😐 The place is cozy and full of family ambiance. However, the food is just so so. Half of the plates we ordered were overcooked or burned (chicken wings and the burger). The pasta was okay, but the all the meat was tasteless without the sauces. The burger was also not nice as people recommend 🥲 I had... People often mention good, nice, pasta, Depot, chicken, burger, great, parking, cafe, service,

The place is cozy and full of family ambiance. However, the food is just so so. Half of the plates we ordered were overcooked or burned (chicken wings and the burger). The pasta was okay, but the all the meat was tasteless without the sauces. The burger was also not nice as people recommend 🥲 I had to dip the patty into the sauce to feel the flavor (sauces for burger were not impressive either). After that dinner, I only remembered the fries and onion rings, they were really nice. Good thing is they served quite fast.

I was surprised to be greeted by the owner himself. Good first impression. Service was great - staffs attending to customers' needs right away. Foods & drinks were delicious (still gets me drooling while writing this review). Mine were Masak Lemak Cili Api Spaghetti with Prawn & Virgin Mojito. Price were also reasonable. You can pay using both online & offline; cash, card or bank transfer. PS: 1) the map might gets you confused. The place is a little hidden inside, you have to get into the Hin Bus Depot in order to find the restaurant. 2) the kitchen is on their break at 3-5pm. So don't come during this time. 3) table got reserved very quickly. Book yours first before coming would be a very good idea. Overall a pleasant experience for me. Good job Rumah Kacha's team 👍🏻

Angus burger is burned (patty and bread). The store manager's attitude towards our request of reservation (for 15folks) was rejected and he acts rudely giving reasons that there are too many reservations in which it was not utilized the whole time we're eating, bad market business decision. Disappointing place, won't be coming back.

Good place and good food!! The environment is so good that you can have your meal comfortably with the nice view. To owner, maybe you can add on more menu, especially dessert.

1st of all parking issue. Theres limited reserves parking space in the restaurant area, so u need to park outside or back of the building which cost u dollars. Food tasted awesome, almost perfecto. I ordered angus burger & superberries tea ice. Both are just nice and enough for small person like me. Ouh also, you are recommended to book a table rather than u hentam kromo because this place always full sometimes. Overall its a good place to have peace dinner. P/s please dont bring kids or huge family gathering. This place is heaven for couples and 2-4 persons. Quiet and lovely. Also due to covid dont bring full pack of family, we wanted to enjoy the ambient and food.

Located strategic well in Bus Hin Port. The glasshouse is conceptual with the fancy pronunciation in Bahasa Melayu “Kacha” rather than “kaca” ( means glass ). The ambiance is more into minimalist vibes and is suitable for couples, families, and friends. Foods menu is updated with various selections such as an all-day menu for instant starters, burgers, and pasta. Unfortunately, they did not update the price on Google My Business Page. Friendly services by the teams and please check their daily schedule before planning for dine-in to avoid any uncertainty. I did order: “ Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Burger “ boneless drumstick, caramelized onions, served with onion rings and fries. It can be improved much better and please cross-check the onion rings & fries' quality too. Yet, the boneless drumsticks are just okay.

Good instagramable place and good pasta, i’ve order Squid pasta with Tom Yam paste & Pasta with Masak lemak chili Api. Wow delicious and definitely will come again. Dinner would be more wonderful as we can capture the glass effect structure & nice lighting effect. Inside this compound, they have other cafe too. Highly recommended!!

As its Malay name suggests, this restaurant is located inside a floor-to-ceiling "glass house". This restaurant is at Hin Bus Depot. Recommend to call and book for big groups. My team has a gathering lunch here and we are also able to preorder our food and drinks. They gave us outdoor seating though, to accommodate 15 of us. Food-wise, the menu choices are pretty interesting. I ordered masak lemak cili api spaghetti and it's quite flavouful. They could've been more generous with the chicken though. Curly fries is quite crispy. The cold brew is from Nui Kopi which I think is a stall from Hin Bus Depot sometimes. It's like Vietnamese coffee and pretty good. My friend also recommended juicy lucy beef burger. Service could have been better, as other reviews suggested. The servers are a bit impatient when we asked them to clarify the drink orders.

Those thai chicken wings are so good, it’s finger licking good. The fusion pasta is great and big sized prawns were used. Lovely beautiful cafe

Walked into the restaurant and we were lucky to have seats during lunch hour. Ordered grilled chicken and their signature fried chicken wings. Foods were served very fast. Chicken wings taste good. Well marinated and crisp. The grilled chicken was just ok.

