This man who serves in the shop has such a terrible attitude. When I placed my order of flower clams beehoon soup and fried chicken wings, I was told to wait 30mins for my order, I agreed though only 3 tables besides mine. Look at the time it’s about 5mins before 2pm. Waited patiently then 2 pax came in about 15mins after I placed my order. After 30mins, he served the table that came in about 15mins later their orders. I asked him nicely where is my noodles he asked me to wait again then I said I came before that table how come they are served first, he said he told me it will take 30mins, I told him it’s already 40mins (2.35pm) then he pushed the blame to the kitchen. He sacarstically said if I want he can ask the kitchen to cook my noodles faster....WTH. I told him I didn’t ask my noodles to be cooked faster but according to first come first serve basis. That blardy fella being unhappy said you can talk to my boss. I can’t believe such attitude and rude fella is serving customers. Not only that as he was clearing the table in front of me, he actually threw tantrum stacking the plates and bowls loudly. What kind of attitude is that? Though your food may taste good but do we customers gotta put up with this rude service. We pay for the food we ought to be treated right. All he could have said was sorry let me check with the kitchen. My advice is move him away from the customers do not let him deal with customers lest you lose your customers due to this unaccepted attitude.

Terrible experience, if i can submit a negative star rating, i would gladly do so. 1) no checking of Vaccination status 2) rude server/waiter 3) did not submit my order to the kitchen after 30 minutes 4) no apology offered

Overall great place to have yummy Pan Mee. Last night the orders was extremely slow due to the wifi and online ordering system. The foods was extremely yummy and the young owner are very very helpful and humble. The older guy could have improve the serve skill and maybe a bit more helpful. Really enjoyed our meal once they finally arrived.

The lala noodle is to die for. The fermented pork belly is also very good.

We just accidentally walked past this place when we decided to give it a try. It is a closed space with air cons which makes it comfortable to eat on a hot day. We ordered several dishes and we loved most of them! Their pork lard pan mee was really delicious!! We ordered it twice just to satisfy our hunger (it turned out to be a bit small in portion compared to the pan mee soup). Their beancurd pork was also delicious!!! Crispy on the outside, and sweet salty to the taste. It's a must-try when you come to this place! When we came, it was crowded but they managed to serve us well. It didn't take so long before our order came. We will definitely come back again....

Found this place near Sun Yat San museum. If you are ordering lala mihun, choose ordinary instead of spicy if your tolerance on spicy food is low.

very hate the service. That old man will scold you, as I already told him I want spicy dry noodles which didn't show on menu, but they actually serve it, just himself didn't pass me the right menu. I don't know what I pay for. While he is taking note, he keep mumbling also. Sucks service

Overall both versions of pan mee lacks of taste (sauce mixture and noodles). If you are looking for authentic pan mee then this is not the place.

The pan mee is nice, both the dried & soup pan mee. Price is very reasonable, they do have a lunch set menu which includes a pan mee, egg and dessert. Egg super soft and yummy! Only downside is the shop is really small, can be cramped up during lunch time, difficult to get table because have to maintain social distancing. Parking lot also super limited. Other than that, recommended overall.

Cozy place, good hospitality. Serving a bit slow when crowded but the food's good. Especially the chicken feet with mushroom sauce.

Best spicy Clam Noodle (Kappa) in town, generous amount of clams and shredded ginger in a pot. If you like clams and spicy broth, that rich and spicy broth, definitely will makes you crave once awhile after the first try.

This is my first time here since endemic, my 1st visit was before covid. It is difficult to find good pan mee in Penang. There is only 1 table when i enter, and few tables are still dirty. Maybe the customers just left. Choose a table with some water stained and we request the uncle to clean it, he only came after 3rd time with a not so welcome face. 1. Dry pan mee- ok⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. Clam pan mee soup- ⭐️⭐️ the clam are really fresh, there is no empty shell clam served but the soup base like missing something 3. Fries- i ordered fries for my kid, but the fries served with curry powder. The menu should have put curry french fries instead.

