Went to buy two happy meals and they give me two toys charge rm26 but when i ask how the happy meal charge up to rm26 he said its for two happy meals of sausage mcmuffin. I am a toy collector and i collected the mcdonald toys so i know very well what is included in the happy meal. the drinks for happy meal not provided. instead of giving me the drink from the happy meal package they charge the drink under mccafe. when i reach another counter to collect my food the lady told me i only order one happy meal. the rest is put under alacarte order but why give me two happy meals toys during payment? she asked for my receipt and close up the window to talk to another person. later she open up the window and ask me to shift my car further i said ok. after that she hand me two mccafe drinks and i know that there is something very wrong with the order. When i ask back the receipt she say she need it to check. i feel problem is at the guy at the cashier counter not the lady giving the food. overall the happy meal drink is not provided, instead of providing the happy meal drink they charge again for mccafe drink.

I think this is one of the most beautiful McDonald's out there. The building is outstanding. Had to come in for a Latte and a Belgian Chocolate cake. Surprised to see McDonald's cakes are now supplied by Secret Recipe. The packaging was good but the slice was a bit small... Only the box looks big.. A marketing ploy perhaps? But anyway enjoyed the atmosphere here. Great to come here to chill...

I'm really disappointed in this branch. I ordered 3 pieces of fried chicken for take away. They give me 2 wings and 1 breast but no drumstick. I don't like wings,my favorite one is drumstick. But I didn't check when I was collecting. When I was home I found out there is no drumstick. This what they do with customer

Food here is as standard as other mcd outlets. Service quality depending on the time and how busy the place gets. So far, the service here was good enough everytime I came here. The upper level dining area is spacious and comfortable with eye pleasing interior decor. This mcd could possibly be the "oldest located" in malaysia, as it is located inside a heritage building. Birch House is 115 years old.

Biggest outlet with good ambient design. Kids love it coz Transformers placed outside the parking for free photo.

Probably the most beautiful Macdonald’s in Malaysia. Occupying a whole refurbished old building. Strangely quite for this magnificent branch just before lunch hour. Tried the fried chicken. Quite disappointed as the batter was patchy. The other items are as usual.

Very slow response and poor service everytime. Either long waiting time even though no queue in line or forget to give sugar/syrup/butter. Totally different experience from greenlane branch where service is fast and efficient. Had us waiting for so long even though we were first in line for drive through and when she passed me the meals without drinks, i called after her. When she didn't respond, i had to honk. She had the nerve to tell me to 'sabar je'. 🙄 Didn't get her name. This incident happened on 28th November 8am. When i reached home, guess what, gave me the wrong order AGAIN! If your employee cannot multitask, please retrain! The food given was incomplete. Thinking back, they accepted cash without giving receipt. Something fishy is going on in this premise🤔

Went for drive thru only not dare to dine in due to the covid spread. Had our fries at the car park. But my kids love to pose with the transformers. Good effort👍👍

Says 24 hours and then I arrive to see it is not in-fact open 24 hours so I was left starving that night! The person sitting inside was extremely rude to us also, looking at us like we are idiots for coming at a late hour when infact, they are supposed to be 24 hours!!!!!

Except the limited parking lots, being able to dine in a heritage building is always a enjoyable privilege. Upstairs is mostly unavailable.

I like this unique and historical MCD. The atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. They also provided the mini Sundae cone for kids going there. So lovely.

Went for McD drivethru. Ordered large set. Came home and realised they only gave me half pack of fries in a large packing.

One of the worst mcd I've been to Food everything is normal but what is bad is the service The service is very bad and this is coming from the manager herself(black cloth) They're understaffed so nobody is manning the register so people had to wait in line when they face an issue or cash payment thn the attitude they project is really bad customer service Hopefully training will further improve their attitude and service else they'd be stuck at that position forever

This place would have to be one of the flashiest KFC all McDonald's I have ever been to with large transformers out the front definitely worth the visit.

Service getting worst n worst.. Long waiting.. staff work slowly, not efficient.. always no place to sit, not because of too many ppl, but always close upstairs area..

It was good coz apparently Mcdonald's in these areas run out of cooks and you can't have hot meals. But this issue was not faced at this Mcdonald's good staff

I like the concept of turning an old heritage building into something like this. The space is big. Air-conditioning was good too. Parking lots are limited, can park at time square too.

A fancy building, nice location and spacious. But the service was so slow, waited for about 10 mins for only 2 items ( an apple pie and 1 Mc Flurry). Maybe it took some time to prepare the apple pie. Located next to 2 Transformers, besides Penang Times Square.

The service is too freaking SLOW!! I've been here for three times and they still haven't managed to hire new people after two months? What?? They gave excuses that it's because of the shortage of the staff but it's been a month since I last visited but the service is still poor!! Too slow! This is a drive through not a restaurant

Actually i want to rate half of star because it was too bad service. I wait for more than 30 minutes, i wait Infront of the pick up order counter. No one of the partner there ask i what my order number. I'm really mad because I see they was packing other orders first. After i ask them where is my order and suddenly she say "kak order number berapa ya, takde pon kertas order kak". I became what seriously! I have order 30 minutes before. They not packing my order yet. After the order has done pick up, she never say sorry ma'am for late services. Really upset because of the services. I will never come to the outlet again.If one of them say sorry it's will be nice.

Very unpleasant experience. Wanted to have a nice midnight snack during my trip, however was lead to cold nuggets, cold fries, and also stale ice cream cones. The food was also very slow considering it is a fast food chain. Thought the pretty exterior would provide something giving, but did not meet expectations. (update): there were some flies around the mccafe area + the toilet could not be flushed. I hope they can change up the situations so that future customers can have a pleasant experience.
