I spent 4 Days 3 Night here. 2 night in triple single bed room and another night in doble queenbed room with balcony. Good experience, clean room and comfy bed. They even provide set toothbrush with paste besides towel, body soap and shampoo. They provide free parking for customer in front of the hotel. Fear not hungry people, this hotel is walking distance to 7e besides the hotel, foodcourt (pasembur, mee sotong, satay, laksa penang etc.) in front of the hotel, shopping mall (Plaza Gurney and Gurney Paragon) right side of hotel. For muslim people, there is enough space to solat inside the room but prepare the qiblat apps since they didn't have the qiblat direction. Thank you the hotel staff for good hospitality. The cons is small bathroom. not really comfortable for big size people.

Please consider your stay and booking with them. Very horrible stay. My wife and I couldn't even stay for the night after check in we decided to leave. Super dirty and untidy. Very displeasing stay. Do not book with them. A waste of money 👎👎👎 Horrible management. Pictures shown are only just for show. It is not like the pictures... The place is a junk!!

People who awares of hygiene issue, please think twice before booking here...... I don't even want to take picture of the room cuz it's too unpleasant. Albeit the NICE location which is nearby the food court (Expensive but small portion food, not all food is tasty, some are awful) The guesthouse itself is a mess... TREMENDOUSLY AWFUL the smell is unbearable... The bathroom tiny space barely allow one person to take shower, needa squeeze in between space of the toilet and wall. The bedsheet got yellow spot...

Very dirty. We received a 9-page PDF of rules, charges and instructions, along with six additional messages detailing further charges and threats of legal action. This is all before we even arrived! Within the same PDF there is a rule that you must not ignore the owner or you will be charged an extra 100RM and will “face legal action”. Our main issue was that none of this is written into law here, and everything on that PDF was threats… charges made up… we hadn’t signed a contract agreeing to any of this and it wasn’t in the booking agreement. In the worst case they call the police I guess (for ignoring the owner?) … extremely strict for no reason. Now if the place was luxurious and beautiful I may have understood. But the “deluxe queen room” was a joke, there was not even space to walk around. Nothing deluxe about it. The entire room smelled disgusting, but the bathroom was even worse. The towels and bath mat smelled as if they had never been washed, the odour of mold was so strong that we walked 45 minutes and BOUGHT CLEAN TOWELS! The shower didn’t drain as there was no incline on the floor, so dirty water sat in a huge puddle which never cleared in four days. Oh and did I mention there’s a 20RM charge to have the bin emptied in the room? What kind of place is this? I digress. The bed was covered in dark stains (which was funny because within our 9-page PDF it said there was a minimum charge of 150RM for stains…. but they gave us stained sheets?). The floor was covered in dirt when we arrived. It had not been cleaned. It’s not often I say things so directly, but who do you think you are? The staff in person and on Whatsapp were okay, but this mysterious not-to-be-ignored owner must be clinically insane. I wouldn’t recommend this place and absolutely won’t be returning under any circumstance. Oh and meanwhile other guests were smoking in their rooms and having very noisy “couple time” which the whole hostel could hear as the walls are paper thin. And on the subject of walls.. the carcasses of crushed mosquitoes and streaks of filth were the art up there. Stay at this place if you want to be threatened with legal action by some old hypocrite who gives you a dirty room and says he will charge you and take you to court for that dirt in the room. No other hostels have management like this. Stay literally anywhere else.

In small room don’t have windows!! It’s really not comfortable. Noisy neighbors. Bed sheets grey color (not white)..) Owner say every time: “keep clean” but there's nothing to spoil in the room because everything its old..

    (1) They gave us the last available room - which was in bad condition. For e.g. the bathroom floor strainer was filthy, the shower pressure was weak, bathroom dirty & too tiny. Shouldn't rent out rooms that are not so livable. (2) There's no front office staff, only 1 or 2 bangladeshi workers who can't speak English & whose Malay is very basic. Can't make our requests known, communication is a serious problem. Can also communicate with local staff remotely through a mobile phone. They're polite but are not trained enough to solve problems. (3) The photos of the place are very, very different from the actual, physical conditions one actually sees. This is misrepresentation.

I dont think i can give a good rating to this stay. First, the room given is not in a good and clean condition, killed some insects inside the room, and there is water leakage at the washroom's basin but is minimal. Second, the soundproof is very weak. I can't sleep because I'm hearing the snoring from other rooms. Third, no car park is reserved for the customers, been circle around the area for few times to look for parking.

Located opposite of hawker stall, beside 7-11. Self check-in and check-out is very easy, the host will send you check-in and check-out instructions. The host was very friendly. . About the room, the water pressure in bathroom is quite small. But they have most of the basic stuffs, included hair dryer. Overall cleanliness in the room is okay, just the toilet bowl has stains. . I will recommend for travellers who staying outside longer time and just need a place for rest, sleep and bathe only. The rooms are not so suitable for people who want to relax and chill in the room for long hours.

The room is quite small with three single beds cramped into the room. Hardly have walking space. There is no table nor chair to sit except the beds to do any work. In addition, there is no living hall space outside the rooms for guest to do any work. All spaces are used to convert to rooms. The centre rooms are all without windows. Place is stuffy with no fresh air flow. Added to it, the bathroom has no ventilator. Imagine the smell after one has made 'business'. The whole room would be filled with the odour. The service is poor as the cleaners do not check whether there is toilet rolls and enough shampoo for the next guest. The only consolation is that the place is nearby to malls and eating place. Parking space is also insufficient. It's first come first served. Shoes left on the shoe rack can go missing even it is just a plain budget one.

The place is clean, convenient (jsut behind Gurney foodcourt, beside 7eleven). The owner and staff is very helpful and friendly. They allow us to late check out without any additional charges.

It's okay. The gurney food court is closed now due to pandemic. The rooms are smaller then boutique hotel rooms but that's okay considering the price. No soundproofing at all and the bed sheet was dusty and not properly cleaned. Not too bad but I'm not going to stay again unless I don't have a choice.

😠 Got bed bugs from this place and carried them to my next location. Dorm was rundown and full of stuff, seemed like a dumping ground for bits and pieces around the hostel. Location was decent and lockers were provided but would not recommend. Spend a little bit extra and stay somewhere else.
