I am very impressed to find a good and profesaional dentist in Dr Edric Yeap during my recent visit to Adventist Dental. He was very meticulous in performing his duties. He also took the initiative to explain in detail on the condition of my teeth and offered recommended options before every stage of treatment. Making appointments and registration is now a breeze through Adventist Hospital's online appointment app as well as ithe self registration kiosk upon arrival during appointment day. I find it very convenient and efficient. My visit had been pleasant and smooth from start till the end. Dr Edric and your team, thank you for the great work and keep it up!

I went to see a dentist after 10 years not doing that due to my traumatic experience during school time. Dr Yeap Chee Keong have done the scalling, polishing and filling without any pain. His approached in asking patient if you're in pain and even say sorry if you have pain just show how gentleman he is. The explaination made regarding my wisdom teeth also is very clear. Wonderful doctor that definitely replace an unpleasant memory that I had all this while. I will definitely come back for any consultation or treatment from Dr Yeap Chee Keong.

VERY VERY SLOW !!! Choose Adventist Dental only if u have no friend no work no hangout no plans on yr blessed off-day and no need to study. U will be allowed to meet yr dentist after 1-2 hours after yr appointment time. So what is the purpose for us to make an appointment? Not just once or twice, is EVERYTIME. Reception counter: We are too bz to answer your question rn, we can't provide u an exact time, Dr. also bz, go back and wait.😇

If I could I would give -10 star, why ? I called one day before to enquiry my implants which fell out and would like to have it fixed. the operator recommended dentist Heng, I came 30 mins earlier to register and as I went it in to the room, The Dentist was looking at his phone ( nothing wrong with it ) standing near the entrance, I greeted him and he looked up and asked me in Hokkien “ what’s the matter” with an unfriendly tone, I felt immediately that I was disturbing him and wondered if the dentist ever read the information that provided by the receptionist. Further to his question, I showed him my implants that fell out and said I would like to seek for his advice on how this can be fixed, without exaggeration, he replied within seconds ( at most 2 seconds) without examine the implants and replied in Hokkien that IT CANT BE FIXED. Honestly, I wasnt pleased at all with his tone and efforts, as a dentist he made absolutely no effort and rather judgmental, he continued with his unprofessional tone and asked me where I have the implants made, when I replied that I had it done about 12 years ago in Switzerland, he paused for seconds and instructed me to lay down, so that he can have a look. I wasn’t at all happy at that point and told him that I don’t think I would like to proceed as he had shown No interest and have told me that can’t be fixed and why he wants me to lay down ? Of course the dentist Heng wasn’t able to answer anything considering the level of professionalism he had shown from the second I walked it. I was not charged for the visit but had to pay RM 17.00 for the registration. I made my appointment the next day at KK Ong with Dr Ong, during my visit, I was offered options ( long and short term solutions). It was very professional because Dr Ong did look at my gum and the implants before making any suggestion. NEVER AGAIN with such unprofessional dentist in so many level. I do hope that Adventist Hospital has some other dentists who is specialize in implants apart from Heng.

They have always helped my family's situation or need when it comes to dental care, and other kinds of care.

Thank you also for patiently explaining the procedure to us and tips for dental care for them. Very good experience overall and they look forward to their next appointment.

First experience with Dr Yeap Chee Keong on dental scaling. I've had bad experiences with Dentists during children times (school dentists, no surprise) that results in me not returning to Dentist for more than a decade. Dr Yeap's professional handiworks and gentle personality works wonders for me. He completely dispels my childhood fear towards Dentists, and done my teeth with excellence. Dr Yeap is a definite recommend.

The receptionist has no ability to communicate in English. Her command of English is so bad that her sentences do not make sense. Can the hospital’s dental centre not hire someone that can communicate properly? I’m not the first one reflecting this here on Google! Someone else commented a month ago and even from 4 years ago!

Dr Yeap Chee Keong's service was very detailed and explanation/ reassurance was given upon every step during my visit. The nurses and support staff are also friendly and humble. Will definitely visit again.

Dr Yeap is gentle, patience and professional. He took time to assess my issue and explained the recommended treatment/procedure in details. During the procedure, he clearly explained the step and alerted me if I might feel uncomfortable / pain was anticipated. This helped me stay relax. No more Dentophobia, thanks to Dr Yeap! :) Not to forget the nurses, reception staff and Dental supervisor, they are friendly & caring. Overall, excellent experience at Adventist Dental! Highly recommended.

Dr. Eunice Ham was very professional examining and providing with solutions. I’ve been going with her for a complicated procedure and scaling. She did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. She is gentle, kind and explained very well what was going on.

Meeting Dr Raj is like meeting a friend. He and his assistant nurse are always friendly to me. Dr Raj's skill is professional and awesome. He explained the steps of the dental crown procedure to me clearly that made me feel release and know what to expect. I have a wonderful experience in PAH. Thanks!
