I was queueing and I know it's almost closed, it's understood if the drinks are sold out but it isn't fair if you told me the drinks are sold out and when I walk away your coworker entertain the three guys behind me. I will not be so angry if you tell me you left only two types of drink when I ask you is it that not even one left but only tell me when I saw you entertain that three guys. Is it because I'm alone? This is so UNRESPECTFUL and UNFAIR!

Today I bought three drinks from All Seasons counter with no free plastic bags or other types of cups holders for takeaway and on the way home in the car I did drop a drink. Luckily the seal is tightly sealed. Even coffee shops selling cheaper drinks can provide better services. Not satisfied with the service your company has given. Thank you

Lousy service. It was not even busy hour around 9PM Monday. After the drinks was prepared they dont even bother serving. 2 female and 1 male crew. 1 of the female are the one who prepares the drink while the other 2 staff basically just jokes around and chatting with each other. Didnt know, TeaLive loves to employ clowns to work :) Did not even provide me the receipt even was told that the receipt was finished and will give it to me together with the drinks.

Worst service ever. They didn’t ask what size I wanted and proceeded to give me the large one. Never mind that, the girl making the drink was talking so loudly and didn’t even address me when passing me the drink. Feels like they are working in their house and we are the ones intruding them. Highly unprofessional. Never coming here again.

We 2 person wanna use tng to pay, the cashier ask us to queue again. After the first purchase, I found out they charge me 3.65. I ask the cashier why this price, he answer me just now he ask me then I say ok for large size. (But the cashier doesn't ask me at all). After that the malay girl beside say to me "aiya.. buy large la", but I insist for regular. When collect the drink, the malay girl like very "beh syok". Show me the such I owe her money!! Very bad attitude!!

The Chinese girl at the cashier 3 days ago. Was having flu and cough. She was wearing a mask but it didn’t adapt well, and was below her nose. As she was at the counter only I ordered thinking she wasn’t in charge of making the drink coz there were 2 others making the drinks. But, to my horror, she adjusted her mask and As she sniffles and coughed she wanted to make my cup of bubble tea. Omg Gross!! Please have some quality control over this branch. Ps: the next day I had a sore throat!

One of the worst Tea Live outlet in Malaysia with bad attitude from the staff! No discipline at all! Warned customer and scolded customer due to their own poor service! If you want to have a nice drink, don't ever go to this shop - #Tealive @ All Season, Farlim!

They ask me to wait for 10 minutes, but i came back after half and hour since i knew they are busy, but eneded up they dint prepare my order. Very disappointed.
