Honestly, the Grand Inn has never been my choice until the 14th July 2023 due to an urgent visit to the town. But, the room was surprisingly OK, worth the price, they provide an R.O water dispenser on every floor inside the hotel. - so practical. Turn left, convenient stores are available. Turn right, we can find a pretty good medicine store. Don't worry about late night meals, because street foods are available within 10 minutes walk.

Too much problem during check in. Even the rate is cheap or whatever is it do train your staff to give better service to customers! During check in one of tge chinese lady had gave me room 205 and when i enter the room its messed-up. I went down back and the lady asking me why the room is messy! Seriously! And they gave another room 212, still to much thing aircond not cold, tv channel not clear and much more!

Hotel price is reasonable. You can also book thru Agoda app. Very comfy and cleaned room. Check in are done using check in machine. No human interaction 🫣. Ample parking space . There is a pharmacy next to hotel lobby and also 7E mart beside hotel(1min walking distance). Kapitan Restaurant opposite of hotel walking distance also. No need to go anywhere. Room are quite spacious. There is water dispenser available at each floor and also iron available at each floor.

Lift is not being maintained in good condition. Water filter, NO COLD WATER. Air conditioner is not cool enough

Please do something about all the room doors. There were a groups of families stay in different rooms with children constantly in and out like their owns house, banging door noise!!!! Are these people out from jungle?

Rooms is basic, you can't shower hot water. Well, that's okay because the receiptionist very friendly and welcome you. The hotel very close to Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre, it's located in front of this building. You will need electric adopters if you have more than 2 gadgets

Perhaps it was a simple hotel but for the tourist type of guest, this hotel would fit all your needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating and willing to assist. Car parking may be a bit tight but really, you can't complain.

Clean, comfortable & reasonable price... Also friendly staff . Recommended..

I booked 1 family room (4 people) at this hotel for my parent and brother. for the first time, i wasn't sure about this hotel based on other reviews, so i had hard time to decide. in fact my parent told me the hotel was good, cleaned, seems just repaint. the access was good too, they just walked to hospital (LohGuanLye specialist centre Hospital). near by hotel, there is Malaysian street vendor (provide a lot of foods), and supermarket (7/11).

The first room.. smelled of smoke, asked for another room, the smell of paint and the noise was caused by the ongoing renovation works. Carpet was dirty.

We live here because it is near the hospital we have appointment for. It is good enough.

Hotel location is great, near to attraction place. Hotel are clean and the employee a great and nice. You will feel welcome when you enter the hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable for people who have their budgets.. What I like the most is the shower nozzle which gives a satisfying bath...😅 A good place to bunk in if you have a tight budget...Staff very friendly and helpful (mostly elderly people that make them friendlier..😄) But don't expect a 5star hotel facilities here ok... It goes well with the price of Rm90 per night..

The room is very clean and nice, there are water dispenser provided, but lack of parking lot. There is pharmacy beside the hotel and a hospital at the another side of the road.

Too small room for 4 persons & unfriendly men’s receptionist.. too fussy & ask too many things.. take too long to check in. should attend politeness courses. Not recommend for family stay.. 1/10
