Good location at Love Lane, a backpackers haven. The best is the affordability with coffee starting at RM7 while Breakfast starts at RM8. It serves a wide range of drinks and food. A casual cafe with very friendly staff. 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice and not expensive breakfast. I had scrambled eggs with toast (8RM) and ice tea (no sugar). All together 13RM. Possibility to use Grab Pay. Ice was served in “camera objective” cup. Looks like from real camera. You can see in my photos. Penang’s Fisherman streetart in walking distance.

This was a really good find on a post lunch wander on my final day until next time. I ordered an Americano, which was strong, smooth and excellent and a baked curry puff which was also good and served hot. It seemed home made and quality was high. The service was good and fast. The shop itself is an old shophouse with the usual Georgetown quaint style. Recommended.

Pretty low key place but don't let that fool you it has excellent coffee - a good alternative to the more international Wheeler's if it's too busy or you fancy what I think is a better coffee tbh.

Dine in here for breakfast after giving up queueing for their famous neighbour. It’s a hipster cafe at the classics straits architecture shop lot. Had coconut oil latte and vanilla latte. Their coffee is just average with soso flavour. I ordered club sandwich. It did not come to us as the same appearance as in the menu. They use toast instead of bun (as shown). There were salad, ham and egg as filling, chips as sides. My colleague ordered burnt cheese cake and we could not finish it because it’s just disappointing. The texture course with fine powderly milky aftertaste. Altogether that cost 62 ringgit. Customer service is just alright. Ambient could not be any better from background chatter and the milk steamer + dish clanging.

The food portion is considered big, hence the pricing can be considered reasonable. Coffee is just normal, nothing special, but I like their big breakfast. The staff is friendly, clean and comfortable environment too

Awfully cost cutting food with exorbitant pricing , the latte is ok , but the ciabatta is way too expensive for the portion , only one ham given and it is extremely thin , not worth the price at all, very typical penang way of doing f&b business

I called it 'my backyard canteen' . I came here very often as it is close to my workplace. Wide food, drinks & desserts selection and fast service. More balanced & healthy menu with lotsa vege. Cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Highly recomended.

Brought my Singapore cousin n hubby to this Cafe for a teabreak. We enjoyed the lemon cheesecake n buffalo chicken wrap. Do not forget to order the Mint Mocha latte which was recommended to us by the owner of this Cafe.

Forget Starbucks. Delicious latte on charming love lane. Short morning stroll from hotel. Clean and well managed. Can order ahead for pick up or delivery with food panda etc.

I ordered hot Americano and Cumin Fried Rice, which it said there're cumin spice in it. Unfortunately I didn't feel like any spice in it but the smelly cheapy butter. It's oily and smell terrible with the artificial butter scent and bland. The coffee seem to be super dark roast burnt coffee where I feel a bit difficult to drink. Anyway, the service seem fine, except for it takes more than half an hour for my fried rice while there were only my table and another table who have already have their meal.

Amazing little cafe!! Would recommend tourists to visit this place. The owner Jane is very friendly and is an excellent host. If I cme back to Penang would revisit this place !! The coffee and tea tarik tastes good. The breakfast taste was ok, nothing out of the ordinary, it's a western breaktsetup. They have local food by lunch time !

We (5 people) went for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered pancakes but 1 of the 3 pancakes was rotten. It smells bad. Luckily the other 2 pancakes wasn't. The drinks; rose latte, chocolate, latte, & matcha latte were good. Food was good, too.

Milk Tea is nice. Foods are good. Just little disappointed with masala tea. Because we got masala tea in tea bag type, we thought it would be like milk tea with herbs Little hot inside , should add more fans. Got air-conditioning, but with opened doors it's pointless.

Lovely cafe. One of the best eggs Benedict I’ve had in south east Asia. Staff lovely and my iced dark chocolate was delicious. A lot quieter than nearby places and I feel like a lot nicer!

Found this cafe at love Lane. Live up to its name👍famous in their wraps and mushroom pie. Reasonable price. Friendly and approachable boss. Order their rendang nasi lemak ( coconut milk turmeric rice) which I personally like it very much. Will definitely come back again.

Had breakfast here with my family. My boys could not eat the pancakes as dry and honey tasted artificial. Eggs on toast super small. We had to go for another breakfast after eating here.

😠 Premium price tag but lousy service! There should be no star at all! I bring my family of 5 came for dessert around 8.30pm. There quite a few empty tables around but we were assigned to a long table underneath a staircase. The area is really tight. The wooden stool is not stable and there is no bac...

🫤 Overrated. Tried pork leg rice, Penang loh mee and Penang style CCF, all were subpar. Pork leg rice - Quite bland. The egg used was not even a proper lu-dan (soy egg), just a plain hard boiled egg. They did not even serve it with salted vege. Not good and not authentic. Penang loh mee - I'm a...
