Went here for an interview. I heard that the hotel is no more here. They had to closed down due to pandemic. I don't know anymore further than that. The building still look good though from the outside. But the stairs at the carpark was super dusty, like I'm entering the Adam's family mansion for a sec. For a minute, I thought I'm lost in Alice in Wonderland. I followed the arrow on the wall "to the lobby" on the 1st level. I climbed down the stairs with my bad leg, due to sports injury. When I got to the bottom floor, there's the door to the lobby. Tried to open it, but it was locked. Dang, I should've known. I had to climb back up again to the 3rd floor where I was at earlier. Then I got into the security room, they guide me to the elevator. That's enough for the day.

Potential to bloom with some TLC... Arrived around 3++ PM. Check in was fast. Got the room on 27th floor. Got the view of the sea. Room layout and size is good. No doubt interior is dated. Good size bath with jacuzzi tub. Had some electrical issue late night. They offer room change. New room is even bigger. All seems to function. Tried breakfast in the morning. Decent choice of spread. Food were OK. But saw some tiny roaches around. Overall this place got potential with some TLC. As the location is great: easy get around walking or taking Grab.

I cannot fault this hotel for the price. Yes, it's dated. Yes, the furniture is old. Yes, there is a distinct lack of power sockets in the room to cope with modern lifestyles of laptops, mobile phones etc. However, the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location, in my opinion, in the best - equidistant between Gurney Plaza and Heritage Town. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too. For the rate I got and compared to other hotels in the area with similar facilities, this hotel is a bargain.

The hotel takes on a colonial spin with large, spacious but slightly run down rooms. The pool has amazing views but I would not recommend small children as it has a considerable 9 floor drop on one edge. The lobby has in theme furniture and a pond creating a relaxed ambiance. The position makes it hard to walk into the old Georgetown areas but a cheap Grab or Taxi in. I will lastly note that the buffet breakfast is absolutely deplorable. No effort has been to make this a pleasurable breakfast experience. The ingredients used are cheap. The layout has no gusto and sense - not even economic sense for the kitchen budget! This needs to be fixed.

Room is spacious and the view from the hotel suite is great. Hotel is quite old and room cleanliness need to be improved. Cockroaches are around and the door's bell is not functioning. Food quality of the Coffee House need to be improved as well in order to maintain the impression of the Coffee House. I ordered a fried noodles and it's really out of my expectation. (Of course not to compare with any street foods but at least certain quality need to be there for a Hotel. Overall score: 4/10

Northam All Suite is an old school luxury hotel, which in a shadow of her former glory, 20-30 years ago. Checking in a room, is like travelling back to the 90s, the furnishings are outdated, some electrical systems(power points/fan) are not functioning, water heater system has a major problems, the carpeting smells like your grandma's basement and cushions are full of fungis. How can you guys let guests coming from far far away to sit on a cushion full of fungi?. The flooring are uneven wood which could make you trip at any time, pretty dangerous. The owner need to step up, spend some money to refurbish the place. You can't simply rely on first time customers for revenue, a good first time experience goes a long way and builds customer loyalty. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, location was strategic, the view is astonishing facing the ocean. Jacuzzi is the major selling point and rightly so. Enjoyed my time in it. Northam All Suite simply needs some love, and the owner should step up and deliver the love the place deserves. 2/5.

Lovely staff mostly the bell boy, very helpful and friendly. They upgrade my room from junior suite to deluxe room due to non available room as booked. I'm very pleased with jacuzzi facilities, spacious space and room. The buffet breakfast was spectacular with plenty of choice to from local delicacy to western option served well to meet your expectation. Near to the tourist attractions, plenty of food stall nearby and Shopping mall for you to wonder off and shopped till you dropped.

Very grateful for our free upgrade to a deluxe suite because our room was just not up to scratch. However, it didn't take us long realise that a majority of the hotel is just tatty. Everything either had stains, dust or hair on it and this includes bedding, towels and the floor etc. I have enjoyed my stay and it's been very relaxing but unfortunately the housekeeping let this hotel down massively. No eye for detail whatsoever. Reception staff very helpful and provided fast service. Would recommend for 1 or two nights. Breakfast is good as well. However, breakfast room is not big enough to accommodate all guests so get there early. Sea view rooms are beautiful as well, couldn't ask for a better view to wake up to. Windows in rooms are very dirty but can be dismissed. Lots of things you to upgrade and surely you must have money as the hotel is sold out most of the time. So, time will tell.

This has been my favourite hotel for more than a decade. But let me be honest. If you are looking for something fancy, you won't find it here. All the rooms are suites and comes with jacuzzi. This hotel is very old. The renovations are outdated but still good. Everything is clean. Rooms are extremely spacious but very basic. It's at least 4x bigger than other hotels of the same price.

The rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious. Lift is really quick, parking is good and ample. There are choices of street stalls right behind the hotel. In and out of the hotel is easily accessible. Downside are... rooms in need of a makeover, aircon not really functional, a jacuzzi that doesn't work or water escaping, bathroom exhaust fan not functioning. Breakfast provided but lack varieties, friendly staff but lack communication.

Spending one night at this hotel. Even though the registration take times, the room is very superb with sea view. The room is very clean and tidy. There is refrigerator in the room and 2 televisions provide by the hotel. My cousins also enjoy their time at the swimming pool in level 9. However, there are not much menu for breakfast especially for the kids. They searching for sausages, nugget and fries but there are non. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the services.

I was quite happy with our stay there considering we had a very good deal of almost 50% for a huge hotel room for 2 complete with a Jacuzzi bath tub. The water pressure was good and everything was functioning. The window overlooking the city view may have been a little dirty but it didn't hinder the view. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is actually pretty cold. I wasn't quite impressed with the breakfast, particularly the watered down baked beans. They had mostly an Asian (Malaysian) spread and about 4 types of cereals.

Super nice hotel by the sea with beautiful view of the sea. The hotel building is high so you can have a nice view. Rooms were clean, huge and comfortable. Service was good. Price is reasonable. You can find several stalls and restaurant around this hotel area.

The view was amazing and the amenities were great but cleanliness is disappointing. We booked a junior suite, the floor was dusty and there were hair everywhere presumedly left from previous guests. The window sills and television cabinet is very dusty. Bedding has got stains on. There were grimes around the jacuzzi taps and again hair all over the taps. The shower drain was full of hair as well. We requested housekeeping 3 times, not sure if they came the first 2 times because it was still filthy when we got back to the room. We got an upgrade to an executive suite after making a complaint which we are very grateful for and the room was much cleaner. The towels are really worn out, the sides are ripped and stained with black marks. The hotel really needs to replace them. The pool area is nice. The view was amazing but the pool is quite dirty, the water wasn't very clear and you can see hairs and stones at the bottom. It really needs cleaning.
