Horrible! I am not a picky person, typically where ever I spent my holiday, I don't mind stayed in budget hotel. But this is the worse budget hotel I experienced. I booked the hotel and inform them I have a baby, so we get a room on third floor. Upon arrival at the hotel, i went to the reception but nobody was there. & and this hotel didn't provide lift. After awhile I met the receptionist and inform him that we have a 3 luggage and no way we climb up the stairs until the 3rd floor, so we request a room on ground floor, which he agreed. We were given room near the shared toilet. I listed down what horrible things we had ; 1.toilet was dirty. 2.they provided an opened shampoo and body soap 3.the shower head was not attached on its place 4.the carpet was very dirty 5.people in the room beside us was smoking and we can smell it 6.we killed 4 cockcroach Basically we we given the worst room, and to me it look like store room. We stayed there 1night. So for those who wish to stay here : good luck!

This is featured in Oyo. Room was nice and confirtable. Easy to get around Georgetown as grab and local bus is always available. The only cons is the bathroom is not attached.

Have a great Holiday..this place located middle of town..easy to get bus also.. opposite with gurney drive..In short, there are various types of public facilities and amenities..(Gurney plaza..Hospital..Komtar..for get Beach seaside also can be easy to go Batu Feringghi area)As budget hotel..of course cheap..worth it the price from what will get..easy for car owner coz have many space lot parking.. quiet environment...comfortable..privacy and good in customer service (receptionist friendly , helpful)

Not suitable with price. Low service. Toilet not in room. Door lock system got problem

Very bad... Room not clean.. Cigarette buds everywhere.. Bed wt hair everywhere.. Toilet hv to go out!!
