My favourite Hotel during my EVERY trip to Penang which I will be always well taken care of and there is always good security. Always and never failed opting in demand for this place. Room always clean and not haunted, most importantly. What more to ask?

Hotel is located near many eateries at Jalan Macalister, free parking is limited but roadside parking is a lot along this stretch of one-way road. Rooms are quite clean, mattress is hard type. Water pressure is strong when taking shower, toilet is clean. Do emphasize if you prefer smoking or non-smoking room. Water dispenser is conveniently provided in the hallway of each floor. Prices for 2 single bed room is $115 & 1 queen size bed room is $105. Do call in for availability & update prices. The reception is efficient. Really a good hotel located in middle of Georgetown with eateries nearby at such low room rates

This video i take after he talk to me for pay rm 200. And i come back fr room cause i dont know the name the person accused me for eating duren at room.. Beware of hotel staff name afif want charge u about durian... Very rude person when i never bring durian into room. He asked about charge me somebody tell my room eat durian. In my life i stay hotel i know rule..i asked to reception before 2 times for keep at frezer cause the packed very good vacum .they said cannot OK. I never bring hotel i keep at my friend home..tomorow he pick me with the durian packed

I’ve been their loyal customer for almost 10+ years. Everytime we came to Penang, Me and my family always love to stay here. It’s not a 4-5⭐️ hotel, but they gave us the good service, good price, cozy place, and of course strategic location. I would recommend you to stay here while visit Penang island.

The 1st time staying here 6yrs ago=room was clean & excelllent;the room,deco,bathroom was IKEA showroom-like..The most recent stay was 2 weeks ago and the room I was given felt and was like a cleaner version of a roadside motel..despite that on the plus side rooms are cheap(RM105~),has free parking and is situated in the city center.Also 7-11& restaurants are just a minute walk away.

My family booked 3 rooms. When we cheked-in, there was no water connection all of them. They changed us another 3 rooms. But still we struggled in 3 toilets they given us later. We experienced some other uncomfortable things as well.

It's expensive... Otherwise all okie, before this and now

The Best place to stay while you're visiting Penang. Very centralized, room prices affordable and excellent personnel looking after your every needs. Highly recommended !;))

The car park is limited and the servis attitude is worst！ The staff is rude and arrogant. She persisted not spoke chinease to us. She is a chinease woman and I know she could speak chienease becuase she can answer me correctly in english. My husband asked: "Could you speak chinease, my english is not well." She say NO with a pround face. I know english is an international language but why can't you respect the costumer？Why you persist to say your english？because of show off how great you are？ok find. I wouldn't come here again. It's better for I to choose 【super 8 hotel】.Your normal price is RM110, super 8 hotel is RM117. However it's more RM7, I feel it paid off. The car park in super 8 is many and safe, the servis attitude is superb.

Nice place to stay.. cheap and comfy

Location is good, quiet at night and morning. Friendly environment suitable for couples and families. Walking distance of nice local air conditioned coffee shops (eg: Nyonya food, kuey tiaw soup, bak kut teh etc) and open air eateries. Room is very clean and no smell. Very affordable price.

miss this place so much, I went there last year. Room was clean, pricing was reasonble, and super convenient to walk around for many good food, Penang is a food haeven.

Good and clean hotel. Queens bed quite small in size. No water heater(water refill locate outside ), no iron (have to ask), soap ( liquid ).
