is a lot.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

πŸ‘ Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
