This is one of my favourite boost juice bars in Penang as the beverages here are better in terms of quality. The price is reasonable in my eyes and most of the time the drinks are made with a consistently good ice ratio unlike some of the other stores out there. However, the service is hectic and really needs to be addressed. There were 3 female and 1 male staff during my visit but their teamwork and communication seemed to be all over the place. Everyone was so focused on the 1 job in front of them and there really isn’t a leader supervising the entire station to make sure everything is smooth. I was the unlucky customer whose Mango Magic order was forgotten and placed alongside all the other completed orders. I notified the staffs and the male staff signaled to tell me to wait for a little bit without even apologizing. Things were unorganised to the point where I can see 5 jugs (need blending) near 3 blenders and no one is doing the blending on time. As good as my drink was, it took 15 mins for it to be ready so I was not very thrilled. The content in the cups needs to be mentioned as well. Some cups were full to the point where the staff had to wipe off the excess flowing down the cup while some were an inch from being full. Small consistencies like this are very important if you want people to patronize your business so the staffs need to work harder on their overall team management and communication skills. 4 staffs should be more than enough to run a small juice bar efficiently.

I ordered water melon juice yesterday. Seriously!!! Adding water while blending the juice. Then add a pile of ice. Do you think are we drinking water or juice!!! I have never seen any shop adding water while blending watermelon juice.

I order three by delivery and they just send me two and didn't refund me or send me again

Bought a large size ‘create your own juice’ which i have chosen coconut water,pineapple, blueberry, raspberry and passionfruit. The worker put only a little of everything which I didn’t mind at all. However, the drinks did not fill up the cup (only three-quarter full) and the worker just pass it to us without making it full. Took it to the person who served us at the counter and they just settled it nonchalantly. The person in charge ( I assumed) asked the person to add orange juice which I don’t quite get it. The overall experience was not good at all. Also, we noticed that the fridge/ freezer is very dirty. Never thought the quality of Boost at Gurney Plaza has become so bad. Won’t buy it again.

Recently tried Here. Such a great freshly made juices with real raw taste and energizer .You can also customize your choice of juices. each flavour is having uniqueness of taste .Best ever pure and fresh juices in Penang. Especially in gurney branch is the Best Ever .Each time we used to drink without fail whenever visit gurney. WILD BERRY AND BERRY CRUSH IS MUST TRY IN THAT LIST .

A great place for boost lovers. For me, I'm not really a fan of boost therefore, I feel the boost is okay. It's very flavorful of natural fruits.

Very poor service. Only two staffs on duty either both busy making the drinks and neglecting the customers for orders

Went there at 7pm, there is one Indian male and one malay lady on duty. It’s not even breaking fast time. They refused to take order coz it’s their break time. Both of them apparently. So they didn’t serve and ask us to leave. What kind of service!? Will never return even our vendor is near. We always support them but this is not the first time we experience this.

I recently explored boost juices and berry juice is my favourite. It is so strong and healthy to drink once in a month atleast. I visited boost juice at gurney mall, design village mall, qb mall. All places were good. Everyone must try mixed berries juice without yoghurt.

Taste awfull and bitter . Ordered 5 aday juice . Got serve something very awful tasting .there still some fruit remains within drink and can see tat it is not well extract as well as tasted bitter . Worker are very lousy , I don't think they are properly trained . Disappointment

Tried to ordered for 10 minutes whilst they fussed over the till. Came back 20 minutes later as they said come back in a minute once they sorted the till, but then when I returned they ignored me and then said they were closed - but it was 9:45pm and they state they are open until 10pm. Would not recommend to anyone, terrible customer service.

This outlet doesn't follow the proper steps to making its drink. Also watermelon should be blended without its skin it turns the whole drink white. VERY BAD!

I order total of 3 drinks from this (All Season) branch through GrabFood, 2 of them are Immunity and 1 Vita-C, there is only 1 straw for when received. Besides, the drinks are not fresh, all of 3 drinks are having a smell & taste of expired fruits, the watermelon in Immunity Juice is clearly a defected watermelon. All of us get stomachache after drinking these drinks. Please focus on the QC, this is not a small issue. Please take note !

After Purchase using credit card. I request for Credit card receipt the reception said our company not providing such service. And hiding the machine from me feel insecure.

Ordered adink for rm 12 ,paid Rm 12 but receipt sowed another drink rm 10. She said she punched wrongly but will give me my Rm 12 drink. Then suddenly another customer came n said she was shirt changed of rm 1 ringgit. I wonder whats going on. ..

The staffs mostly are rempits type. The girl with the dark skin wahhhhh want to make drink macam bo siok. Hempas blender kuat macam nak show attitude 🙄 The cashier was nice at first but when i refused to upgrade to ORI size, immediately show attitude 😂😂 never going back.

Attendant is friendly, patience and helpful. I often visit here to claim my rm10 aia vitality points. They give good advise and help me in mix and match of the fruit juice.
