Antique building in outer look, clean and spacious inside, a warm place to have Dim Sum. Didn’t order much but those few that we ordered were good! Mum still under treatment so a lot restrictions on food range, and much helped from this kind waitress to check on which my mum can or cannot consume. Friendly staff and fast service. Ample parking!

Far better than any dim sum restaurants to the south of the island. Plenty of parking bays, spacious comfortable air-conditioned dining room, food was delicious and served hot. Prices fair for what we got. Any complaints? One pesky fly buzzing around. Oh yes, the name "Daily Fish" sounds like a wet market or a gossip newspaper. Overall, worth coming back. Two persons dining for RM 50.50.

On the first day of CNY 2022, booked 2 tables of MYR888 set for family members. I have booked advanced to ensure we have a place to dine in and i was told to select two time slot. Either 6pm or 8pm. Booked the 8pm slot since 6pm is rather too early for our usual dinner. 1) Service Experience: A bit of let down. I know its almost fully booked but there is no one to manage the front desk. We arrived at 7.50pm and been standing at the entrance for 10mins with No One approached us to enquire our booking. Eventually i need to go inside to look for the captain and was told that the earlier slot table still yet to leave. The 6pm diners have no respect of time management aside, but the restaurant planning needs to ensure the 2nd batch is properly served. We waited further 15mins with further follow up with the captain. Separately, SOP is not properly enforced by the restaurant as host. Groups of people repeated cheering Yam Seng in full throat voice, again and again without respecting the other diners who wished to dine safely. It just take one positive person to spread from the amplified yam seng. Everytime they did it, we quickly wear our mask though the risk of the virus could ends up at our food and utensils. This is where the host lack in ensuring other diners safety by turning a deaf ear. 2) Food Quality: The price aside, i do welcome the vege/fruit type of yee sang but this one is with littlebit of fish skin. Rice is not cooked. Prawn is so-so. The fish is not properly descaled - so of wasted. As for the sharkfin soup, very generous of crab meats. Pig trotter and Fish Maw Brocolli are good. 3) Price: If this price is remain after the 2nd day of CNY, i think it is heavenly priced. On 1st and 2nd day of CNY, factoring OT surcharges, this can be acceptable with the food serve. Otherwise, many other chinese restaurant offers better value. To me, price is often forgotten if Service and Quality are met.

Entrance & service was good until mid way eating. Trying to clear off everything on the table before asking is rude. I was having a chat and look back at the table all dishes on the middle was gone. I still have half bowl of rice 🍚 Infront of me. Hey, maybe checking with the rice 🍚 bowl person if they wanna still have the dishes first before clearing every thing up. Then the birthday noodle appear, mine was so little gravy that the noodle didn't get to soak in. It's supposed to get soak in, hello? The main plate had been cleared off and again, no offered if we would like the extra gravy. The staff was just trying to complete their task and not checking with the table's request if they have got any preferable on their food served. The Birthday pau served was second to served, it wasn't steam. Its just some pink pau with harden skin on the table. 🙄 Maybe improve on your customer's need? This is not some cheap restaurant, it's almost 40% of one's one month minimum wages for a table. Note, the restaurant was pretty empty when we were there. Private space was provided, with dividers.

Located in one of the three heritage bungalows, this restaurant has ample parking lots available within its business compound. We had dim sum, which is just average as compared to those elsewhere for our brunch and concluded with their signature Nyonya Streamed Fish Head dish(accompanied with Laksa noodles). This particular dish did not disappoint though. Prices are reasonable and service is good

Steam fish was outstanding. Every inch was well done, just nice and not overcooked. The stomach portion was not bitter. It was fresh and so smooth. Sauce was good. Simple dish posted great taste. RM100 per fish was value for money. 5 stars Asparagus with scallop was out of this world. Asparagus was young and fresh. Well cooked. Scallop was tasteful. 5 stars Fried pork was star of the night. It tasted similar to roast pork but the inner fresh was so smooth and melted in mouth. 5 stars Serving within 30 minutes upon ordering. Plenty of parking places wuthin the restaurant premises but almost full at 6pm

Walking into this restaurant you can feel the oriental vibes. Spacious, sparkling clean, efficient service can best describe this restaurant that i reckon is often used for typical Chinese weddings and CNY eve dinner. Food wise, up to mark, price wise reasonable. Will be back for more.

