Hotel and rooms are clean, price very affordable, facility is okay. You must make a request to have your room cleaned. Otherwise they wont clean it. Towels are changed everyday. Drink water provided. Overall, recommended for the budget price.

Located near the heart of Penang's capital city, Georgetown, its location is so strategic that you can just walk to get local eateries and midnight snack from nearby convenient stores and restaurants. This budget hotel is just amazing. Spotless in every area, good counter service, has elevator to first and second floors, ironing board+water dispenser+coffee/tea are available at level 1. The room is quite spacious and I fell in love instantly with its interior. Beds were comfy and bathroom was installed with hot showers and came with toiletries. It was an amazing stay at the hotel, just a lil problematic to get free parking near the hotel as they only provided two slots and the public parking spaces near the hotel are heavily occupied especially when nearby restaurants are opening for business. Really need a lady luck to get the parking slot. TV is okay, but lack of channels and WiFi isn't strong in the room as it kept me logged out from time to time. Another problem is there's no kiblat direction in the room although they have Muslim staff at the receptionist.

In Penang is very hard to get a room with window and space. This hotel isn't located in the city center, BUT I got window, spacious room, very friendly hotel staff, shared Terrace where I can eat, work or Chill. The room was very nicely designed, quite and just 20min walking from the city center. It's surrounded by many good restaurants, shops. The wifi was strong enough for working remotely. If I will come back to Penang I will definitely choose this hotel once again, NO doubt.

Wonderful hotel ! Stayed for 2 days before going to airport. Clean, comfortable, excellent value, incredibly friendly staff - very service oriented. Great location close to many good places to eat, easy walk to Komtar or other areas. Highly recommend. So happy we found this little hidden gem. A+ !

Right across the street there is a hawker center with packed crowd. Walking distance has ample food choices. Really appreciate the cleanliness of rooms.

It's one of the few hotels that caters to solo travellers with their single bedrooom. Excellent locations, walking distance (15mins) to famous places e.g. St Paul's Church, 1st Avenue Mall. Check in staff was friendly, they allow luggage storage after checkout. Yes there seems to be a 'stench' with as some had commented but it was okay after the housekeeping came the next day. Need to hang the door tag for housekeeping.

This hotel is very unsafe for ladies because the room door could be opened with access card of another room, to make things worse, the sliding door lock was faulty. Requested to change room, the second room provided was reeked with stench. We were informed that all other rooms were occupied, we either take it or leave it. The management wasn't sincere and responsible enough to provide us with a solution, overwhelmed with frustration, we ended up asking for refund. The worst experience so far in Penang!

Room has weird stench. Stayed for 2 nights and both days had air cond problem, which is still not properly fixed despite few visits by the maintenance crew. Asked for change of room, but unable to get one. Didnt have a pleasant stay overall.

Affordable hotel with a good size bed. Anyone looking for a clean, cheap hotel can consider this. Good location for foodies. Center of Penang Island.

room was clean. bathroom provided with hair dryer. neatly maintained bedspread. wifi connectivity is poor at 2nd floor compared to ground floor’s signal strength, other than everything is just fine :)

Cheap and comfortable, it was really nice to stay! But I hope the staff can check and clean the room properly before a guest staying in. (the TV cabinet drawer was not clean and used disposable mask and candies wrapping papers from last guest was there.)Otherwise, it was a great stay, counter's staffs are polite and helpful.

Strategic location along macalister road with lots of eateries just a walk away. Rooms are really clean & best of all, water pressure is extremely strong. It's great for a shower. One drawback is the really hard mattress. Parking is quite limited here, if you're lucky, there are 2 in front of the hotel entrance.

I love my stay here. An adequate room for 2 prsn with glass wall bathroom. TV has a lot of channels. It's a nice place surrounded by cafe that opens from morning till late night so, no worries about being hungry at anytime of the day. Happy overall.

Affordable, clean and convenient are the three words to describe this hotel. It is within walking distance from main attractions in Georgetown. Food is easily available for halal and non halal options. The only drawback perhaps is the lack of access to laundry services, although the closest available is found in Summer Tree Hotel where the number of machines in limited.

Link hotel a satisfying place to stay in Penang. The room is clean and tidy. The water in the shower flows swiftly. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, everything is clean and fresh. Hotel employees are always alert to serve. When I was having a hard time due to a mismatched cellphone charger adapter, the receptionist lent me the hotel adapter. The receptionist also allowed me to put ice cream and fresh milk in the hotel fridge. In this hotel also available purifier water dispenser that can be selected hot, warm, or cold. Rates for staying at this hotel are also economical. Thank you to the link hotel for the service. Good luck and get lots of customers.

The price is very cheap and very comfortable hotel. The room is very decent and clean. TV is brand new (I saw the TV still seal the plastic thing). For aircond, a bit noisy but very slow to make a room colder. But 1 thing before you book this hotel. If you planned to bring your own car, you're going to take a hard time to find 1 parking spot just to stay at this hotel due to near to tourist spot. For the place, it is very strategic! I give 4 stars because hard to find parking. That's the only negative comments that I got. While others, excellent!

Value for money. Next to plenty Chinese eateries. Rooms are small but expected to be. Within walking distance to Komtar, Top and many attractions, easy to get Grab if you dont wanna walk. And I have to mention the shower has good water flow, unlike some budget hotels.
