๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ A must try drink in Penang. Ais Sarbat Laici is always the best. *Pro tips : some of the drinks are already bottled and fridged beside the counter, so just go straight to the fridge and buy, no need to queue, same price same taste. Lot of people dont know this so they queue just to order at counter... People often mention drinks, queue, refreshing, long, drink, taste, order, wait, park, Penang,

Very cooling and refreshing drink. Itโ€™s basically sirap selasih with coconut water, coconut meat and sarbat extract. Itโ€™s a uniquely Penang drink and you can only find it here. You can either queue up for takeaway, or just sit at the table and wait for someone to take your order. If you want to try but donโ€™t have the time to wait, they also sell ready made ais tingkap in the refrigerator.

This ice stall is such a legend. This stall has been known since 1919 if I'm not mistaken. They have many icy desserts selection beside the main menu, ais tingkap. Taste? Absolutely good and the price was reasonable.

Must try refreshment drinks when you travel to penang. The sarbat is so tasty and refreshing. Got variety of sarbat and cendol. Prefer go here with grab or walking since the place is hard to find car park. Near chowrasta market, Jeruk Pak Ali and other food stall. Recommended ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

The best refreshing beverage to have. I tried their ais tingkap and coconut water. Love the taste and it was prepared fresh upon order. Due to this place was too crowded and long queue, I've made my order via Food panda and i picked up later. It was way convenient and saved my time. Price wise was reasonable.

Order Ais Tingkap Sorbet and Ice Lemon Tea. Had to wait for a que but it was worth the wait becaus the taste is very refreshing! Quite unique since they put lot of mixed ingredient. I can say it's not your typical syrup. Suitable for a hot weather. Will repeat if I come to Penang next time.

Heritage drink from 1919. Walking distance from Komtar and nearby chowrasta (you can find Jeruk Madu Pak Ali there). My favourite drink was the Sarbat with the twist of the lemon in it. Perfect beverage and thirst quencher especially under the hot sun. Their service is super fast, donโ€™t be afraid of the long que, your order will be prepared and delivered within 5-10 minutes. The quality of the packaging I can said has been standardise compared to 2015. They also have bottled drink if you want to take them home or want to give to your love one as a souvenir. Overall, the price is cheap and reasonable, the taste is unique as they put some herb in it (itโ€™s their secret ingredient) and you donโ€™t need to wait for a long que, oh ya, they have QR payment as well. Donโ€™t be afraid if you not bring any cash. #Cashless!

You can get a really special cool drinks over here, can't get this anywhere else. Not so sure about their ingredient inside coz too many people queue to buy, all the worker are busying to prepare the drinks. Got some Chia Seed inside i think? And some coconut. Really refreshing to have a cool drinks like this while walking under the hot sun. Anywhere the also sell wide variety of drinks, many other customer also order their Cendol and Ais Kacang

Tasty and refreshing desserts, served quickly by friendly people! They will also help you choose whatever you prefer. You sit outside so itโ€™s still very hot, but at least you get a refreshing dessert ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Variety of beverages (cendol, ABC, sharbat drinks). I reach there during rain. The waiter set up new table for us at a better (not wet) area. The waiter even lend us their umbrella. A very kind act.

Not the biggest fan of bandung/bandung flavored things but had to check this place out since I was visiting Georgetown. Went around 3.30pm, there was a small queue but I saw a much longer queue when I passed it earlier (around 1.30-2pm) I got the Ais Tingkap Sherbet Lemon for rm4, you can upgrade it to a large for an extra rm1. It was surprisingly refreshing and tangy from the lemon and the coconut water with the coconut shavings helped me cool down. Would definitely recommend that you check it out at least once, you can opt for the Laichi version if you like your drinks on the sweeter side. They accept QR pay as well which was very convenient.

This drink smells citrusy. With sirap selasih some coconuts and other. I bought it from the freezer which is convenient for me. I've been waiting since 10 am just to see what's so special about it. Different than normal SIRAP SELASIH. I don't need to Que since I purchase it from the freezer but I bet the drinks will be better in ice packets. If you wanna get easy access to a park, I advise you to park near Nasi kandar ketapang. They have a park near there so you can pay through PENANG park apps or get inside a Mall park near there which they provided.

Disappointed when we arrive ais tingkap out of stock. Ais kacang special taste good. But need to improve customer service cause it's too long for waiting our order until 30 minutes.

line up for 10 mins A new taste to me, I like the chia seed inside - worth a try but 10 mins line up is enough Not overly sweet

Queue not long but need to wait almost 45 mins just to get your drinks. Not worth it. It looks like the staff prolong / delay in preparing the drinks just to make sure the queue is long. A kakak in front of me almost lost her patience. I'm not going to visit here again. Spent your time queing at other places guys, places that give more value to your waiting / queue time. The taste of the drinks is so-so. Nothing special.

Taste wise, it is tasty. Lagiยฒ bila panaih lit lit baq hangg. But cleanliness wise, i would give 1 (?) star. For people who prioritize their hygiene upmost, this place are not suitable for you. Me? Sebab dah ikut kawan kan, kita rela kan aje lah ๐Ÿซ  Ahhh, and there's a very long queue. Please be patient, LOL. But there's a guy who will get in line to ask for what you want to order in advance so that by the time you've reached the cashier counter, your drink will be ready. Reasonable prices. BUT IT'S VERY HARD TO FIND A PARKING. Kau park tepi jalan, tapi make sure ada member kau ready dalam kereta. Dah siap bungkus, kau blah terus.

Saw a long queue and decided to join, it must be good right? Was looking at the menu and it looks like sirap Ros biasa2 je. Waktu tunggu was quite long so I can only hope itโ€™s good. Fuh bila hirup tu, menang lah power beb. Tak tau la apa diorang letak but memang sedap! A must visit in Penang. I have to buy the bottled ones to bring back home when I return here!

Don't be put off by the queue!! Stand there as long as it takes, because when you taste this wonderful drink you'll be amazed! Oh, and get the large size! The colour makes it look like it should be very sweet, but it's just refreshing and delicious! This shop was opened in 1928/1929 and serves the best ais tingkap!
