1st time to this clinic after a google search for clinic nearby. It’s quite challenging to find the clinic as it’s located not really in paragon mall but it’s the other towel beside paragon mall. Due to MCO or mayb on Sunday, the main entrance of the office towel is not open and I need to go into the main entrance of paragon mall and go one level up from Xiang xiang Kopitiam take the side exit turn left u will see the indication signA of the clinic then take the exit again from a door the clinic is located on ur right hand side. The clinic only take patients via appointment only. You need to call the clinic to make an appointment in advance to see the doc. I was greeted by a lady in the clinic. It’s very clean and tidy clinic and they have a nice sitting area for you to wait for the doc. Doc is very helpful and she took the initiative to explain everything to me from scratch. Atleast I have an idea of how my backache came from. Nurses are very friendly and helpful too and she even explain each medicines prescribed by the doc. Thanks a lot it was a pleasant experience visiting the clinic. 😉

Location was a challenge to find, but after a call I was directed to their clinic. I have never experienced such level of service as I received here. Very professional and friendly staff. Price is fair.

I had gone in for the Rm 70 campaign for blood tests. Was very surprised with the professionalism of Dr Gayatri. She was amazing. Very friendly, made me feel comfortable and was gentle with drawing blood. She took her time to explain the results to me. Never felt this much warmth at a clinic in Malaysia before and I'm a Malaysian. The nurses and clinic staff were so caring. Awesome team led by the Dr. Highly recommended.

Really recommend here! I traveled to Penang and not feeling well. I found this clinic from google. Staffs are all very kind and fast and doctor is also very good. I wish have this clinic in Singapore too!

it’s such a welcoming and professional clinic! first time went for a check up for my hip pain and all i can say is that it was worth it! the staffs are so friendly and respectful. I didn’t have to wait long for consultation. and my husband as well went for the second time for his eye check up. It’s really a good clinic and very affordable as well. Special thanks to Dr.Chen too, she’s very friendly and very precise!

!!! Direction: you need to go to the KUNZA tower beside H&M entrance. 2nd Floor. Then just follow the sign Recommended to everyone. Doctor and staffs were all very helpful. And the atmosphere of the clinic was very clean and ambient. They provided very clear instruction on the prescription so very convenient for those absent-minded people. Price waas very reasonable. The insurance part(AIA employee) was very convenient compared to other clinics. You just need to show your IC. Patient doctors and nurses. A Chinese female doctor and nurse treated me. So as a woman I felt safe and well respected while being treated!

Had taken my 2 year old daughter to this clinic several times now and every visit deserves a big salute. From the moment we enter till we exit the clinic, we were constantly greeted and treated very VERY well with smiles and honesty. From nurses to Drs.. u all are amazing. Meds are well labelled and effective and not the overly sweet type where we normally get from other child clinics. Even manage to learn a little about medication and their side effects. Thank you for sharing Drs. Place may be a little difficult to find but you will get there. Use the external lift of Gurney Paragon and go to level 2. Their signages are very clear from there on.

Front staffs were very polite and welcoming. Doctor gave detailed explanation and showed care. Overall very good experience.

The clinic is very clean and well organized. They all speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. They provided all the receipts, documents I needed to claim back the costs for my German health insurance. I would recommend the clinic to all foreign travellers and also locals.

I went to the Hibari Clinic Penang in Sept 2020. The appointment was on time and I received outstanding service in a modern facility by a remarkably efficient staff of professionals. I was seen by Dr Gayatri who quickly assessed an emergency room visit at hospital (Penang Adventist), was required. They filled out the required hospital registration form for me which enabled a quick entry. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Also, as a foreigner the added paperwork assistance was greatly appreciated. (The cost is unbelievably affordable!)

Just brought my daughter to the clinic for the first time by searched through google. I was very impressed by the service there, Drs and nurses are all very friendly and kind, polite and patient. Doctor explained my daughter’s sickness in very details, and nurses helped to remind me the things need to observe and do for my daughter while at home, overall a very good experience to Hibari Clinic, highly recommended!

Second time to this clinic when I am Penang , the counter staffs and doctors are very kind and caring , this was the only clinic I thought of going to immediately when I got sick.
