Room not as clean, you have to walk 700 metre to get the key, and have to walk 700 metre to check out. Not mentioned during booking. Most terrible experience

Small hotel located in the hustle bustle of the city. Location is quite strategic too. It may look small, but the rooms are quite spacious. What I liked was, the rooms are clean and there are also a ceiling fan apart from the aircond incase it gets too cold at night. Cons are, no parking for the guests, no toilletries except for the tissues and no elevator. But heck, I guess thats what you get for the price. However, I still like the place anyway.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Good service and helpful staff. We stayed in the hotel room that is at the ground level. Easy to access in and out esp for elder folks as the hotel has no lift. The room is clean and comfort. Nice to stay and economic!

I like this hotel, because this hotel have anything guest need. But you must ready for heard the noise of vehicles passing in front of the hotel. Because i live at 2nd floor hehehe :D. Very very loud and clearly. But after you visiting around tourist attractions in penang and back to this hotel and sleep, maybe you will not hear the sound of vehicles again, because you are tired of traveling around the penang city

Location is nice and near with Gama market. You can easily take public transport over here. Room was small but clean. No windows inside room. There is another similar hotel name nearby it called 118 hotel macalister, so dont get wrong destination.

For a budget hotel. The room is extremely clean and the staff are friendly. Near to places for food by walking distance. I recommend it to all.. by the way the room does not have any windows. But not an issue for me n family.

Clean hotel. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mat. Soap dispenser in shower. Soap bar also provided. Air conditioner, fan, hot water and wifi work well. Don’t forget to flick the switch outside the bathroom to activate the air conditioner and hot water. Water bottles provided. Also water dispenser (cold and hot) near reception with coffee and mugs. Saw umbrellas also. Good movies on TV. Tan (reception lady) very nice and polite. Do try Kuantan rd morning market, Cecil st food court, Friday night market van praagh and Ais Tingkap. Free CAT bus from Komtar around Georgetown, last stop at ferry. Then it starts again at the ferry to Komtar in a slightly different direction due to one war streets. Chowrasta market also has hawker stalls in the alley in the morning. Do not go to New Lane hawker food - overpriced and not the best in flavour. You will not be able to sit unless you buy a drink.

Hotel was renovated several years ago and great for budget travellers but rooms is small. TV channels POOR, about 9 channels with half in Malays. Condition of room, AC and toilet are above average.

Affordable, clean and comfortable. Would get 5 stars if they had more facilities like a bar or gym but the size of the premises won't be able to fit those.

Very bad experience, if you do last minute booking, you need to check in at another branch lobby, it take 7 minutes walk. Imagine if it’s a raining day.
