This
part
of
the
City
has
some
amazing
buildings
which
are
very
historical.
The
Heritage
Hotel
is
one
of
these
buildings.
Unfortunately,
a
lot
of
the
Heritage
in
this
area
is
'Heritage
by
neglect'.
Places
look
like
they've
just
been
left,
but
in
some
ways
I
actually
quite
like
this.
The
hotel
is
quite
run
down
compared
to
how
is
once
would
have
been.
The
rooms
are
very
basic...
But
there
is
something
I
still
love
about
this
hotel...
It's
authentic
and
real
and
in
many
ways
I
genuinely
think
I
enjoyed
staying
here
more
than
I
would
have
done
the
modern
'Posh'
hotel
up
the
road.
The
outdoor
pool
area
is
quite
nice
and
a
good
place
to
chat
with
other
mainly
international
guests.
The
staff
were
genuinely
friendly
and
helpful.
The
location
is
around
a
fifteen
to
twenty
minute
walk
into
George
Town
with
a
bunch
of
bars
and
places
to
eat
along
the
way.
A
cab
could
be
quicker,
but
traffic
is
often
horrible.
