I
regret
to
say
that
my
recent
visit
to
Starbucks
Mansion
One
left
me
utterly
disappointed
and
frustrated.
I
had
high
expectations
for
a
premium
coffee
experience,
but
sadly,
those
expectations
were
not
met.
The
staff's
behavior
was
appalling.
From
the
moment
I
walked
in,
there
was
an
evident
lack
of
friendliness
and
professionalism.
Greetings
and
smiles
were
absent,
and
it
felt
like
an
inconvenience
for
them
to
take
my
order.
After
spending
a
significant
amount
on
just
a
few
cups
of
coffee,
the
least
I
expected
was
a
simple
"thank
you"
or
a
smile,
but
even
those
were
missing.
The
quality
of
the
coffee
was
far
from
satisfactory.
My
venti
latte
prepared
clearly
had
only
one
shot
of
espresso,
a
stark
deviation
from
the
standard
recipe.
When
I
confronted
the
barista,
who
seemed
to
be
the
manager
on
duty,
her
reaction
was
both
defensive
and
rude.
It's
disheartening
to
catch
someone
trying
to
cheat
and
lie,
only
to
be
met
with
such
a
dismissive
attitude.
The
overall
condition
of
the
outlet
was
disappointing.
Dusty
merchandise
and
furniture
contributed
to
an
unorganized
and
unkempt
atmosphere.
It's
disheartening
to
see
such
a
renowned
establishment
neglecting
its
physical
space.
This
entire
experience
leaves
me
frustrated,
and
I
place
the
blame
on
(her)
the
manager
on
duty.
A
manager
should
lead
by
example,
ensuring
that
staff
adhere
to
proper
recipes,
uphold
customer
service
standards,
and
maintain
the
outlet's
cleanliness.
Unfortunately,
this
manager
failed
on
all
fronts,
and
it
reflects
poorly
on
the
entire
establishment.
I
hope
that
Starbucks
Mansion
One
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
works
towards
improving
their
staff's
professionalism,
beverage
quality,
and
outlet
cleanliness.
Customers
deserve
better,
especially
when
paying
a
premium
for
their
products.
I
certainly
won't
be
returning
to
this
particular
Starbucks
location
and
hope
that
others
are
spared
from
the
disappointment
I
faced
during
my
visit.
