On
the
first
day
of
CNY
2022,
booked
2
tables
of
MYR888
set
for
family
members.
I
have
booked
advanced
to
ensure
we
have
a
place
to
dine
in
and
i
was
told
to
select
two
time
slot.
Either
6pm
or
8pm.
Booked
the
8pm
slot
since
6pm
is
rather
too
early
for
our
usual
dinner.
1)
Service
Experience:
A
bit
of
let
down.
I
know
its
almost
fully
booked
but
there
is
no
one
to
manage
the
front
desk.
We
arrived
at
7.50pm
and
been
standing
at
the
entrance
for
10mins
with
No
One
approached
us
to
enquire
our
booking.
Eventually
i
need
to
go
inside
to
look
for
the
captain
and
was
told
that
the
earlier
slot
table
still
yet
to
leave.
The
6pm
diners
have
no
respect
of
time
management
aside,
but
the
restaurant
planning
needs
to
ensure
the
2nd
batch
is
properly
served.
We
waited
further
15mins
with
further
follow
up
with
the
captain.
Separately,
SOP
is
not
properly
enforced
by
the
restaurant
as
host.
Groups
of
people
repeated
cheering
Yam
Seng
in
full
throat
voice,
again
and
again
without
respecting
the
other
diners
who
wished
to
dine
safely.
It
just
take
one
positive
person
to
spread
from
the
amplified
yam
seng.
Everytime
they
did
it,
we
quickly
wear
our
mask
though
the
risk
of
the
virus
could
ends
up
at
our
food
and
utensils.
This
is
where
the
host
lack
in
ensuring
other
diners
safety
by
turning
a
deaf
ear.
2)
Food
Quality:
The
price
aside,
i
do
welcome
the
vege/fruit
type
of
yee
sang
but
this
one
is
with
littlebit
of
fish
skin.
Rice
is
not
cooked.
Prawn
is
so-so.
The
fish
is
not
properly
descaled
-
so
of
wasted.
As
for
the
sharkfin
soup,
very
generous
of
crab
meats.
Pig
trotter
and
Fish
Maw
Brocolli
are
good.
3)
Price:
If
this
price
is
remain
after
the
2nd
day
of
CNY,
i
think
it
is
heavenly
priced.
On
1st
and
2nd
day
of
CNY,
factoring
OT
surcharges,
this
can
be
acceptable
with
the
food
serve.
Otherwise,
many
other
chinese
restaurant
offers
better
value.
To
me,
price
is
often
forgotten
if
Service
and
Quality
are
met.