Nice place. Food was yummy. Went there for buka puasa, made reservations and preordered the food via whatsapp. They only served the food about 5-10mins before azan, so that was great as the food was still warm. Place is comfy for large and small groups. They had indoor and outdoor area. Place was not too crowded (maybe because it was a weekday?) Price was standard 40-50 including drinks per pax.

Good food, cozy ambiance. Super fast service too. Had pesto pasta, juicy lucy burger and grilled lamb. We noticed the place was frequented by families. Perhaps it's the casual atmosphere. I think making it a glass house is smart with the community creative space around the area. No surau available but the staff recommended places for us to pray. You can either walk to a Masjid (about 10min walk?) or a closer option (with courtesy) is a hotel building outside.

Situated within Hin Bus Depot, it exudes positive vibes and a delightful atmosphere. The food is excellent, the restaurant is well-maintained, and the staff is attentive. The decor showcases a charming rustic and industrial concept, serving as a great example for those who appreciate such aesthetics. This place is Insta-worthy.

The Chicken Chop and Pasta were so so so delicious, i keep thinking of it. A pretty cafe located with Hin Bus Depot so if have events there on weekends the tables would be full. I was lucky when me n my sister came it was still early so there weren't many people yet but as we were going out most tables were occupied. It's air conditioned so you could save yourself from outside heat 😆 staff were very nice as well Highly recommended Rumah Kacha 👍🏻

This establishment is strikingly picturesque, with an ambiance that radiates warmth and charm. The service is exemplary, marked by a team of staff who are both congenial and attentive, ensuring a memorable visit. The culinary experience is exceptional, with the BBQ Chicken Burger deserving of special mention. It is expertly prepared, offering a succulent, richly seasoned, and thoroughly satisfying taste. One of the notable conveniences is the availability of private parking – a considerable advantage in a bustling locale such as Penang Island, though it is worth noting that parking is somewhat constrained. On weekends, it is advisable to be prepared for alternative parking arrangements, which may include a short stroll to the restaurant.

Must try! Very nice quality menu at reasonable prices. The place is air conditioned & have some outdoor sitting. It's located at Hin Depot. A blend of locals & western menu ..Nice pasta, drinks selection & salads. Amazing environment with a see through transparent glass House. Place is maintained very clean & follows SOP strictly.

The service was fast but not the food. Just don't buy grilled chicken chop cause the meat so tasteless. The sauce is so bland. Not worth the price. If you come just to chit chat with hipster setting, is okay but for food is a no.

The food is soooo delicious (for me). The place is so aesthetic, instagrammable. Fast service, friendly staff. In terms of price, quite standard for the cafe. Recommended.

Food is quite expensive but the taste was good. Good with drink for each person roughly cost bout Rm 40. For Once in a while it’s okay I guess. The place looks so cozy and pleasant.

Smart cafe set in the chilled out grounds of the Hin Bus Depot arts and creative space. I had the Angus Burger, which was a lovely messy burger with BBQ sauce, plus some excellent onion rings and curly fries on the side.

Scrumptious Western Malay fusion inside Hin Bus Depot with good portion size and pricing. As the name suggests, the place is in a characteristic glass house with a wide view of the insides of Hin Bus Depot, allowing you to admire the hustle and bustle just outside with relative safety. The food is well presented and tastes delightful. More in a western style, the offerings come in decent portions and are thoroughly seasoned and balanced. The lamb comes with three hearty slices and the chicken salad is not doused in the typical Kewpie mayo dressing that standard salads suffer from in this part of the world. Staff are pleasant and decor is simple and effective. Pricing is quite reasonable with dishes around RM25 - 36 for mains. Will be back to try their burgers at the recommendation of a regular of theirs.

Food: Super delicious! Their rendang pasta is the besttttt can’t find in KL. Still remember the taste after a week 🫠 got our orders within around 10mins. Price range: > RM 20, standard cafe price Location: Georgetown centre (tourist area). Very busy during weekend. Parking: Ample parking. We parked far from the cafe since the parking area is very confusing since we’re not from Penang 😂 Vibes: Instagrammable and very cosy! The cafe interior is very classic and clean! Staff: Friendly and helpful. Maybe we got their boss took our orders and he is very friendly!! Definitely will come again!

Great environment and service. I sat outside The food is pretty good as well! I ordered the Rendang pasta, and a Caesar salad. Portion a bit too little for me however. Haha

Usually Their Lamb chop is on spot. But I need to be fair to them. I can’t judge them for having one bad meal over there. But I must say this was my first time having a lamb chop with so much gristle on it. The rest of the food was great. Definitely will go again

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
