Food is unique. A different local take on many different dishes. We came here on different nights and times. If you don't order drinks you will be charged a seat fee. Grab a few drinks at the fridge by the bar or let the server come to you and ask you what you want. After you order at the shop. They will bring the food to you. Pay when you recieve the food.

Well organised and hygiene food court in town. In conjunction with their 2nd anniversary celebration, all foods have 50 discount for giving back to penangites!! 😃 I spent RM10.30 only for all these Tasty meals at Weld Quay, Georgetown, Penang 😋

Old school food court but been modernized with fancy lighting and deco ,have the lunch service and dinner service ,the dinner part are more vibrant as there are singers singing while you dine ,don't expect opera type but cheerful songs that one can listen to while having your drink

Ate here alot during our 1 week stay. Great variety of food including local, Thai, Vietnamese, and western dishes. Note your table number, find the food you want, pay and then they will bring it for you. Great value, very clean and everything we had was very tasty. Was about 20mins from our hotel, but was well worth the walk. Highly Recommended.

Friendly atmosphere and many food stalls. I laughed when I saw the ‘western food’ stall. It looks terrible! Was kind of disappointed that there were no Indian options.. I had noodles at one stall.. and noodle soup at another. Worth the visit. Also… where are the satay skewers? Hmmm 🤔

Many shop and many type of foods to choose but the taste are nothing special, bad organization and make it confusing for the way to order and get the food, wait too long. For fries chicken shop is too bad like they cooked it and leave the food like that for long time, cold and strong. The staff who serve the drink take the tip by themselves without asking by not give back a chance.

A giant food court selling all kind of food n drinks. Went there around 7 pm and it was pretty crowded. No ac here but there were a few big scale fans around. Bought char kwetiau, vietnam style congee , penang rojak. The best dish was fried kwetiau, rojak was quite bad. Nutmeg drink a must try as it is the signature drink there.

Spacious hawker centre with loads of stalls. A bit touristy but we found this stall that serves a delicious bowl of white curry Mee. What makes the difference is the excellent chilli. Mix it well with the broth to get robust flavours.

Jetty Court is a nice place where you can hv good foods and hang around with a group of friends and family. All kinds of snacks, Fujian noodles, wonton noodles, fruit strip soup, braised pork, fried fish, balitong, etc. Good environment : At night you can enjoy the foods with some little music. 49-F, Pengkalan Weld, George Town, 10300 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang 11 AM-Midnight

Tried a few stalls for CKT, mi goreng, portuegese stingray and prawns, ginger onion grouper (note: it’s spicy) and kangkung belacan. Except spicy, the dishes personally lack wok flavours. The prawns from the stall at entrance not so fresh tonight, can’t comment for other days for fair judgment to hawker.

#TipsForTrips: Just tell sellers your Table Number. The food will be cooked and sent to your table. Pay when food is served at your table. Smack in the center of tourist belt opposite the clan jetties. Frequented by tourists and a few locals. Serving wide array of hawker food, local and regional fares. The drinks are slightly more expensive than local coffee shops. It’s a huge space with rows of stalls with clear signs making ordering easy.

Very spacious and airy place. Overall a great place for food. Char Ho Fun stall which we ordered char tung fun is very good. The laksa/popiah stall sells good asam laksa but the portion is a bit too small for RM6.

Formerly known as CF food court.. we tried to eat here based on grab driver recommendation while we plan to visit Chew Jetty clan area.. We tried wan thon mee, poppiah and asam laksa.. i like the wan thon mee, the standard menu includes 2 dumplings with prawn inside of it. The place was crowded, food served fast, probably similar with most of food court across Penang. Definitely not disappointed experience. Since there are many similar places to eat around with not so much difference in taste, we're not sure if this is a recommended place.. but if you're right around the corner and feeling hungry, we would recommend this place, especially on Wednesday, because the chew jetties big bowl noodle are closed.

I highly recommend this market. I ate at several other hawker stalls, but kept coming back to the Jetty. A great selection of foodie stuff. I ate from several vendors and was never disappointed. Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Malaysian, American BBQ. Clean, comfortable for an open air market with many fans and AC units to move the air around. Bathrooms clean with many wash stations.

Very spacious, but definitely a tourist spot!! Only few locals go there to eat Ordered the vietnamese beef noodles,no fresh condiments to accompany it,and proce was rm17 Char koew toew was cheaper but only mediocre Overall nothing to shout about but its near to the jetty so i guess after sightseeing one could stop just for a drink and snacks

We ate at Jetty Nguyen Vietnamese Cruisine's food stall. Decent food. The cold rice noodle with grilled meat was tasty. The pickled carrots/daikon was a bit more sour from vinegar than typical. The beef noodle soup was decent though you can taste the noodles as it wasn't fresh. The grilled meat sandwich was ok, not that great but then again, I can't be too hard cause this is Malaysia and not Vietnam. I would eat here again if I can't find another Vietnamese place next time! It was decent/good.

Pattaya fried rice with chicken and prawns 9myr less than $3 what can I say pocket book still full and so is my tummy a bargain all round do yourself a flavor and visit jetty food court. The little stall is called 'Penang Fried Rice ' just on the rite hand side as you enter

Great food and good prices for the meals. The staff at the different stands are friendly, the place has fans for air circulation, and it covered with a roof so in case of bad weather you could still enjoy your food in peace. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are readily available at fair prices. Would definitely recommend! We visited this place twice during our time 5 day stay in Penang :)

This is literally the WORST Char Koay Teow i’ve ate in my whole life. First of all the taste is very weird, tasted like ketchup or anything sweet. Then second is they add Rm1 for egg but the dish came without lapchong, spring onion, and siham. Also the prawn already turn black which is not fresh. Very different from the picture and is not worth for the price at all. This dish is Rm8 Came with only 3 tiny prawn, prawn is also with shell on.

one of the best food courts in Georgetown. With live music, plenty of choice of food and good vibe. Perfect to go with a group of friends and share food

The only food court in Georgetown area, Variety of local food available. Went for the Zi Char. Great value. Live karaoke music was unbearably loud at 10pm but I wasn't the target crowd.

  • 5/5 Frances L. 11 months ago on Google
Create location for some local food! Plenty of choices! And there’s a central stage in the middle of the food court, perhaps there are live music some time?

Tried the Dim Sum stall here and was quite disappointed. The drinks were diluted, dim sum was not really fresh and the Chee cheong fun had no taste. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

It is a happening food court. But some of the stall chefs smoke in the store during the cooking. There are many food options. Service is good. There is ample space to sit and eat. There are always people coming in and going out.

You can eat here really good for a small price. They come to the table for the drinks (consumption required) and you can pick up the food at one of the many stalls. There is also good ventilation in the hall so that there is a pleasant temperature (even in the middle of the day)

  • 4/5 Susan S. 1 year ago on Google
Large area for dining and it is well ventilated. Serves mostly local favourites, Thai/Japanese/western style food also available. Price range RM10-20 per meal. Drinks RM4 - 5 per drink. Beer small bottle ~RM10+ Taste wise okay moderate. You can watch live sports on Astro while enjoying your meal. If there is live show or singing then the music will be loud and conversation is impossible. Place is relatively clean and has easy going vibe. Good for tourist to enjoy most local food all in one place.

Papa bbq was delicious. You should try the laksa as well. There are more hidden gems there. Waiting for my next adventure with Kam yong at this food court.

Grilled fish was below par. Taste was too light and not feeling the goodness of grill. It has some twist to the grilled fish by adding egg bit the combination was not really amazing. RM15 per serving. 2 stars
