Staff are hit and miss. Some are attentive and others sigh and roll their eyes while they serve you. Coffee isn't great but snacks aren't bad. Music is so loud it's hard to talk in there.

Hands down Coffee Beans has the best coffee in town. Tried many other places and no one beats their selection of hot coffees. Always friendly has staff. They constantly rotate staff for cross training which shows how much dedicated they are to the art of coffee making.

Service improved...But service still need to upgrade.. Cafe is cozy n relax.

Shout out to Firdaus and the crew...I'm a regular at this branch and am always made to feel welcomed. Service has definitely improved over the last year and love to indulge in the latte, hot chocolate and cranberry salad. Would be great if there were gluten free options though as I'd eat there more often if there were...OtherWise, my go-to for coffee at SQ...

Love their matcha, though regular coffee size is a bit smaller than in other places. What I did not like is that they don't allow dogs to be even near their cafe. It's a dog friendly embankment and everyone with doggies would like to relax and drink coffee. Hope they will be more dog friendly in the future. Cheers

went for dessert, the cakes tasted delicious, though the price is quite high for a piece of cake (understandly so), the drinks were well done too and the environment was peaceful with people chatting softly in the background, wasn't too cold nor too hot, you can always sit outside if you prefer the breeze over air-condition!

Good atmosphere. Staff are often unclear and disorganized. Some call drink’s different names than on the menu. Twice the staff have forgotten my order and needed to review my receipt. Plus, the staff and there friends hang out in the seating area and listen to recordings on there phones which disturbs they atmosphere - they seem to turn off the house music to do this.

Food is alright, portion becomes smaller and smaller with each visit. I have realised in a short span of 2 years, this eatery and its like stores have hiked up their prices for over 3 times. A Chicken Scallion scone costs RM6.90 is now RM8.50, AND the portion is smaller. Staff attitude may be improved, as a person who likes to eat buttery food, while they only gave me one butter, I asked for more and quote "Its company policy that we cannot give you anymore". When asked to show that company policy, they acted rudely and just kinda throw the butter unto the serving tray then walked away. Only if the company has actually posted this "company policy" along with the "no outside food and drink" blah blah blah then I wont ask for more, nor will I visit this place again.

This CBTL outlet serves cakes, drinks, light food, and pastries. Great place to chill and have a chat. We loved the tea like ginseng, african berries and many more. Suitable for small group of 4 to 5 pax, family and friends
