I like this hospital. Service is good. Many doctor there. Diagnose for the disease is preciously.

Great help they offered during my last trip to Penang....went there with my sick toddlers....Dr. khaw was very good with the diagnosis and explaining what was going on... The pharmacy waiting time was a bit too long and their productivity could be improved

Very clean and organized. Professional doctors and nurses. Only thing is the queue linefor patients should be arranged more effectively.

Many Indonesian came here for medical check up. The price for CT-scan / MRI and doctor fee are cheaper than any other hospital. Penang Adventist is best known for their Heart Division.

The ward washroom is smelly even single room and wifi is bad especially the TV in room using wifi.Other than tht nurses and doctor is ok

Adventist famous by the doctor but not the staff exspecially specialist dept staff don't give right info to the patients. Biling dept does not help to follow up with insurance company on any GL, end up patient need to follow up personally..They did not follow up with soecialist clinic if insurance company request the specialist to re-write clearly on the diagnosis .They just ignore and end up patient need to pay on pocket money.

Excellently nice Hospital in Penang island with lot of experience specialist doctors & nurses over this hospital operating on Sunday, Monday to Friday Close on Saturday. Check it out.
