Went on a Saturday, they had a list of cocktails on the menu but said cocktails weren’t available. Forcing us to buy a bottle. We couldn’t finish the bottle so we parked it there. The rules were that we had to finish the bottle within a month and it cannot be used on weekends. Wait for the best part, Friday is also considered as a weekend. And we weren’t even allowed to collect the bottle that we bought with our own money!!! Lousy service!!!

This place parking is very dangerous charging for RM 20 for government parking which at free . The parking guy look like drug addict also under mejeoues. If you don pay they will vandalise your car. The guy not even guide or look after your can just sitting at counter ask money for no reason report to mejeoues counter they like ignoring . Not safe 👎

The cashier lady handled customers rudely. We were forced to order more (which is a crazy thing for 2pax) and told we cannot buy cocktails. Bangsar branch was the best as we can order freely and enjoy the live band. Penang branch was a big DISAPPOINMENT as we travelled from Kedah only for this. Hope the management will look into this and take actions/make changes.

Menu names' creative. Not recommended to go on Sunday night as empty and no crowd until 10.30pm.

The deepavali night conducted was a bummer. It really dampen my holiday mood. The artists talked endlessly. The bottle of liquor I had was a total sham. My friends and I felt disappointed with the entire evening. It killed our holiday buzz. I hope the management will do some quality control about it.
