First of all this place has no management present nor do they have any knowledge of customer service or cleanliness. I wouldn't classify this as a hotel, motel, guesthouse or inn. I do know that if Agoda continues to list these types of places in the search listing they will loose me as a customer. Not clean, very loud, bad customer service the staff if you want to call them that wanted to raise his voice with me and tell me to go someplace elese if I didn't like it. They didn't want to refund the money. Wifi works sometimes. The sheets, walls and walls were all dirty. Beware...

BED BUGS! Booked one night. Upon arrival checked bed - it was completely infested with bed bugs. They moved us to another room when I showed them the infestation. That mattress also had a lot of stains and likely had bugs too. I hope they get on top of this problem soon, as it is fixable!

The rooms were okay. The toiletries aren't good. Had mosquitoes. The facilities can be improved. But it was under the budget. Seems popular among travelers.

Very friendly guys at counter, but that's the photos of cheapest room and public bathrooms, you have to make sure it's cleaner and nicer than this. Wash the bed cover as well, it smells bad.

Its affordable and quite clean..near to little india n middle of the town..within 500metres there is bicycle stand where u can rent a cycle..there is a diy dobi opposite where u can wash and dry your clothes. There is free breakfast with every booking

Mr. Sahil is very very cooperative and helpful person who manages this place with full his dedication to let you feel as your home pace . Very peaceful place & excellent zone of centre Pinang. Nearby every VIP corners of muntri street , 5 minutes walking distance from this guest house gestures and nice ways to take trip in surrounding areas. The internal interior design in such a way within a much abundant space . Enjoy your happiness with pleasure.

Smelly room with a mulfunction air conditioner, sometimes it will switch off automatically, they give us a different room from what we have booked, from a private toilet to a shared toilet. Really disappointed.

I paid rm47 for a room with queen bed and bathroom inside, quite cheap in my opinion. All the facilities were okay, I didn't expect much actually. Might consider to stay here again in future