Most of the time when I'm I past by Logan road, its full on cars parked at this restaurant. Decided to go early for dinner where there open for business at 6pm. I arrived at 5.45 pm wondering if they welcome customers already. They did! It's spacious and aircond is cold. Maybe due to the rainy days but it's ok. Ordered bean curd with crab meat. I believe they bean curd is in-house done. It's very aromatic and taste is balance. Next on the picture is lotus roots with cashew nuts. Another dish well served. Pork ribs is yummy bit those who have hard time to chew, pls skip this selection. Final one is the steam nyoya style fish. I could only see a pool of gravy and wonder how the taste would be like. Once you dig in, extra rice would be your next order. Fish were fresh, they added some rice noodles "typical noodles found on laksa" as well. Service wise, very attentive. Price....with the quality of dishes served, it's acceptable. Note: non -halal

Recommended by a local, and WOW! DELISH! GREAT SERVICE! Star of our 8 pax dinner experience, the maitre'd, Ken. Congenial and very experienced! He was able to recommend the star dishes and the portion size to our preference! Spot on! Dishes to try. Nyonya fish, trotter, 2 flavour chicken, deep fried vegetables, and "kam hiong" spiced shrimp. Will definitely return again to sample other dishes!

Went for a dinner on a Sat. The restaurant was doing a brisk business. Luckily we had a prior reservation. The waiter/waitresses, immediate supervisors and captains were efficient and attentive. We ordered a crunchy fried squid, Teow Chew-styled steam fish (super fresh) , broccoli, tendon and taufu, qing long cai with salted fish, claypot pork belly with salt fish. The food was served piping hot and tasty. The cost is abt MYR98 per pax with Chinese tea for everyone. We will return to this Restaurant again!

Really shocked by the service, came in 730 pm and within 30 mins, 5 dishes were served from the course… while some of the family members went to washroom during the dessert serving, the waiter cleaned the table. Really disrespectful as he didn’t even ask and did it fast and it’s only 830 pm, rare family gathering and was enjoying the moment but got ruined abit. Really disappointed by the service… the dishes from CNY course was nice except the rice was too wet and tasteless.

Pretty good food, consider if you know what they do best. There are a few food items that are outright mediocre. Could improve on those.

Traditional chinese dining. Try the nyonya prawns and the peanut paste dessert. These are very good ! Always returning here for big group gatherings.

This is a Chinese style restaurant. I went for the very first time yesterday and we got ourselves our own vip room. I can see that the restaurant itself is big enough for wedding function. Food was definitely great in my opinion. Our group ordered the course meal and every one of the dish was absolutely delicious and the portion is quite big too. Example, for the shark fin soup, everyone basically had two small bowls of it. The fish served was kinda big too and same goes for the prawn, most of us had 2 prawns. Now about the food, the shark fin soup (fake i guess) had a lot of ingredients inside so you not only get the soup but lots of stuff inside. The fish was kinda special as they cook it with laksa style soup and they even add in the laksa soup noodle, very nice imho. And the prawn was fried with nestum and this is another tried and tested awesome dish if done right. Parking space is limited so if you go during peak time then high chance you may need to park at roadside outside the restaurant and pray you won't get a ticket. Overall very nice and clean and great ambience too. P/s: our room have karaoke system so that is another plus for those who love singing... 😉

Had their 8-course meal, really yummy food. Can ask the servers to serve faster or serve a few dishes together if you prefer. Private room available.

Excellent taste and the food is great. Today unexpectedly gotten a hair when scooping fried rice and some flies in the VIP Room.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