Visited twice on my 3d2n in Penang. Broth was sweet especially from the flavour coming from the clam and abalone. Beancurd pork was super tender and melt in mouth.

Had Super delicious mee hoon kuey at this restaurant. The broth was very tasty and had a nice, full-bodied flavour. The mince meatballs were tender and the sliced woodear mushrooms added a nice crunch to each bite. The dessert was also very special (it had tofu skin and barley in it, very tasty) Highly recommended for a comforting bowl of noodles :)

We had the original pan mee and the one with clams. Soup base both good. Noodle shape wise I highly recommend getting the hand peeled noodles (it isn’t shown on the menu but really worth it)

Delicious and very reasonable price. The old hen noodle soup and the original pam mee are delicious. The plum and lime juice is very refreshing also. Service is fantastic. The friendly host takes the time to explain the dish and make recommendation. Will definitely come back.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff are very kind. I still can not forget the taste of clams rice noodle. I strongly recommend this restaurant. I happily enjoyed the food.

The Clam Rice Noodle is one of the best I ever had. Other food like the Pan Mee, Koay Teow Thng, and the Braised Chicken Feet with Mushroom are also recommended.

One of my all-time favourite panmee shop. Loving their kimchi panmee the most. Portion is a bit small but can add-on. Edit : the uncle who regularly takes order for customers is having a very, very poor attitude. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 When My friend called in to arrange for pickup at later time, he scolded my friend and asked her to come at 5pm despite pickup time at 5pm (after work). What’s the point we called in if we can afford to wait for the cooking time????????? This is not the first time we dine in/takeaway/pickup from this shop, we already know the menu well, even hearing the uncle’s voice on the phone, we already knew who it was. I proceeded to call again n talked to him since my friend spoke Bahasa Melayu, assuming he had trouble understanding. And he still spoke rudely to me to the point I lashed out at him asking, “why you have to speak rudely to customer ? How can you do business like this!?” I know the dry pan mee comes with fish ball soup, and he scolded me, “you don’t know what is fish ball!?” What la uncle, your menu just one or two pages only, you don’t have to act your shop sells 10pages worth of items la. Come on la. And after I lost control over the phone, only he lowered his voice and talked nicely to me. Please uncle, for the sake of everyone, including yourself, find other place to work because you do not know how to speak to customer👎🏻 Despite the food is good, please exercise caution if you guys want to try their food. Otherwise, their kimchi panmee is my top favourite .

Taste was decent and price was reasonable. Can understand why the place is highly rated. The taste is not salty and good for people that are looking for light and not heavy meal.

Food perfect! Chicken feet cook with Chinese medicine herb, love it so much! Lala noodles with a lot of gingers, best time eat when raining season. Kimchi noodles taste better than kimchi soup at Korean restaurant. Sour and spicy go well! Dry pan mee must mix with their sambal, their sambal is superb! Definitely will come again.

Interesting and unique place to get classic and innovative pan mee. Prices are on the higher side but that's the price to pay for innovation. Kimchi Pan Mee was strong with Kimchi flavours. Spicy and sour, perfect for kimchi lovers. The salmon skin was crispy and seasoned well. An addictive snack. The bacon pan mee was underwhelming. Needed more flavour and was not salty enough. The scallion pan mee was flavourful but was on the sweeter side.

The taste of the original pan mee just okay. Perhaps, cab to try other flavor next time. Service is a bit slow and hoping the owner can improve a little bit in this area. Environment is clean and parking might be a problem as there is only 3 parking slots available for customers.

Love the mee soup here. The price is reasonable and the place is clean and cozy. Have been quite regular to have my lunch here. The only constraint is the car park.

Great place for ramen in town! The noodles are handmade and it's cook perfectly with every type of soup! If u like chicken leg, please try out their herbal chicken leg! So tender and aromatic. The staffs are also very friendly.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
