Unlike other Jewellery shops, she helped us to understand what we are buying before promoting the product, which really makes us very delightful. She told us about all the meaning behind the design of each diamond ring which makes all the rings look very attractive. No doubt for this 5 stars rating. This jewellery shop has all I wanted ranging from broad choices of products to friendly services by staffs. They do sell cute gold charms & bars. I really love their varieties. I was served by Carmen who came frm SK Malacca branch and the service she provided was 10/10. She recommended me products according to my budget and gave reasonable suggestions which make me feel comfortable throughout the whole purchasing process, no hard sell at all. I can see her passion in what she's doing and it was definitely a great experience at SK as a first time customer.
